Fantastic experience: Lovely people at this dentist, have been going for at least 30 years, the whole family now go there, up to date equipment so you know everything is checked thoroughly, our 8 year old granddaughter finds her visits quite interesting, everything is immaculate.

Not only are the dentists, support detail care professionals, and reception staff so professional, friendly and so helpful, it already feels like I’ve been with the practice for years! Pre, during and after care has been amazing- genuinely blown away it. And I have had 3 teeth taken out in one go, and I’m still happy about the service!!! Fantastic experience: Over the past few weeks I’ve had a few visits to Boldmere Dental Practice, the first two in connection with a surgical wisdom tooth extraction, performed my Liam with support from Callie. It was uncomfortable, sure, but handled excellently, particularly when I had to return as my stitches got infected. The team handled my pain (and hysterics) so well, they were extremely kind, efficient and caring. I returned to the practice today for my 3 monthly hygiene appointment with Lauren and Connor. Lauren was extra careful with my extraction site, and took the time to make sure I’d recovered well and to explain why she was doing what she was to care for my teeth. I was nervous returning after my wisdom tooth pain, however Lauren and Connor put me at ease. My teeth are sparkling now! Thank you to everyone at Boldmere Dental Practice, I couldn’t recommend your services enough.

Fantastic experience: Had my 3 monthly hygienist appointment with Lauren over the weekend. The service received was exceptional and Lauren is extremely knowledgeable and patient. She took her time to explain the process and took photos of any issues, so she could show me her concerns and would watch for changes in the future. She was very gentle and thorough with the clean, which made the visit all the more enjoyable. Highly recommended Lauren and the rest of the team.

Fantastic experience: My go to dentist. Friendly and welcoming. Went for a routine checkup and clean. Saw Niamh and Cornell. A great pairing, both gentle and efficient. As I am a coeliac, I asked whether the polish was gluten free, and instead of guessing as many people do, they tried to check, but there was no information on the tube. They said they wouldn't consider using it until they were sure it was safe. Feel safe with them, as many people would just say 'yes it's fine'. Thanks to all.

Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful dental practice! I struggled with really bad dentophobia. I avoided the dentist for years and relied on home remedies for the dental issues that I experienced. I suffered from overwhelming anxiety when I thought about going to the dentist. Experiences with a bad dentist in the past had left me with nightmares and anxiety about going to the dentist. My experience at Boldmere Dental Practice has been transformational. In October 2023, I was forced to go to the dentist because of a dental emergency. So I signed up to Boldmere Dental Practice and I let the staff know my history and how afraid I was of the dentist. The staff there treated me with the utmost care, and patience. They communicated so clearly and soothingly with me and went at a pace that I felt comfortable with and were really validating when listening to my experiences. Because of their care, I now don't have dentophobia and I actually have healthy teeth. I go for regular check ups. I can't thank them or commend this practice enough. If you have a phobia of the dentist, I recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I want to say a huge thank you to Liam, and the team at Boldmere Dental Practice for the brilliant treatment I have received this week. After phoning first thing on Monday morning with severe toothache, they got me booked in straight away for an emergency appointment and I was seen within 45 minutes of making that first call. After Liam quickly diagnosed the issue I was then swiftly booked back in for the following day to have my problem tooth removed. I was incredibly nervous but Liam did a wonderful job of putting me at ease, calmly talking me through each step of the procedure and the removal itself was quick and made as painless as possible. I am incredibly grateful to Liam and the practice for fitting me in and getting me treated at such short notice and can't praise them highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I moved from a local Sutton Coldfield dentist that I was not particularly happy with. My wife had taught radiography to dental students at Birmingham Dental Hospital and my daughter had trained and worked there as a dental nurse; both recommended Boldmere Dental Practice and Liam in particular for my move to another practice. How right they were! Boldmere Dental Practice is the best dentists I have used in 50years. Liam is a very skilled, top notch dentist, surrounded by very professional caring staff; Tariq is a great dental therapist. Boldmere Dental Practice is currently expanding and if you need dental work you should join this practice.

Fantastic experience: I had a canine tooth crowned by Mrs Hughes, the original owner of this dental practice. She warned me at the time that there was not a lot of tooth to fix the crown to so it might not last as long as might normally be expected. That was 25 years ago so I can't complain! The tooth finally fell out a couple of months ago so I assumed that was the end of it. However, when I saw Kieran i was surprised and delighted when he explained that he could fix a post into the remains of the tooth and secure a new tooth to this. I am very pleased with the result. It was a long and complex procedure and I was impressed throughout by Kieran’s professionalism, attention to detail and reassuring manner. He explained what he was doing at each stage and clearly took pains to get things right. The new tooth is a perfect fit. Many thanks.

Fantastic experience: Last week I had a tooth extracted after long term pain. I have always been nervous about the dentist, but Kieran and Cally are so friendly and calming. It's like talking with friends. The extraction was quicker than expected and the price reflected this. Even when I went back a week later, concerned about my pain, Kieran was understanding and took the time to give it a clean as well as some packing. Cally has a lovely manner that puts you at ease. I cannot recommend this dentist enough. If you are nervous and wondering what to do, go and see them. You won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Boldmere Dental Practice for about 30 years now and have always been impressed with their professionalism and quality of service. I had an implant fitted over 10 years ago which has given me excellent service and only needed a minor adjustment since which was sorted in a few minutes. More recently, Liam has been monitoring a cracked and partially broken tooth. When the time came for replacement, he explained in detail the pros and cons of all the options available, sending me a photograph of my tooth and a written report. I had no hesitation in opting for a further implant in view of my favourable experience the past. The whole procedure was carried out with minimal pain and discomfort and I am highly pleased with the result. Thanks to Liam and his team for an excellent job with this implant and for all their support in the past. Special thanks too to Anastasia and her assistant for their excellent work as dental hygienists. The new guided Biofilm Therapy Technique is first class. And also to Claire and Becki for sorting out appointments and fielding all the queries over the years. I also opted for the Enlighten Teeth Whitening Service some years back and found this proved to be an excellent way of removing any discolouration. The initial whitening impact certainly persists when combined with the regular home top-ups which are easily applied. In short, I feel that my teeth and gums are as good as I could possibly hope for and would highly recommend Boldmere Dental Practice to anyone moving to this area or seeking out a new dentist. You will be very well looked after by this excellent team.

Fantastic experience: Attended today for the start of my treatment for a crown. I do suffer with anxiety when faced with going to the dentist, but they totally put you at ease and will move at your pace. All the staff are fantastic and always ask about me my husband and family. It's not lip service either as they enquire about things we talked about at previous appointments, they remember you. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I have Travelled to Boldmere Dental Practice for a few years now. Once again I received first class treatment. The Practice has all the latest dental technology and all the staff very professional.

Fantastic experience: This Practice is truly amazing. Some weeks ago I became concerned that I might have early signs of oral cancer. I called in to ask if anyone could see me and despite being fully booked, Liam agreed to see me within an hour. I had no idea that apart from his many impressive dental qualifications, he had also spent three years in a hospital doing precisely what I was asking for. He gave me a thorough examination and also took several photographs and told me that he wouldn’t charge me for anything. I was really taken aback by his professionalism, his experience and by his personal concern for my understandable worries. Two weeks later I returned and saw Kieran about the same problem and he was also remarkably understanding, examined me again and took yet another photograph. He too told me that I would not be charged. Since then, I have been referred to the QE for tests and so I asked Clare, their wonderful Practice Receptionist, for copies of my photographs for the hospital. They literally arrived by email within 1 minute and a further review appointment was offered to me despite being extremely busy. I cannot offer enough praise for the team at Boldmere Dental Practice. I have never known such a fantastic service. It’s simply faultless.

Fantastic experience: Not been to a dentist in over 20 years. Found reviews of a few dentists in the area and felt the comments for scared, well terrified patients, reassured me more. One checkup, one hygiene appointment and one filling later, I am SO glad I made that move. I didn’t need as much doing as I thought and though I do have quite a few teeth missing, the bottom ones are decay free. What I valued most was how everyone made you feel as if YOU were in charge and this is something I think we feel nervous about with dentists. Maybe because we can’t say anything while our mouths are open!? Anyway, being approached as if you are a child sitting in the chair also helped - showing what each thing was going to do and sound like was a help. They also talked through a lot of what was happening at each appointment, explaining everything. The biggest thing for me was that they totally understood my fear. It seems I was not as nervous as they expected but I am one of those people who keep it inside, people always being surprised when I tell them I get nervous when delivering training (my job before I retired). Anyway, one more visit now, in a week or so I will be having two bits of ‘leftover’ teeth and one old crown and tooth out and we’ll see if they are as good as they have been so far. I’ll post again and let you know but I can’t see how anyone could do it better and at the end of the day, its got to be done.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Boldmere Dental Practice for over 20 years. Always the very best as far as treatment, customer service and professionalism goes along with a very friendly atmosphere. There’s always plenty of time to discuss any dental related issues or ask questions both before and after the treatment with answers, advice and guidance always given in detail. I had my 4 front teeth crowned over 15 years ago and they are as good now as they were when they were fitted. Superior in quality and appearance people always comment on how lovely my teeth are and they are really surprised when I tell them they’re crowns because they say they look so real and natural. I highly recommend this practice they are number 1.

Fantastic experience: The practice as a very warm and friendly atmosphere all staff are extremely friendly. I recently had a crown replaced on one of my front teeth my old had slipped and was over 10 years old (fitted at a different practice) Liam explained how technology had moved on and how fantastic the new crown would look and included me in every step of the process. Sending me photos and images of how the lab were recreating my new crown. When the final crown was fitted the colour was slightly off not that I could tell to much it looked amazing! However Liam’s professionalism wouldn’t allow me to leave with that crown and he rematched to make sure it was perfect. When I returned a couple of weeks later to get it fitted it was perfect I’m so pleased now I’m back to getting my face on a few more photos with the kids.

Fantastic experience: Hi, I've been going to Boldmere Dental Practice for many years, 40 plus years and I have always received good quality attention and service. But over the last few years that has changed. The service and attention is now not good, it's first class!!! The staff are always friendly, helpful and smiling too. The equipment is always bang up to date and really impressive. Computer generated images that help explain what needs to be done and check ups that give me confidence that nothing is wrong. Everyone on the team is friendly and professional, from the welcome at reception and the initial chat with Lisa to the consultations and treatments with Liam and Anastasia which have been spot on. Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a dentist that is great with children, then this is the dentist for you. Everyone that works here is fantastic, so patient and kind. My son recently had to have an xray and filling and they were absolutely brilliant with him. They also take the time to chat to the children and really sell the benefits of looking after your teeth. My kids haven't complained about brushing since our first visit! I am now going to join myself because the care is just beyond all expectations.

Fantastic experience: A big thank you to tareq and his assistant hayley for fixing my broken tooth today i was made to feel very reassured about the treatment i recieved the procedure was explained to me step by step which i found very comforting and i suffered no discomfort throughout the procedure im very happy with the outcome as i thought i was going to have the tooth extracted i have been with this dentist for over 30 years and have nothing but praise for the friendly staff and the treatment iv recieved over the years so thank you boldmere dentist for everything and overcoming my fear of dentists

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth cleaned this week with the new technique called Guided Biofilm, this was absolutley fantastic, I dread having my teeth cleaned as my teeth are very sensitive with this new technique no pain whatsoever. Fantastic experience: I started going to Boldmere dental a few years ago with very bad gum disease and very crooked teeth and was desperate for help as I was told by another dentist I could never have braces because my gums were so bad with the help of Liam and his team I started with seeing a hygienist and got my gums back to a good standard then my dream came true and I was told I could have Invisalign, nearly 2 years later I have finished my Invisalign and I have been very well looked after by Liam and his team with regular checks and I have the perfect teeth all thanks the boldmere dental practice, I could not be happier with my beautiful teeth and the support off everyone there, If wasn’t for them I would never of achieved my perfect smile.
