Always interested in what you have to say. An all round good egg! The hygienists are good too. Again make you feel at ease and always open for a giggle!

Fantastic experience: I WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! When I first step foot into this dentist I wouldn’t even sit in the chair, now fast forward 3/4 years, my teeth are the best they’ve ever been. Alex is phenomenal, listens, reassures and goes the extra mile to keep you comfortable! Excellent service, friendly faces when you walk in! Can’t fault them!

Fantastic experience: Really lovely staff, gorgeous premises, actually I should say really lovely premises and gorgeous staff. They are all so beautiful! It isn't cheap, obviously, being private, but 100% worth it. They do some great special offers, so look out for those, they really help. Like the half price teeth whitening. Bargain! Half price new patient appointments sometimes. Stuff like that. But yeah defo recommend. My kids have extra needs and they got on so well here. I'm a patient for life! Well, for as long as I can afford it anyway. Lol.

Fantastic experience: After an emergency appointment with James, who I had not seen before. He took his time explaining everything what had gone wrong with my tooth which needed an extraction and he sorted it straightaway without the need to come back in. Marvellous treatment from telephoning and treatment all in the same day!

Fantastic experience: I am a patient at TGs Dental Suite in Ashby for a few years now. They were able to assist with an emergency appointment at short notice when my own dentist would not. Since that initial appointment I have received a very professional service and subsequently became a full-time patient. Alex goes above and beyond to make her patients feel relaxed and comfortable when their body language tells a different story. If you have a fear or anxiety about dentist visits then this is the practice for you. Sign up for a regular dental plan and take the stress out of the process. All the staff are very helpful and professional. They make recommendations and its up to you to decide to proceed or not, there's no pushy sales. If you show an interest in a product or service you will be given a full explanation, no hard selling.

I never expected that I would have the dental treatment done there and then with no pain and no fuss. Fantastic experience: I joined TG's as a new patient a few months ago, with some aesthetic work required (replacing two silver crowns with white, and improving the look of a front tooth). The work has been carried out to a fantastic standard and I have always been comfortable during my appointments, with my dental care seemingly at the forefront of all of the teams mind. They even managed to squeeze me in a three-hour appointment ahead of time to ensure I could have the work done before I go on holiday. My dentist (James) is lovely and relaxed, explains things well and I am very pleased with the outcome. Thanks to all at TG's, and see you in a few months for my check up! :)

They always go above and beyond, and being able to pay monthly for regular checkups and deep cleans is brilliant! Can’t recommend enough, particularly if you are an anxious patient.

Fantastic experience: I've had a fear of the Dentist since I was young and had avoided going for years. I was looking for an understanding dentist that also offered plans so I could budget and not have an excuse to skip check ups. I cannot thank TG's enough, the plans are affordable and flexible but the biggest thanks is for the care shown during initial consultation and at my regular appointments, this applies as much to the greeting as you walk in as it does to the appointment itself. I've been a patient for nearly a year now and I actually enjoy going, I'm no longer white knuckled in the chair. Having the Dentist and Hygienist explain all options and talk through the best care plan to perform at home with options for future treatments is always done with genuine care. I would 100% recommend them if looking for a dentist in the area, the convenience or a car park next door which is a small fee (£1 for 2 hours) is an added bonus.

Fantastic experience: I can't fault the service at TG's. Front desk/Reception are excellent and Dr Alex is always first class, treatment, advice, general nattering all brilliant! Same applies to the Hygienist, always friendly, good treatment and always reminding me I don't use the inter-dental sticks enough. Come out feeling refreshed and guilty! Highly recommend TG's.

If you need to have any work carried out you are told why it is necessary and the options available to you. If you have any questions they are answered.

Tom and his dental nurse were very thorough and explained everything to us. It was very interesting to see the xrays they took and hear what they meant. We were then helped by Haze to choose a payment plan and treatment going forward. She was so friendly and professional.
