Both receptionist were happy and helpful, and updated my appointment reminders. I was seen today by my dentist usually Ravi who was assisted by Vicky. Both get 5 stars for their work. I have been with this dentist for 30 years and brought my 3 children here too, we all still use this practice and I can’t praise Ravi highly enough. Thank you. I left smiling.

Negative experience: Receptionist is rude. I tried to find some information and she only answered 1 question and then hanged up. I still had something else to ask. I wouldn't have bothered posting, but it's not the first time I am getting horrendous service from same receptionist. It feels like you bothering her, but it's her job to answer customer queries.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with a hygienist on Wednesday. I'm not good at remembering names, but I think it was with Anjali and Sangita. I'm afraid the condition of my teeth was shocking, covered in plaque and not nice to look at in the mirror. I was amazed looking in the mirror at the end of the session. A complete transformation at what compared to many London hygienists, seems like a surprisingly affordable price. The new premises also looks great and the cleaning was also relatively comfortable and relaxed.

Fantastic experience: I had a broken tooth and I had to get this fixed asap. I was able to get an appointment quickly and when I arrived at the dental practice, I was greeted and taken into the room. The dentist and the nurse were so patient, professional and kind to me as they know I am a very nervous patient. The dentist was Ravi and the nurse was Vicky, I am sure that I squeezed the nurses hand so hard. Sorry! Ravi was very professional explaining everything that had happened to my tooth and what work he is going to have to do to fix my tooth. Vicky the nurse was so supportive towards me and both of them helped me to relax which made the procedure easy and quick. I would recommend this dentist practice to everyone. Negative experience: “We only take private. Not NHS” said the receptionist to me, without me even opening my mouth. Very judgemental, prejudiced much? Ew. My mum was with them when they took NHS patients and her dentures are still unused. Every time she’s tried to use them they give her mouth blisters, so that’s not very good is it? Bit of a fraud of a place. The dentures still cost us £160, “NHS prices”. All money and no results. Not very good, is it?

Positive experience: An ok experience. You need to pay for booking fee, just in case you don't turn up and waste people's time. I booked for deep cleaning and I had to pay twice, 1st time for booking fee which was £30 and the 2nd remaining £30 after the cleaning. Total £60. My appointment was around 6pm just before 7pm, when they close. There was no waiting time, I had to wait just few minutes before I was seen. The Dr Socorro seems like a nice lady, asked me quick question before starting. But I was not happy with the process, there was no paper sheet laid on the chair, not even paper sheet around my neck. So while they were cleaning, few liquid dripped from my mouth. The assistant was there to help with the deep cleaning and handing out things. I have bad gums, but the Dr could have asked at certain point if I am ok or in pain. I was sweating so much, not from the heat but from the pain. In terms of work done, I would say she did a great job cleaning my teeth and gums, not 100% clean or free from plaque, but much better than before, as you can see from the before and after. Payment for booking is on telephone, and the rest of the payment can be card. I was given 2 free interdental brushes to assist. Advice was not given how I should maintain my gum, but I need to keep it clean and come back within 2/3 months for further deep cleaning. Nice place, everywhere was clean, but I don't think i would go back there. My experience did not felt professional enough. But in terms of cost wise, I would say this place is quite cheap compared to other dentist in Woolwich.

She is the kindest professional I have ever met and her care is of the highest quality. The reception staff is also very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this practice to anyone and everyone.

Fantastic experience: I felt like they've taken good care of me, friendly and welcoming from the moment I went in. Dentists took their time to examine me, my worries were not dismissed but attended to. Optional treatment explained. All professionally and politely. But my personal favourite who have to be a lady receptionist (British lady of Chinese/Korean/Japanese origin- sorry but I keep forgetting to check her name) who was so friendly and professional: she deserves a medal and a raise! It's a pleasure to interract with her over the phone/face-to-face.
