Fantastic experience: Excellent care!

Fantastic experience: I recently underwent root canal treatment under the care of Gan. I was nervous of the process but Gan and his team made the experience totally pain free and very comfortable. From explaining the procedure to me in detail to carrying it out I felt I was in control and able to make informed decisions at all times. The patience and kindness shown to me will not be forgotten and I can't thank you enough for getting me gently out of pain.

Fantastic experience: I was highly recommended to this dental practice by a friend and I was NOT disappointed. Fantastic Service….I had extremely bad pain in my back tooth the day before I was flying out to go on holiday. I called the sugery and the friendly, polite and helpful, receptionist did everything she could to get me booked in for a consultation and allowed enough time should I need the tooth extracted, which I did. Dr Sarita Chopra was amazing, she put me at ease, explained everything that she was doing and was soo kind and caring along with her nurse. Thank you guys … you are all amazing.

Fantastic experience: I was seen today by the lovely dentist Sarita. I was worried about a tooth that was giving me some pain and was also feeling anxious about visiting the dentist in general. Sarita patiently went through all my X-rays with me and she reassured me through discussing a treatment plan. It was by far one of the best dentist consultations I’ve ever had and it’s nice seeing a dentist who enjoys helping and educating her patients. Tamzin at the reception desk was also very friendly :)

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Highland View dental surgery and Philip enough. I’ve been visiting for nearly 20 years since he skilfully did an implant and crowns for me (still going strong). I’ve moved away from the area but still travel over an hour for checkups and any work that needs doing. Everything is explained simply and great care given.

Fantastic experience: If you have an extreme phobia of the dentist like I do this is 100% the place to go! I hadn’t been for around 10 years because I was so scared. I walked in to make an appointment after Highland View was recommended to me. When I booked my anxiety was super high and the lady I spoke to on the desk reassured me and told me I was in safe hands with Sanjay. The day of the appointment I was greeted by a different lady but she was fully aware of how scared I was (I’m guessing it had been logged on the system) and again reassured me. Other places I’ve been to in the past made me feel really embarrassed and silly for being so anxious, this couldn’t be further from the truth at Highland View. Throughout my appointment Sanjay constantly reassured me that I was in control, he didn’t rush anything and explained what he was doing at every point. I can’t express how grateful I am to have been treated so well, they have a lovely environment at this dentist from staff to the way the rooms are set out. I will 100% be booking again! Thank you

Fantastic experience: I have absolute trust and confidence in Sarita, my dentist at Highland View. Dental health is a high priority for me (especially as my teeth are now 70+ years old) and we work together to keep them as good as they can be.

Fantastic experience: I have been with this practice for about 20 years now. I only wished I had found them when I was younger! I introduced my husband to the practice when we met and they have in effect saved his teeth! As a Smoker of many years now given up he had access to the best advice and treatment. Sanjay is the best dentist I have ever come across, his assistant is lovely and our you at your ease. She has worked there years and that tells you something. Aina the hygienist is also the best practitioner I have had. She is really thorough and gives really helpful advice. Dental care isn’t cheap but it’s a worthwhile investment in keeping your gums and teeth healthy! I really can’t fault anyone who works there!

Fantastic experience: I recently visited the Hornchurch dental surgery, after being referred for a wisdom tooth removal, and the experience from start to finish was seamless. Sanjay Chopra performed the procedure and despite dreading the dentist in general, the procedure was stress free, no pain and he made me feel super comfortable. It was over in no time, and truthfully, a hygienist appointment is worse than today’s tooth removal! The staff were professional and extremely helpful, I done this procedure via medical insurance and the dentistry done all this for me, so the process was extremely simple and easy, as the patient. Thanks so much, and I couldn’t recommend this dentistry enough!!!

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to say a big thank to my wonderful dentist Sanjay Chopra and his equally wonderful assistant Kath! I returned to the surgery last week to be fitted with my Flexible Denture , which I will wear until my dental implant is fitted, in around 6 months time. I was absolutely blown away by it! The flexible denture is comfortable to wear, you just put it in hot water for 5 minutes to soften it up, before you put it in place. I can eat and drink in it, and the most amazing thing is it looks so natural, you’d never know it was a temporary denture! So, if you, like me, have always thought “I’m never wearing a denture” think again. The reality is, a Flexible Denture really could transform your smile. Although for me it’s a temporary measure, for some people, they are used long term, instead of an implant. My family and friends couldn’t believe a denture could look so good! Thank you once again Sanjay, you’ve got me smiling again!

Fantastic experience: I would like to share my overwhelmingly positive experience in the Highland View Dental Surgery. I have always been so scared of dentist, had a long lasting spook when I was younger. This clinic has healed the inner child in me. In the few weeks that I have been coming here, I have gotten a full check-up, hygienic descaling, tooth filling, and a removal of two wisdom teeth. All members of staff have treated me with nothing but respect, care and whole-hearted appreciation, which is very encouraging for someone scared of dentist like myself. Appointment availability is great, and also there is free parking. Huge shout out to Dr Neelu Chopra and Dr Sarita Chopra for taking great care of me. Highly recommend this clinic for friends, family, and to all that are reading this review.

Fantastic experience: An incredible dentist surgery. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Very very easy and quick to get an appointment. (I'm talking same day or within that week). For anyone who is scared of dentists like me this is place you need to come too immediately. Your fear will be taken away instantly. Extremely clean and comfortable waiting area and same goes for the practice rooms. X-rays done while in the chair or on sight, no need to be going to different places. My dentist Neelou is very friendly and gentle, takes care and the time to explain everything she is doing to before she does to put my mind at ease. After my check up she can do all the scale and polish in the chair and has done fillings all in one sitting. Same person same days / sitting. Also hear team that helps her in the room is very friendly and helpful and makes me feel at ease.( I had to hold their hand once as I was scared the first time) general and cautious with suction as well. Cannot recommend this dentist practice highly enough. I had an extreme fear of dentists and now I don't I actually have a good laugh and giggle with my dentists last time. this practice is amazing and cares for their patients. Fantastic experience: Fast and efficient service conducted with great care. Friendly team all round.

Fantastic experience: The practice experience was very professional and comfortable from start to finish. I had a bad cavity tooth and the receptionist was informative. Dr Sanjay made sure to be quick with the x-ray and the extraction. The prices are expensive however with the response and treatment procedure made it the right decision.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Sanjay and his assistant Kathy. I’m a nervous patient and they take time to put you at ease. Sanjay explains everything involved with any treatment required. He shows you X-rays and discusses options to help you decide what treatment to have. I have had two implants and they both went very smoothly and I received excellent care.

Fantastic experience: I had my first wisdom tooth extraction by Mrs Sarita Chopra at Highland View . I was put at ease as soon as I entered the practice. The procedure itself was fairly painless, the tugging and the pressure on the tooth was bearable for me. Mrs Chopra did a great job . I would not hesitate at referring anyone to Highland View.

Fantastic experience: My Chopra was excellent! I had to have surgery, and I was so nervous, but he reassured me from the initial consultation right through to the procedure on the day. I cannot thank him enough and would highly recommend this practice and Mr Chopra. The dental nurse was also very good. I've also used the hygienist and she was very helpful and honoured my requests due to my worries. The reception staff are all very friendly and helpful too.

Fantastic experience: My experience at this dentist was amazingly perfect. I say that because I have anxiety and usually opt for sedation. Just the sound of the drill sacred me. My dentist at Highland was/is Ganase and he changed my dental experience. I had root canal and during the procedure I found myself thinking about what I was going to cook for dinner as opposed to concentrating on the procedure. His professionalism and gentle approach was brilliant and his assistant was just as great. I would recommend and will return for further treatment when and if the need arises! 10 stars ⭐️ Had to return in May this year to this dentist because my root canal failed so was given the option of an Apicectomy with Sanjay. He was extremely thorough and explained all my options in detail. I opted for sedation this time as the procedure sounded a bit more evasive and my stress levels went up! He and his nurse were gentle and kind at all times which immediately made me feel relaxed (with the help of the sedative ). The procedure was about an hour but felt like 10mins. I was actually smiling at the end whilst sat in recovery. I hope this procedure is successful with no further work needed as nothing is 100% certain. Thanks again to Sanjay and his team for your professionalism. 10 stars ⭐️

Fantastic experience: I have had 7 implants over the past 2 years and l am so pleased with the way they have changed my life! I couldn’t chew properly as l had no bottom back teeth , l smile more, my face is filled out and the overall effect has given me so much confidence. I never wanted dentures so this was the only answer for me and my only regret is that l didn’t have it done sooner! Mr Sanjay Chopra and his team at Highlands are professional, attentive and extremely pleasant. I regularly go for check ups and am delighted to say that l go away from there happy that all is well with my wonderful teeth and I have no hesitation in recommending Highland View to you.

Fantastic experience: I have been a customer of Highland View for a number of years and always found Sanjay and team to be exceptional. I try and visit the hygienist at least every 6 months and can only recommend them. My most recent experience was the extraction of a wisdom tooth. This was my third wisdom tooth out, my 1st two with other dentists. This extraction was by far the best, Sanjay talked me through everything was VERY gentle with the injections and the removal went very smoothly. Really nothing to be concerned about. Highland View put you at ease and really deliver a great service that I have not experienced any where else. A big thank you from me.

Fantastic experience: Went in for 2no extraction of my lower wisdom teeth and was seen by Sarita. Really professional and very friendly. Made my surgical to be very quick and efficient. Fantastic experience: Excellent dental surgeon and excellent services. My surgeon Mrs Sarita ensured I had all the information before commencing the treatment and she made sure I was given enough rest in between. This is that one place where a patient will feel confident and not anxious about the treatment. It was my first time and for an emergency surgical wisdom tooth extraction and it went really well and I am on recovery.
