Fantastic experience: I have been at lux for years now & honestly can’t recommend them enough. Between me & my daughter we have been so many times and everytime the staff are just lovely. Kathleen is our dentist & she remembers us, she welcomes us, she cares & she makes us feel at ease, she is a diamond. We also see the hygienist I can’t remember his name but he explains everything he makes us feel welcomed & he really listens & goes over & above. Receptionists are all really welcoming & always make a fuss of us. Really lovely place.

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to the area and joined the practuce with an NHS pregnancy exemption. Today I had my first appointment with Lux dental care and Dr Elahi. What a wonderful person and great dentist! He took his time, asked me general questions about my life, gave me some great advice and just went that extra mile. I'm in my early 30s and have been seeing dentists every 6 months since I was a child, so I have met many, and I can easily say he has been my favourite of them all. The dental assistant and receptionist were very friendly as well (sorry I didn't catch your names), everyone was just smashing. Thank you so much for a great experience, I couldn't recommend more!

Negative experience: I have at least 4 loose teeth... When I phoned but told I would have to wait 4 weeks for an appointment! I take care of my teeth and rarely ask for dental care. Ridiculous!
