Fantastic experience: Had my tooth extraction and got an implant placed as well. The only painful bit was the tooth extraction (pain lasted a week). The implant process was simple and easy. I was scared at first proceeding with the implant thinking it’ll be painful but Dr. Ghent was quite professional and explained the process very thoroughly. It was all in my head and the process was over without any pains (only some soreness). Thank you for the amazing service.

Fantastic experience: Needed an emergency appointment, young lady on the phone was very understanding & booked me in for an hour later. Unfortunately I needed an extraction, Rory was incredibly patient as I was extremely anxious & explained everything that was happening throughout. Having a tooth out is never a good experience but the team made it as comfortable as possible, it was pain free & there was good aftercare discussion. 10/10 for the staff there, could not have asked for or expected more.

Fantastic experience: I phoned yesterday to report a toothache that had been bothering me for a while. I was given an appointment within a couple of hours and was pleasantly received by Victoria and her assistant. They put me at ease straight away and Victoria advised me that the tooth needed to be extracted, The extraction was quick and virtually pain free. Victoria then went through all of the precautions I needed to take and now, only 24 hours later, I can hardly feel that the extraction took place. A first class service.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of H Williams & Associates for over 25 years. At all times I felt that I was in good hands. No more so than my current dentist, Dr Amy Jenkins. Dr Jenkins explained her proposed treatment plan clearly, with imaging to assist in my understanding of why the interventions were indicated. She delivered the treatment plan efficiently and explained at each stage what was taking place. She answered all my questions comprehensively and used lay terminology which I could understand. The care I received from of H Williams & Associates generally, and from Dr Amy Jenkins in particular, was exemplary.

Fantastic experience: I am a new customer at this practice and am very impressed with the care and expertise I have experienced. I got a last minute appointment with Rory after a tooth broke. He did thorough checks on all my teeth using state of the art technology and expert knowledge. The treatment for the broken tooth turned out to be a bit more complicated than expected but Rory took time to explain in detail the pros and cons of all the options, which helped me make a decision that led to the best outcome. Rory even rang me a couple of weeks later to see how things were. All the staff I met on my visits for treatment were smiley and kind. I will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: There are some very good dentists here - it's easy to have a conversation about what work needs to be done, and what can be safely monitored. Your overall health is taken into account, which is important. Costs are broken down in an understandable form, and can be explained further if need be.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental problem and got an appointment right away. I hadn't seen a dentist in over 5 years because I had a bad experience before at another dentist's, but Rory was really nice. He took time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable. The next day, Dan took out my tooth. Even though I was nervous, he and his dental assistant put me completely at ease. Would highly recommend!

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. I had many issues throughout my invisalign treatment which I brought to their attention through emails, telephone calls, and letters because I wanted to deal with things properly. They were slow and reluctant to respond, but in the end the matters were resolved and I received compensation. Following this, the practice manager said in her own words that I would be welcome to return to the practice for a review appointment. Three months later, I inquire about a review and the mangaer says that it would be in my best interests not to return to the practice due the previous issues faced. I think they are unprofessional and not true to their word. I would avoid all costs. They have no regard or manners. I am not sure what kind of dentist this is, but it's joke. Staff need to go on management training because it's clearly lacking.

Negative experience: I just want to say a big thank to all the amazing staff at h Williams and associates. All the staff I have encountered in my many visits are highly trained and professional. They do their work with great care and compassion. I am privileged to be a client there.

Fantastic experience: My mother has dementia and getting her to the dentist has it's challenges but the girls on the desk were so accommodating with her appointment today. Mum loves the Chris the hygienist. He makes her feel at ease and is very gentle and super understanding.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of H Williams and Associates for many years now and the service I've received here has always been outstanding but recently, I had to undergo a long, difficult procedure as one of my teeth got fractured. The whole process involved the planning of the best solution and the extraction of the fractured tooth, the care of the area and modelling and placement of the implant. In the meantime, I decided to update an old and ugly crown and bridge that sat next to the fractured tooth, so the whole thing was quite the journey. Today, I had the implant, bridge and crown placed and I cannot be happier with the outcome! The service I received from the whole team, including Amy, Dan, Sylvia and Becka was of the highest standards and utmost quality. They were patient, understanding, kind, made me laugh too, and provided me with the best advice to renew and recover my smile. Of course the procedure is not the cheapest, but I was able to split the payments during this whole period and upon looking at the results, I am more than satisfied with the price paid for such a high quality job. Thank you all again for a fantastic job and for giving me my smile back. I left the practice today feeling happy, satisfied and can't stop smiling!

Amy is the best dentist ever, she is very welcoming, makes you feel relaxed (I’m not the biggest fan of the dentist) and explains everything she is doing when you’re in the chair. I see Chris Prange as my Dentist and he's such a friendly and caring person and always explains things clearly and in a nice way. Normally going to the Dentist is a scary thing, but I actually feel quite relaxed about it now! All of my family come here as well, including both my brother in-laws now and they all have good things to say. I recently decided to get Adult braces as I've got three missing teeth and I'd like to thank Alex and Nicky for helping me to get this sorted out! Fantastic experience: Today I had my second appointment at H Williams & Associates Dental Surgery and I have been very impressed with the service I received on both occasions. All the staff are amazing, the receptionists are open and friendly and the dentists are very lovely, patient and straight to the point. They gave me a variety of different options for the treatment I was looking to have and helped me with taking out and putting in my new retainers and telling me how to clean my retainers, as well as answering my questions well. They also gave some good advice that I found extremely helpful. Amy in particular is incredible; she is very polite and is nice to talk to and so are her assistants. Everyone are very good at what they do - you always leave satisfied, laughing and with a smile! I would 100% recommend H Williams & Associates Dental Surgery, they are so much better than the two surgeries I’ve previously been a patient at, which are BDP Dental Bromley (Chatterton Dental Surgery) who were always running late and didn’t provide a fulfilling service; once they only saw me for less than a 2 minutes appointment before telling me I had to go, and they also never cleaned my teeth properly; and Simply Orthodontics, where all the staff besides an orthodontist called Geraldine were very rude and perhaps even racist; they also broke my braces once, never saw me on time and constantly made mistakes that cost me a lot of money and I never even got an apology! Any healthcare service are bound to run a bit behind schedule but H Williams & Associates Dental Surgery take less time to see you than others do and you can also tell that they’re all very genuine people who genuinely love their job and want to help people, they aren’t just after money like a lot of the other places. They make you feel very comfortable; I usually get embarrassed at appointments easily, but not at this surgery - I felt calm and relaxed and not anxious whatsoever. They’re also great with children, I am 17 years old and I know others around my age and parents too, who would agree. Both my mum and dad are now signing up to be a patient too. If you live far, it’s worth the travel, I promise.

From the super helpful and friendly Reception team, who always send me helpful text reminders for appointments, to the very professional dentists and hygienists. I am on an annual plan which is good value and recently completed Invisalign straightening which worked out so well, am really pleased with the results. Highly recommend.

I live on the south coast but still use them so that says something about how good they are given that I am more than willing to travel that far. I know I will be treated well.

Sneh was so friendly and warm, honest and open, informative and put any worries I had at ease.
