Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with the way the team has handled the treatment and understanding my needs

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Oliver and he talked me through a treatment plan, and was very very helpful. The receptionist and entire team are very professional and friendly, wouldn’t want to go to anywhere else for dental appointments

Negative experience: The dentist was polite and professional. However, the receptionist was very rude — passive-aggressive, sarcastic, and patronising. Her behaviour was so unpleasant that I cancelled all my follow-up treatments and booked elsewhere, even at a higher cost. I was genuinely disgusted by her attitude.

Fantastic experience: This dental practice continues to be a wonderful find! All of the staff there are super friendly, helpful, and caring. And as a NHS patient it’s wonderful to be treated with the decency and respect that was lacking from my previous dental practice in Westminster. The dentist I saw was Raina who was assisted by Gertrude, both of whom were most professional in their knowledge, abilities, and thoroughness. I’d also like to recommend Nathalle, as the perfect ‘meet, greet, & help the nervous ’ Receptionist because as well as being efficient, I saw her gentle empathy towards another patients who need supported. Needless to say the premises are squeaky clean. So all in all I do feel lucky to have this resource on my doorstep providing such quality service under NHS system

My dentist took me through the reasons and options for my treatment very clearly and I felt I was making informed decisions. She really listened to my comments and responded with alterations to make it all work and I'm very pleased with the results. Several of the staff noticed it was my birthday on one visit and wished me many happy returns, did I mention they were friendly.

The Dentist and nurse were absolutely amazing with my mum unbelievably professional exellent customer care skills!! And lastly I need to heap praise on Claire the Receptionist! As a Receptionist at kings college hospital I know exactly what is required to be on point with people! Claires skills are 2nd to none if I could give her 10 out of 5 stars I definitely would ! Jaya who put together my dental plan made it really clear and easy to understand what needed to be done, the options, and the cost implications. I always find it really simple and easy to get appointments booked and treatment is always prompt on the day. Couldn't recommend a dentist more highly!
