I have been fitted with two bridges, one crown and numerous mouth guards over the last 12 months. The care has been painstakingly detailed and precise to ensure a comfortable fit - to the extent that I am unaware each time of anything new in my mouth. also the whole experience has been pain free.

Fantastic experience: Reception staffed by people who are always pleasant and go out of their way to be accommodating. Brilliant service provided by Dr Li who, apart from being a first class dentist, is always caring, considerate and informative. Fantastic experience: 50 years of going to the Dentist, and many unpleasant experiences, have left me with a pattern of apprehension when visiting the dentist. I have just had 3 trips to see Dr Li and find that I am no longer anxious as I anticipate the visits. Considerable care is taken to be gentle, keep me informed, be straight with information and stay in touch we me being a human rather than a ‘patient’. Their teamwork is excellent, the work smooth and skilled, and results excellent. When things don’t go according to plan, and they never can, the response is open and corrections made without any fuss. He was so patient and took the time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable. There was no pain and no feelings of anxiety. Fantastic experience: I have visited this dental centre twice a year for about two decades. I have always found them to be friendly and professional. They have the most up to date equipment. I recently had a zirconium crown fitted and I am very happy with the process and the outcome.

Fantastic experience: The team at College St Dental Centre are so customer facing, very accommodating with any requests, give excellent dental care and advice and don't do any unnecessary work. Coupled with really effective communication before, during and after all appointments. Vincent is a brilliant Dentist, Jan offers excellent hygienist care and the reception team are first rate. Fantastic experience: After a somewhat traumatic childhood dental-wise I've always been nervous when visiting the dentist but I must say that the care and treatment that I received this week (a filling replacement) from Lisa-Marie and Leah was super. I genuinely didn't feel a thing and Lisa-Marie was gentle and reassuring throughout. I particularly appreciated the comforting gardening chat during my treatment which I found very soothing. Fantastic experience: This was an emergency! The practice quickly found me a slot with Dr Li. I was having horrible pains on one side of my mouth. After examination and an xray Dr Li concluded that an ongoing chest infection must have spread to my sinus and this was affecting the nerves on that side of my mouth and face. My doctor prescribed an appropriate antibiotic and I am relieved to say all is now sorted. Brilliant work by Dr Li - thankyou.

Fantastic experience: Not easy to enter the property for a disabled person unless there is a parking space free outside the surgery. Maybe the council would allow a designated space for Blue Badge holders? The treatment by all members of staff was kind and helpful. Quality of dental care excellent.
