Fantastic experience: Have always been very happy and comfortable with my dental treatment at weavers court and previously at Braintree under Mr Patel. My last visit just recently was for a broken tooth which the lady rectified with a filling. They have always looked after my dental needs and regular check ups and hopefully will continue to do so. Negative experience: My partner is terrified of the dentist and has refrained from going for some years, since the passing of his mum. Over the last week, he has been in excruciating pain with a wisdom tooth that clearly needed to be extracted. The first appointment was delayed by 20 minutes, but once seem, the dentist advised a filling and if this didn’t fix the problem, an extraction would be required. This in itself seems to be a money making scheme, as he wanted the tooth out to put a stop to any future possibility of problems, but being nervous and trusting in the dentist, he rebooked to come back the following day. The appointment was 12:40, to which he arrived at 12:46, due to high traffic in the area because of local flooding. A receptionist had phoned my partner at 12:10, to request he come in sooner. We left home at 12:20, with a usual 15 minute journey to still arrive on time for 12:40. Whilst driving, they attempted to call him, but driving he couldn’t answer. When they attempted a second time (as we pulled into the car park), I answered, to which a very rude and obnoxious receptionist advised he had missed his appointment. When I stated it was at 12:40, the receptionist said ‘well it’s 12:45 and you are late’. On arrival at 12:46, the same receptionist stated ‘you are late and the dentist will do what they can' and as we walked to our seat, he was instantly called in to be seen. So why can they make him wait 20 minutes to be seen, but on arriving 6 minutes late to another, the receptionist feels she has the right to belittle and speak to a customer like they are an inconvenience?! Once he was finished, it turns out the reason for the rush was because it was their lunch time. They had already locked the door and turned the lights off. Speaks volumes… I have now registered my partner at another dentist and won’t be returning. Worst customer service skills from the receptionist who believes working in the private health sector makes her feel some kind of importance. GET RID!

Negative experience: Had a bad experience when i visited this dental practice. I came here for a bad tooth ache which the dentist took care of "phew!" Then was told that the tooth needed treatment and the options were 1. Root canal or 2. Extraction and was quoted prices by the dentist beforehand. Option 1 was too expensive so I chose the cheaper option but oh my did that backfire. End result it would have been cheaper to have gone for the root canal. The dentist tried but couldn't remove the tooth as it was classed as a "difficult removal." Long story short it cost £485 to get the tooth removed by a "amateur dentist" and an oral surgeon whom I was referred to after the first dentist tried and really shouldn't have attempted in the first place if she's not experienced enough. I just hope that the dentist here that I saw has took the £85 that shouldn't really have been charged in the first place along with the failed attempt and took extra training with it. Nice and friendly service though.

Fantastic experience: This was the first time I have seen Katie and she put me at my ease from the moment we met. She is very professional and explained everything she was doing very clearly and checked everything was okay. She was very thorough and worked efficiently with good humour along with her assistant. I would have no hesitation in recommending Katie.

Fantastic experience: Great experience for a dental surgery. 1\2 hours treatment (root canal) and Dr Eke the dentist put me at total ease throughout the whole procedure. Dr Eke kept me informed at every step of the procedure. I feel at ease now every time I visit the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had my treatment done on 27/10/2022 and my teeth feel so smooth and clean and healthy and I had a mirror to show me what to do at home.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with my recent visit. Made an appointment to have a chipped tooth repaired before my holiday as it was causing a lot of discomfort. I was told my check up was due so agreed to have at the same time. When check up was complete I asked for tooth to be repaired but was told there was no time. I explained that I booked for it to be done and dentist said he needed to assess first and to make another appointment. I asked receptionist why I wasn't given a longer appointment and was told they are not allowed and can only make a note of it. I was left to find another dentist to deal with it as an emergency before my holiday. This didn't happen when the lovely Daniella was there. I will definitely not be returning.

Fantastic experience: Today attended Together Dental Halstead for a hygienist appointment and I must say this was by far the best hygienist I have ever seen. I have been attending this practice for 2 and a half years and in that time I have had 3 different people. This one explained and showed me everything I needed to do to look after my teeth. I do hope she stays and that I will be seeing her at my next appointment in 6 months time. The receptionist was nice and helpful too. I must say that the new (female dentist) was excellent too. Sorry can't remember anyone's names. The practice has improved a lot from when I first went .

Fantastic experience: I was looked after from entering into the practice by being well looked after from the friendly receptionist Sophie and then the friendly dentist and his assistant thank you ever so much all of you for looking after me today. Fantastic experience: I visited the dental surgery yesterday for a tooth extraction. I must say that Daniella is the best dentist that I have ever had. She was very caring, understanding and exceptionally professional. All of the staff were very caring.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this dentist practise for many years, but first time seeing Dentist Daniela Varela and she was so lovely and especially good with my children, such a shame she is leaving the practise.

Fantastic experience: Due to Covid-19 , like most people I had been unable to get a dentist appointment and had lost a filling and broken my tooth . I had booked a check up so expected to wait for the treatment but Daniela the dentist said she had time to fix it during my check up . It was quick , I felt very safe and Daniela explained the whole process which was pain free . A great experience and would highly recommend .

Well done! Saw Dr. Parker again yesterday and he did a thorough check and clean and answered my questions sensibly as before. All this in eight minutes. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I have had several visits over the last 3 months, teeth removed and others filled and Daniela Varela explain everything before going ahead with each treatment making it more of a comfortable experience. Daniela also explained what could be done for the missing teeth whether on the NHS or Private and how much it could costs which is something I will be going ahead with.

Iv found them super efficient, to the point and explained options, lovely helpful staff on the desk too. Highly recommend this practice 5 stars from me
