Fantastic experience: Martina, Tanya and their team are nothing shy of amazing! Martina explained everything throughly and made me feel so comfortable. The results have been amazing and Martina really knows what she is doing!

Fantastic experience: On entering the dentist and being very nervous, I found the receptionist to be very friendly and reassuring. I did gave to wait a little longer than my appointment time but I accept the fact that there could be delays due to numerous things. The dentist and her assistant are very friendly from the onset which helped put me at ease. I quickly explained my nervousness etcetera but she was lovely and took the time to explain everything and was very careful and gentle with the examination. Afterwards explained very clearly what the next steps were and what would happen after. Considering I went in dreading the appointment, I actually came out thinking it wasn't so bad and now am a little less fearful about going back, thankyou so much Ashi

Fantastic experience: Emergency appointment which was booked easily. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Able to see my regular dentist who is back at the practice I am so pleased to say as I have been with her for around 15 years or so.

Fantastic experience: Would definitely recommend this dentist. Staff are friendly & very professional. Treatment was explained in a way that was understandable.

Positive experience: The reviews that I read for this practice were good but my experience wasn’t that great. I attended this dentist 6 times in all and 3 of these appointments were cancelled, two of which were cancelled in a row. Also, every time I attended, I was called in half an hour after my appointment time. As a private patient I don’t think this is good enough and I’ve had to find another dentist half way through my treatment. Would not recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dentist on time. The dental work was carried out during appointment which I was surprised about as it is usually a re booking. The lady was really nice and the repair work is a high quality. Very friendly dentist. This is the first time I have had a positive experience here in 6 years.

Negative experience: Finally managed to get through and get an appointment. There's no local dentists in my area that will take new patients. This one is 45 minutes from me. Got there to be told my appointment had been cancelled, that a text got sent to an old number, the last time I was there I was made to fill out a form and I had updated my number and address, but this wasn't put on the system. I had a email confirmation for my Appointment but no cancellation email. Not willing to see me for a general check up and told me they could book me in again in three weeks time.

Positive experience: A lovely dentist clinic, great service, staff were really friendly. Would definitely recommend, however - you can never get through on the phone to make an appointment and they have never responded to emails that I’ve sent via their website. I have only ever managed to get an appointment from physically walking in and speaking to someone at their reception. This is the reason for 4 stars.

Positive experience: The experience I had with the surgery was very good. I only had to wait a short time and the dentist explained the procedure I was thinking of having in detail and the pros and cons. I have to arrange appointments at my convenience as one is quite long.

Negative experience: I was always very happy with this dental practice but since my last visit in August I have suffered really badly with toothache following the brutal treatment I received. I was in the chair for 1 hour and 40 minutes and nearly hit the roof when the dentist ‘dug’ out my temporary filling with no injection. I have never felt pain like it. For two days now I have been in agony with toothache and a swollen face. Yesterday I was told to call this morning and I would be guaranteed a same day emergency appointment. At 9am I was told they have no appointments and they never guarantee this. 90minutes later my mother phoned them for me and was told that all of their emergency appointments were taken for today!!! Something not right there if they didn’t have any at 9am but at 1140 the days appointments had now been taken. Would not recommend this dentist and despite giving one star as my review this was purely because you are unable to leave a minus score.
