Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Cambridge Street Dental Practice highly enough – especially Angelie. My 3-year-old had an accident at nursery and lost two teeth, and from the moment we arrived, Angelie was incredibly friendly, gentle, and reassuring. She immediately put my son at ease and showed such patience, professionalism, and genuine care throughout the appointment. As a first-time mum facing a very distressing situation, I was also feeling overwhelmed, but Angelie took the time to support and reassure me too, which meant so much. Thanks to her kindness and approach, my little boy now actually looks forward to his visits — the highlight is always earning a special sticker at the end! Every member of staff I’ve met at Cambridge Street Dental Practice has been warm, welcoming, and thoroughly professional. The environment is calm, clean, and very child-friendly. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone, especially parents with young children.

Negative experience: My experience at this place was not good at all! please if you have children keep them away from this dentist. They filled in my mothers tooth and within a week the filling fully came out. When they drill to do fillings they waste so much of your actual tooth. None of the dentist are empathetic, they don’t care if you’re in pain. The assistant of the dentist just pushes down the water suction all the way down ur throat. They are just so insensible. horrible horrible and horrible!!!!! The reception staff are not that rude, but the dentists just look like they don’t want to do their job!

Fantastic experience: My dentist Maida Sohail is absolutely brilliant. Not only a good dentist but on a routine visit she spotted a lesion on the side of my nose. Using her knowledge she referred me to a specialist. Thanks god she did as the lesion turned out to be pre cancerous and would have turned into a nasty cancer. Her actions possibly saved my life. Fantastic experience: I have been attending this dental practice since it took over from the previous owner. I have always found all the staff very friendly and helpful. My dentist Dr Mitul Patel is very professional and has always advised on the best treatments for me and they have been provided at this very dental practice. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Negative experience: I was misled about my appointment. I booked in to see an hygienist but when I attended my appointment the hygienist told me that I needed to see an hygienist , so I said to him that I was booked in to see an hygienist and he said he weren’t an hygienist he is a dentist and that he used to be an hygienist but not anymore and I am not happy with that because he charges me and he didn’t do anything.

Fantastic experience: I have had two teeth removed recently by Mrs. Jainee Sumaria-Vora. During each procedure I felt no pain and very little pain during recovery ( I didn't even need painkillers) and her treatment of me was outstanding. Her skill level is remarkable. I can honestly say she is the best dentist I have seen in my 54 years of life. All the best and thank you.

Fantastic experience: Cambridge street dental is the best dentists I’ve ever been to! The staff are friendly, professional and efficient as well as having a depth of knowledge to put your mind at ease. I am so grateful for the work that everyone does there, I’ve always felt safe and comfortable which matters to me most when thinking about dental treatment. Fantastic experience: Angelie is the most incredible dentist. I first saw her with an emergency infection a few years ago, I was in a lot of pain, she was absolutely lovely and so helpful. She explained what had happened to my tooth and the possibilities of how she could fix it. She’s calm, patient and explains what she is doing throughout each stage of treatment, which I find reassuring. She’s amazing with my children, makes them feel comfortable and content going to their checkups. I am very happy with all the work she has done on both mine and my children’s teeth. Julia was also brilliant while Angelie was on Mat leave. All the staff at the practice are kind and helpful. Thank-you so much!

Negative experience: I am going to this dentist from last 5 years and I had very good experience with the doctor Mrs Rehman. But my experience with M Petal wasn't good at all. He did filling of my husbands tooth which was damaged, he also charged my husband £70 and after 2 weeks, today he took the tooth out, from last two weeks my husband was in pain and he couldn't even eat anything. When the doctor knew that his tooth was damaged then why did he has done filling in his tooth first.

Fantastic experience: The whole process from signing up to seeing a dentist for the first time was very smooth. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming and the dentist explained everything in a clear and precise way. I would thoroughly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I was seen on time, with very good attention to detail, by a kind and courteous, friendly reception staff and lady dentist, with her pleasant dental nurse assistant. I experienced no pain in treatment, even without anasthetic on a routine filling. ExRays were taken and a de-scale performed. A professional post examination consultation followed summarising a detailed appraisal of my current dental condition, with advice. An all round a refreshing improvement on my previous NHS Dentist, in Chesham who would need to learn lessons from this efficient and friendly practice.

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient so was even more anxious about seeing a different dentist in the absence of my usual one. I need not have worried, the lady I saw was patient, gentle and explained everything that she needed to do, plus gave me enough anaesthetic that I literally felt nothing when she removed a broken infected tooth. Plus, on this occasion I was seen on time which is always a plus when you are nervous.
