I initially attended for an emergency appointment but have since been for a checkup and been given a patient plan for upcoming treatment including hygienist. All the staff have been lovely, really friendly and easy to contact.

The dentist was very good, it was a pain free experience, with both the dental nurse and the dentist understanding how nervous I was they were patient and kind about it. Fantastic experience: We love this dental practise! My daughter (11) actually gets excited when she knows she has an appointment with her dentist and hygienist… She had an extremely traumatic experience with an NHS dental practise and we are very blessed the damage has been reversed and turned into something so positive. I would highly recommend Richard and his team. Everyone working there are amazing, caring, friendly and love what they do. If you want your children to grow up with a positive experience, then don’t hesitate to drop the NHS and go private at this place, you won’t regret it…

Negative experience: Be warned before you go to this establishment. I had an issue with a procedure conducted within this practice, it was raised by myself, and I was sent a very poorly written email full of false accusations, irrelevant details, and was told I was not welcome to come back!!! (Says enough really) Even though one of the dentists, actually referred me to a specialist because they were incapable of carrying out the work needed on this occasion. Never been treated this way by anyone, I felt victimised, ganged up on, and my vulnerability used against me. It’s been a harrowing, frustrating experience. I will warn anyone before they go to this place, as I would hate for anyone to experience what I did. There are plenty of other dentists around.

Fantastic experience: Hi everyone, have been twice in one week to see Richard the dentist who is one very patient man, I'm nervous but he looks after me and answer any questions I have. Then I went back for a hygienist appt who again gave me advice, it's a very friendly place and although I might be nervous i come out smiling.

Fantastic experience: Attended MPDD today for extraction of upper incisor, damaged in cycle accident some 40 years ago. The root had split so it was curtains for this body part. It was successfully removed from its home with absolutely no pain, superb operating technique I might add and the temporary replacement fitted. What more can you expect from such professional care. Yes forty minutes relaxing in a dental chair!

Fantastic experience: Such a friendly practise, with helpful reception staff and great location for ease of parking in town. The dental staff are professional and reassuring. The surgery is calming and always smells like a spa which is unusual for a dentist. Well done to the team as any nerves are instantly calmed by the welcome.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Nishma and her team was nothing short of amazing. From first consultation, she gave me informed options with varying prices and payments. I decided on CFast and I do not regret it, 5 months from first fitting until a completely new smile after some beautifully placed composite bonding. I already miss going in monthly for my reviews and chats with Nishma, such a warmth and friendly face. Extra shout out to Matt too, always making sure any dribble was caught, attention to detail and making me smile! Can’t wait to see you guys at my polish at 3 months (not compulsory until 6 months but I miss the chats). Couldn’t recommend this surgery enough with the whole team. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I visited this practice which is used and praised by my wife. On her recommendation she demanded that I get a second opinion on some complicated dental treatment that I would be needing. I was given a careful, considered opinion, not holding back that their treatment options would be similar in cost. Although I have used the same Sudbury dentist for years and the fact that I have a good relationship with them, I was tempted to switch my provider because of the overall ambience and professionalism I experienced. Who knows, I may still do it !

Fantastic experience: Market Place Dental is a very welcoming and friendly practice. I have been coming to this practice regularly for over 20 years and have always found the dentists and hygienists to be very skilled and knowledgeable. I recently needed a composite filling. The procedure was carefully explained to me in advance and also at each step during the process. Richard (the dentist) concluded the appointment by showing me high resolution photographs of my tooth before, during and after the treatment, all enabled through the well equipped state-of-the-art instruments used in the practice. I couldn't have asked for better care from Richard and Paula (the dental nurse). I can whole heartedly recommend Market Place Dental.
