Fantastic experience: Genuinely a great experience. Having had a few horror stories of Dentists in the past, the staff at Dental Emporium made me feel at ease. Both the Hygienist and Dentist explained what they were doing and gave advise readily. I found how they used technology helpful, showing me on a screen my X-rays and what is happening and what are my next steps. If you are a non easy flyer in the Dentist chair would say give them a try.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this practice enough. All staff, from reception to nurses to dentists, all work together to ensure a first-class service. I am a very nervous patient and found that my concerns and wobble moments were taken on-board with grace, concern and patience. I had a root canal and implant done under sedation and further replacement of a crown (without sedation) and am happy with the results. What really sticks out for me is the aftercare I got- every time I had been for an appointment, I had a follow-up message or call from the surgery to make sure I was ok and not in pain. Thank you! Thank you! I think I am a little of a less nervous dentist patient as a result. You guys are a great example of what everybody should be doing as a matter of course!

Fantastic experience: Best dentist in London after trying quite a few clinics over the past years, and one of the best dentists I have visited in my life! Couldn't have had a better experience! It is great to finally see a clinic that's well maintained, with spacious rooms and most important, spotless cleaning and latest equipment. Dr Francois and his team were brilliant, did an amazing job redoing an old cavity filling, teeth hygiene and he even repaired a missing part of my bottom retainer that needed some attention. They were very careful and didn't have pain at all, even after the effect of the anestesia it felt that I never went to the dentist to get my tooth fixed! Have already recommended him to people in the area and can truly say that I have found my dentist in London. Thank you very much!

Fantastic experience: As someone who previously needed sedation prior to any type of dental work being undertaken, I have to emphasise that Francois has alleviated all my fears. Fantastic experience: I got my braces with dental emporium a few years ago - Francois was amazing and really attentive. I have since moved away to Somerset but needed a replacement retainer. Loretta sorted requesting a replacement for me with the lab and allowed me some flexibility with payment options - it was sent out in the post special delivery which I received yesterday. Really grateful for their above and beyond service.

The dental nurses are attentive and reassuring. Matthew Wright is possibly the best dentist I have seen in recent years. Spotted issues that others haven't informed me of. It is clear he aims to proceed with the least invasive treatments possible and focuses on preventative measures, which I greatly appreciate. Fantastic experience: I got a root canal today on my front tooth after an unfortunate (entirely sober!!) daytime fall (in flats!) and whacking my mouth on the tarmac. This was not a good day for me. Francois was fantastic as usual in explaining the treatment plan to a panicking and overly emotional Irish person. There was zero pain during the procedure, with Rebecca and Loretta also offering much needed emotional support :) feeling great again! thanks everyone!
