Fantastic experience: I telephoned the surgery this morning for an urgent appointment to have an extraction and I couldn’t have had a better experience or better treatment. The dentist, dental nurses and admin staff are all personable, welcoming and thoroughly professional. I consider myself very fortunate to be a patient and to receive such excellent treatment and service.

I contacted the surgery earlier this week for an emergency appointment having broken a tooth over the weekend. From the response of the reception staff in providing a prompt and convenient appointment, to the treament received from Faheema, who skilfully repaired my tooth this morning, a huge thank you to to you all for your kindness, care and prompt and skilful treatment and customer service. Excellent as always.

Negative experience: To start off the dental staff and receptionists need more training on customer service as they seem to not know how to properly speak to clients , last year this dental practice cancelled at least 2 of my appointments to add to that they rang me on the day of a appointment about two hours before saying that the dentist that was meant to be seeing me was stuck in traffic on the way back from Leeds witch was fair enough even though it was super short notice for me to then inform them that I was working 7 days a week and had booked that day off for them to tell me it was basically my own problem next thing they had me waiting 5months pregnant in a clammy tiny waiting room for 4 hours that was filled with poor people waiting for this one dentist to arrive I had informed them that I was high risk and couldn’t lay on my back for a certain period of time to then get a appointment nearly a month before my due date for me to have my baby 7 week early and then them to say well you missed your appointment so nothing we can do , then I had another appointment so rang up on the day of my appointment as something came up for them to then tell me that I’m not a client anymore and that I would have to find another dental practice or go back on the waiting list okay but it’s okay for them to cancel twice , have me waiting for a dentist that drilled even bigger holes into my teeth and has totally destroyed my front teeth , when i politely explained to the receptionist my problems she then decided to take it upon herself to be extremely rude and nasty and shouting down the phone at me i had been with this dental practice since the age of 3 and when it was owned by the previous owner i never had a problem not one they would go out of there way for customers these staff members are so uneducated and rude and quite literally need a reality check as nobody should be spoken to the way they speak to there clients and they don’t now what they are talking about half of the time for example charging people extra for a rubbish service they changed not to mention why they changed the name of the surgery because of all the bad reviews on there old google account I’ve never put a bad comment on anything and hopefully this is my first and last but it needs to be said as some vulnerable people wouldn’t be able to stand up for themselves and something needs to change

Negative experience: Extremely bad service, the lady who cleaned my teeth didn’t even talk properly, completely ripped off. It only took a minute to water pressure cleaning, which I could buy device from amazon for 20 pounds and could do better job then her. When I booked my appointment the lady took 35£ and said scaling and polish cost £70. When I asked the lady can you check if any of my teeth has cavity or need treatment. She said you need to pay 80£ more. What a rip off she is charging for talking. Absolutely disgusting. I asked I suppose to get my teeth polished. She said you got gum disease I can’t polish. She made conversation like she was fighting with me. Avoid this place. When I went to pay the lady at counter, first she said you are free to go it only cost 26£ for cleaning. She didn’t know what she was doing. I was being honest and reminded her that I was supposed to pay more. Then she checked and said oh yeah you need to pay 50£ outstanding and she made me pay 85£. However when I booked appointment the lady on phone said it cost 70£. .
