Positive experience: Great when in person, terrible when you have a video consultation! I went to see Dr Omar a few weeks ago and he was great. He then asked to book a video consultation which I agreed to. My appointment was due to start at 1pm and just waited for over 20 minutes on Zoom with a blank screen. No updates from the practice as to when or if the dentist will show up at all. Not the greatest I’m afraid. Maybe video consultations are just not their forte.

Fantastic experience: A Brilliant Experience with Farah! I went here for my first hygiene session in seven years! And the experience was nothing short of excellent. My hygienist was Farah Khan, and she was absolutely lovely and incredibly professional. Given how long it had been, I was a bit nervous, but Farah immediately put me at ease. She walked me through the entire process, explaining each step with patience and clarity, which I really appreciated. The cleaning itself was phenomenal. My teeth have never felt so clean – they're so bright now, I think my iPhone's flash has been made redundant! For anyone considering a dental session here, I would 100% recommend asking for Farah. She is fantastic at what she does, and her reassuring manner makes all the difference. Kudos to her and the team!

Fantastic experience: I've been with Covent Garden Dental Spa for 5 years and am very impressed with the service. I consider myself a difficult patient since I ask lots of questions and nobody handles me better than Dr Flora. I recently needed to redo root canal treatment and Dr Kia did an excellent job and even found the forth small canal that was not treated during my previous treatment in a different clinic. Last but not least, the reception team is super friendly and has an excellent choice for music in the waiting area, it helps to fully relax before the procedures.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about this place! I was visiting the UK from the US when I needed an emergency filling. I was lost on what to do being from out of town but I luckily came across this spot and they fit me in same day. They took great care of me given my situation. The staff and Dentist were extremely pleasant to deal with and the filling was quick, painless, and healed same day. Absolutely top notch service and care, and I am beyond grateful for their service. If I’m in the UK again I would stop by for future dental work even though I’d have to pay out of pocket - they are that good.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Covent Garden dental spa for 3 years. Always amazing service, the place is sparkling clean and everyone is very friendly and professional. Dr Omar is the best, always very attentive and caring. I’ve had a ceramic overlay done and I’m very happy with the results. I get regular hygiene appointments and it’s always a great experience. The hygienists are very thorough but gentle. Love the Apple flavoured polish! Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I don’t normally write reviews but had to after my experience here. I saw Omar and he was extremely knowledgeable. During my check up he immediately picked up the problem I was having and helped. I had my teeth cleaned there and it was the best clean I have had in my life. Afterwards Omar took the time to show me how to properly use an interdental, which has been a hugely useful. I felt that I was really looked after and cared for and the whole experience was a pleasure.

Fantastic experience: I managed to get an emergency appointment with Dr Omar at the last minute and what can I say. From reception to Dr Omar to everyone it was professional and friendly! Very warm and inviting. Communication was excellent and the service levels were beyond my expectation. Dr Omar was friendly and thorough and helped me with the issue I had. When we first saw you for a routine dental consultation and examination, we provided you with a fully comprehensive treatment plan outlining the treatment which you required and the exact cost of each treatment. You did sign the treatment plan stating you were aware of the costs before you proceeded with the treatment. Fantastic experience: I joined the Dental Practice a month ago and saw Flora the dentist who had been referred to me and I was met with lovely receptionist staff who welcomed me in. The dental clinic is so nice and clean and has a homey feel to it. Flora was so detailed in her examinations and explained everything to me in a way I was able to understand. I started with 2 hygiene appointments as I had avoided the dentist for years (never do that folks) and Farah was thorough and careful with the deep clean and educated me on how to look after my teeth. I left feeling like a new person! I then had my 1st treatment (3 fillings) out of a few remaining with Flora today and she is hands down the best dentist I have ever had. The procedure was pain-free, she was so kind and attentive and really eased my anxiety. She has the voice of an angel as well, so soothing. I am so grateful and I wish I had found her years ago when I had issues with my teeth. This is going to be my dental practice from now on. Thank you so much to all the staff for making my experience enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: My two front teeth were going slightly translucent due to wearing at the back, I was really conscious as whenever I had pictures taken the lower half of my front teeth were dark and it almost made them Look stained. I went to Dr.Omar Azhar as I didn’t know what to do he talked me through my options and we opted for a thin layer of bonding to the front of the teeth. I am so happy with the result. I was conscious I didn’t want my teeth shape to change and Dr Azhar did an amazing job at retaining my natural teeth shape but ensuring that the lower half of my teeth were opaque to a colour which is identical to my natural teeth. Couldn’t be happier thank you Dr. Omar :)
