Fantastic experience: I am so pleased and grateful for the service provided by Dr. de la Cruz. She is an excellent professional, extremely caring and with excellent work ethics. She has been treating me for the last two years after having so many issues with other dentists. I lost the trust in dentist in the Uk until I found her. I can't recommend her enough. I am extremely nervous with all dental procedures, but she has made feel les anxious and more relax even since.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended dental practice, and in particular Dr. Beatriz De La Cruz. I had a partial broken tooth and assisted the clinic early October to had it repaired. The experience was like an F1 Pit Stop: quick, precise and clinic. Before the repair, I had a thorough cleaning of all my teeth, then an x-ray and finally the repair procedure. While I'm generally OK with a "dentist environment" (i.e. noises and equipment), Beatriz made the whole experience very laughable and distressed. Would also like to praise her dental assistant as both together made a fantastic F1 team: great coordination and knowing what to do without much talking. Guaranteed satisfaction.

Both are over 65 years old, and with great patience, dedication, and commitment, she has resolved their dental issues after they had visited several dentists before without success. Beatriz is a dedicated professional and is always available including last minute appointments due to emergencies. Since finding her, I have peace of mind knowing she takes care of my entire family's dental health.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentist had bad experiences with other dentists before and always dreaded going to them. The lady who extracted my back tooth couldn't of been any more reassuring and nicer. Took time with procedure and ensured I had enough pain relief, there was minimal pain. Can't of asked for more, the receptionist also very efficient and friendly thanks so much! :)

Negative experience: When I went there to have fillings I was having trouble keeping my mouth open for a long period of time during the dental procedure, I started heaving and coughing, my dentist was abusive

Fantastic experience: Beatrice de la crazy has totally turned my feelings around .I used to fear the dentist but bea has now made me look forward to going again. If you are a nervous patient I would definatly recommend her,she made sure I was comfortable with every aspect as soon as I lifted a finger she would stop and find out what I was afraid of .ask her if you can borrow her stress toy as thay gave me something to focus I.on and since my brain injury she puts me at ease every time I go there along with the dental nurse the three of us did nothing but giggle throught the whole experience.i even let her remove a tooth when it was needed Bea will even numb the gum before . injections were done,I couldn't believe it RCA FROuN O ELIMSA htiwwhen she did it as I'm petrified of needles but Luke i say we had a fun time.( now how many people can say that they actually enjoyed their experience there,,). I now take my own stress squishiest as they work so well to tale your mind off whats going on I can honestly say thay bea is the best dentist ever .ilways come out with a smile on my face

Fantastic experience: My kids X3 were seen at Smile dental Clinic on 17.4.25. A new Dentist has joined recently and this was the first time we met Nadia, she was amazing. My kids tell me they have never met a medical professional more amazing than Nadia. She was extremely polite, explained everything in detail. Being a doctor myself I was able to appreciate more how excellent her skills and manners were. In addition to having an excellent new Dentist in the team, the entire team of Smile clinic including helpers in the clinic and girls at the reception are amazing and polite. I have always been treated with kindness.

Fantastic experience: I walked into this dentist in pain and needing help in 2017 after I was experiencing dental pain for over 10 years. The dentist was very busy and didn't really have to opportunity to take on new patients. They could see I was in pain and thankfully offered to help, there was alot of work that was needed, but the dentist stuck with me and I can't thank him enough. I still vist regularly and always trust his recommend treatment that is required 100%. I've been pain free since my first visit in 2017

Fantastic experience: Needed a tooth out urgently. Was seen the same day given antibiotics. And returned the day after for tooth removal. My usual dentist was on holiday and I was seen by a Spanish lady. Think she was called bea. She was so lovely and kind. No rushing what soever. Chatting all the time which made me feel very calm..definitely recommend this surgery.

Fantastic experience: Been going here for years. The most welcoming staff, very friendly, my Dentist is Dr De La Cruz, absolute diamond of a person, non stop laughter while I’m being treated. Very honest, very comforting, and very funny, (just don’t say nothing bad about Real Madrid). I used to hate dentists so much, but not here, as your made more than welcome, and the laughter takes away the nervousness. Reception staff are polite and helpful, always greeted with a smile.

The reception team and nurses are very professional, super friendly and always give me a warm welcome. My Dentist Bea is The Best. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now - Bea is so lovely as a person and a fabulous dentist. I first attended her as an emergency 2 years ago and this practice is now my regular one. For excellent care from the minute you walk through the door this place is 2nd to none.

Fantastic experience: I can not understand how anyone has given this place low reviews! I have been using smile dental care for both me and my son since I moved to this area almost 7 years ago. I have NEVER had any issues, my dentist B has always gone above and beyond for both me and my son. I have recently started invisiline treatment and that entire process has been absolutely wonderful from all staff involved, the reception team are always friendly and happy to help. I couldn't recommend this place more, iv had some awful dentists in my life but this place is literally incredible, professional, clean & just amazing.

Positive experience: Over the last 6 I've only ever had a good experience at Smile dentist, Little Hulton. At the moment I'm seeing Bea and she is the loveliest dentist I've ever had. She takes all the anxiety of going to the dentist away. The only reason I've not given 5 stars is because sometimes it's difficult to get through on the phone and it's often more than a month before an appointment is available. However, in an emergency they are very accommodating.

Fantastic experience: These guys are so welcoming and friendly. I've been on a million waiting lists for a NHS dentist for years. My teeth are in mess because of this. The trigger point was having my crown fall off. So I had to bite the bullet and go private. I'm aware that this option is not a possibility for most. It's not really for.me either. But with a few broken teeth and now a broken crown. It was time to face my fear of the dentist. And although slightly embarrassed by the state my teeth had gotten into because of this fear. These guys were amazing! Welcoming, friendly and helpful, they are slowly chipping away at my fear of the dentist. Can not recommend them enough. Straight to the point, informs you of what needs doing and has a plan of attack. Thanks everyone you're chipping away at this fear and I can not thank you enough. See you all on my next visit. We have a way to go, but I'm glad it's with your surgery.

Fantastic experience: We've been going to smile dental care for some years now and the care we get from Beatrice is second to none, its always a pleasure seeing her. There again on Thursday Bea is so attentive and caring, I have a tooth that's a bit loose and she's going to put a wire in place to stop it moving it'll have to come out ,don't want that. If only we could clone ALL dentist to be like Bea.

Fantastic experience: For years I was frightened of the dentist but have seen Bea now for a few years and she is the best dentist I have ever had, she is so considerate and gentle I don’t even mind coming to the dentist so much now.

Positive experience: Much improved over the years since I've been a patient. Waiting times can be slightly long when in the practice. Response times are usually quick via email if you cannot book an appointment via phone.

Fantastic experience: I was really really scared of doing a root canal treatment. I was expecting it to be excruciatingly painful. I prayed and kept praying wishing I could avoid it. I came online to see reviews and noticed the gratitude going to a particular woman. I wished she was the one that would do my root canal but I guess I met someone more good and better. God used a great team that were great expertise in their Job. I had done filling twice in two different places and it was so uncomfortable and made me scared of anything to do with teeth. I am grateful I chose smile dental. I don’t know if the man was Indian or Pakistan but he was so so good. Skilled in his work. Kept saying to me “good good” I felt I must have been their best patient (smiles), And his co-team Ejiro gave me a reassurance that calmed my fears. They talked me through every step. It was painless. I had to register my google account to be able to give this review in case there’s someone out there scared. It feels so good having to chew with both sides of my teeth and the food going down my throat the right way. I am so so happy . It was a great superb team. True Reviews are great because it guides you. I will choose smile dental again and again. Looking forward to getting my crown. Though it was private because the NHS waiting list is unending. Good pay for a Good Job

Pre appointment procedures were first class, with text prompts and phone call, to ensure I was attending at the appointed time.
