Negative experience: I wish i can give zero star instead of 1 star. My wife root canal treatment by dr ragda and dr safi has gone worst. While treatement first they gave a tiny cut under the tongue and they even didnt mentioned about the incident . They let us leave the surgery. Later we mentioned about bleeding and they accepted. Their mistake . At the end they told us to see the endodontist treatment privately which cost us now 1500 pounds. I am going to file a official complaint against them. Please i request everybody dont go there. Their degree of dentist should be re certified by nhs. My wife suffered months and months.

I didn’t think I would have the same confidence in a new dentist when Mr Sylvestri left but my new dentist has given my the same level of care and professionalism. Fantastic experience: Attended my appointment for assessment of work to be done at a near future date of which i anticipated it to be alot further away but because of the Dentists diligence looking into my issues i was advised to proceed with a few issues in only one complete next appointment but moreover being assured that it wouldn't be any more uncomfortable/stressful than any other day to day dental treatment. This also was taken into account for my own personal requests and requirements for further dental work to coinside with my upcoming appointment. I have heard of many legitimate stories of Dentists that have been unscrupulous with similar situations as mine and have profited by giving appointment after appointment etc for the same amount of dental treatment. This Dental practice does practice diligence and most of all integrity.

Negative experience: Very poor service, for 3 years I’ve been waiting for braces and not the slightest update. Each time I call them they don’t bother checking my status they just respond in 2 seconds saying “Oh you’ll just have to wait a bit more!” It’s nearly been 3 years! Will not recommend
