Fantastic experience: This was my first time at this practice. I got an appointment quickly, the clinic staff were friendly. When I went in to see the dentist, he was very friendly and explained everything he was doing. I had significant staining issues that would require more than one clean and he done an amazing job the first time. I was very impressed when I looked at them properly at home. Looking forward to going back next week. It seems like a good place.

Fantastic experience: I don’t normally write long winded reviews, but I am genuinely so happy that I registered with Halo. Excellent service! Conor is incredibly professional, thorough and an excellent communicator throughout procedures. It is obvious to me that he takes pride in his work, which is of course appreciated when his work is your teeth! I have been in several times over the last few months for fillings (both repair and new), and I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease each time. Nobody looks forward to getting fillings, but I genuinely ended up almost at that point and definitely not minding the time away from work for these visits… almost fell asleep a couple of times during the drilling because of how at ease I was. I also really appreciate Conor’s attention to detail and explanations of everything before, during and after. I learn a little more about teeth every time I visit. The rest of the staff are always very warm and friendly too. Highly recommend Halo to anyone looking for a new dental practice

Fantastic experience: Have been looking for a dentist for nearly 2 weeks who would replace 3 white fillings I managed to knock out brushing too hard. A friend recommended Halo Dental Practice. I just popped in this morning and the friendly receptionist was so helpful. After taking my details and asking a few questions she checked the diary and was able to fit me in for a check up with Charlotte this afternoon. Charlotte was so professional with her advice after my check up and made an appointment for my fillings to be done. Honestly this team are the best ever and what a beautiful building for a dental practice. 10 out of 10 guys

Negative experience: This review does not relate to any treatment, it simply relates to a lack of customer service. I contacted this practice via the enquiry form on their website almost 3 weeks ago. I asked if they were taking on any new NHS patients, as I required treatment and was looking to register with a new practice. I also advised them that I'm currently unemployed and was apprehensive about getting in touch for that reason, as I've always paid for my treatment before. As of now I've had absolutely no response whatsoever to my original enquiry, which is not only exceptionally poor customer service, but is totally unprofessional as well. I could understand if it was a few days, even a week and I hadn't heard anything back. But almost 3 weeks is what I consider deliberate ignorance. I wonder how quickly they would've replied, if I'd contacted them to say I was looking for private treatment to be carried out. My guess.... immediately.

Fantastic experience: Halo dentist seen me as a private patient, giving me an emergency appointment, as I am not registered with them, they were kind, courteous and gave me advice on what treatment I needed, along with medication, I came out of their practice very happy. They have a lovely practice and they make you feel welcomed.

Fantastic experience: I've always been afraid of the dentists. Throughout the appointment I just felt like I was holding my own hand in fear, thinking when is this going to end and then the dentist was almost done. And I kept expecting a bad moment from previous experiences, but this was my first time at this practice and the experience was nothing compared to other practices I've been to. The numbing of the tooth was painless. The professionalism of the dentists was top notch. As there was a few different things he was doing he would say as to what he's doing next so you kind of knew what was happening. My wife and my daughter are also patients at the practice and I think its safe to say the best dentist I've been to. DEFINITELY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. The lady at the desk was also really good explaining about the fees and the treatment. Well done to Halo Dental clinic

I have signed up as an NHS parent in June 23 I am happy with the treatment when I joined I had Dr N Marshall he was so understanding too but d unfortunately due to my college hours I was struggling to book in with Dr N Marshall but the Receptionists were helpful to get a different dentist within Halo Dental which I have Dr M Carlin he's good too . Great company great dentist and great dental care

Fantastic experience: Had to have a wisdom tooth out and I'm both Autistic and have a severe medical phobia, especially needles. Neil is hands down the NICEST dentist I've ever had and the receptionists and nurses are super lovely too. He was so kind and patient with me today and helped fix a problem I've had for 6 months in less than 10 minutes. An absolute credit to the practice and I'm happy I've finally found a dentist that doesn't make me upset or sad. One who understands my needs and helped me get through a very scary experience. Couldn't recommend this practice more if I tried!
