Fantastic experience: Went today and saw a lovely man . Think he was a newzealender. I wqs in so much pain with my denture and he was brilliant. I could nt eat my gums were ao sore and he adjusted them for me and they are amazing . I can now eat pain free. Thank you so much. Linda Rice.

Negative experience: Take your money and don't do the job! Waited for 30+ minutes. I was in there for 15 minutes with the hygienist who explained to me how to brush my teeth. Fantastic experience: Had an appointment today at the Perry Street branch to have a filling sorted. I am a nervous person, but as soon as I come in Reena and Tracey on Reception are so friendly and approachable that I start to calm. I had an appointment with Laven who has a very calming presence, is understanding and patient when I asked questions. Very good experience

Fantastic experience: I’m a very nervous patient and I was seen by Dr Aurelia who literally made everything so calm and easy for me. I had to have a root canal and she explained step by step what was going to happen , she was very gentle and went out of her way to make sure I was ok every step of the way. The ladies in reception were also very supportive and I highly recommend this dentist practice and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I was a very nervous patient who hadn’t been to the dentist in over 25 years. Chloe, Reena an Dr Taseen really made me feel relaxed and at ease. Can’t recommend them more highly. Parrock dental Perry street I can’t thank you enough.

Fantastic experience: I visited Parrock Dental rently and I have been told that my teeth need serious attention. The dentist took an Xray and went through every single problem with me providing details and options along with a full plan. Unfortunately, this came to a big cost after all. Indira who I met in the reception went beyond and above her role, looked deeply at my plan provided by the dentist and advised the best (and cheapest!) option for me. She has discussed and explained me every possibility available, counted monthly costs multiple times accordingly to each option. Indira has shown hudge patience and empathy. Her customer service (and everyone elses') was 100% amazing and would recommend the place to anyone! I haven't started my series of appointments yet but will update my review accordingly after all.

Fantastic experience: When you walk into parrock Street or their perry Street surgey. Your made to feel at home and I "HAD" a fear of dentists but I was put at ease and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I am going through the implant journey and it was the best decision I made. Can not praise them enough. I now enjoy visiting the dentist. Thank you Rik and your wonderful team. These are only my 2nd temps and never smiled so much.

Fantastic experience: Hi I am a very nervous patient when it comes to the Dentist. Just walking in the door let alone sitting in the chair. Rik and his staff were excellent. I have been to other dentist and actually not completed my treatment in the past. Pleased to say this was a different experience with Parrock Dental. I had full implants top and bottom. Wow just writing this I can't believe I did it. It was a very long day as I had everything done in the day, hence all my remaining teeth out and came out with implants. My life has changed so much since. I'm able to eat what I want. As seriously my teeth were so bad I couldn't eat properly for afew years. I smile now as I stopped doing that aswell. My family and friends can't believe the difference in me. Another thing I'm able to do is go to the check ups without my husband. I could not do this before. I just got into such a state. Parrock Dental has really made the difference for me. Even on the morning of having them done I was having second thoughts as I was so frightened. I really highly recommend Rik and his staff. A big thanks for changing my life.

Negative experience: Terrible!!! Rude and arrogant receptionist that thinks she is a CEO. Declined me of a appointment assuming I was NHS, when there is a automated option of Private.. following that mistake, does not understand phonetic alphabet.. and quote “do you not understand letters” disgraceful client experience, worse front of house representative I have experienced. I would highly suggest a career change..

Fantastic experience: Have just finished my Invisalign treatment and all I can say is I wish I had done it sooner. Parrock Street Dental have given me nothing but the best treatment from start to finish. Huge thanks to Rik & his fantastic team.

Negative experience: The website says in the first paragraph that they can see people in Kent whether they are registered or unregistered, but when I rang up they told me that this wasn't the case and they refused to see me at all. My face is swollen from an infected unfinished route canal treatment that was started before covid. Now my entire left side of my face is swollen and they don't seem to care. Utterly disgraceful false advertising, they don't even deserve 1 star. If you're no longer taking on patients because of the covid situation then at the very least you should change what it says on your website and stop giving people false information. It's irresponsible of medical professionals to lead people on with false information only to tell them that they are wrong over the phone. The person I spoke to didn't even know what the website said and accused me of being wrong about it. You're the worst people ever

Positive experience: Friendly and welcoming staff. Only downside was the sales pitch given when I only visited for a check up. If I was interested in teeth whitening I would enquire.

Negative experience: Just called in now to book an appointment and am being told that I have to pay £70 consulting fee because I have not been back to the practice in 3 years.... RIDICULOUS... so I have to be having dental problem every year.. And that fee is separate from treatment. This needs to be investigated. I am reading some review now and all this practice has done is play defensive games. Too bad.

Fantastic experience: Have just joined this dental practice and went today for my first visit with my nearly 2 year old daughter. The receptionist was pleasant. The dentist and the nurse that we saw were very good with their approach to my daughter who was very frightened for her first time in the dentist chair. Both were very professional and sensitive to her, and were happy to try and will her into the seat but to no avail. Hopefully we will have better luck next time. My consultation however was painless, informative and quite to the point which is just how I like it. Thank you very much Parrock Dental at Northfleet. Fantastic experience: Much improved since Parrock Dental & Implant Centres took over from the previous owners. This was my first check up since the take over and straightaway I could see when I walked through the door that the decor, reception and waiting areas have been updated. The dentist called me in at the exact time of my appointment, she introduced herself and was very explanatory throughout the check up.

Came to Parrock dental and from the moment I stepped in the welcome was so lovely, the receptionist has the best personality ever! And Dr Jin well she was spectacular. I felt embarrassed about the state of my teeth but she reassured me that it wasnt as bad as I thought, she talked me through the procedures she had booked me for and ensured I receive the best care possible for the up keep of my teeth. I’m really happy about being a patient here I believe they will always offer me the best treatment and service available to make me feel less anxious about going the dentist.

I actually followed my dentist Dr Joana Santos after being seen by her at another Practice. She is absolutely fantastic! I have phobia of dental treatments but the way she explains and looks after you makes you feel calm and assured. Had a 6 months check up this time.. Dr Santos was very thorough.. Taken me through the x-rays to explain the treatment I require and all pros and cons. So there is no pressure on having anything done.. Just your choice! Will definitely recommend to all!!!

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic dental practice. I came here as a very nervous patient with a broken tooth. From my 1st contact with the 2 fantastic ladies on the reception desk to the nurse and dentist Joana the whole experience put me at ease and made me feel I had nothing to be nervous about. I even booked an appointment to see the hygienist.

He made me feel really calm. He checked my teeth thoroughly, which was very painless. He just made me feel comfortable and his assistant was very nice also.
