Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing dentist,, so helpful, I have a phobia but these guys have helped so much , receptionist are really lovely , dental nurses always happy to help

Fantastic experience: The Lincoln dental practice is very nice, clean, and tidy. It has good parking space and a very convenient disabled car park too. The staff are very friendly, kind, and flexible in helping patients. Speaking with the ladies is very pleasant as they try to make your visit very comfortable while you wait for your appointment time. Mr. Cillian is an exceptional dentist, very knowledgeable and polite all the time; he is superb in dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this practice for over 7 years, if not more. I've always received a first class service, and have never experienced any issues. I've recently needed emergency dental treatment and they went above and beyond, considering the difficulties that guidelines about visits and treatments enforce. As well as this having never had such dental treatment, my dentist was informative and sensitive, he could see I was struggling and only reassured me. Crystal has the most amazing calming phone voice, and sitting in reception waiting, listening to her reassuring calming voice eases my anxieties. I have more treatment in the next few weeks, and hand on heart, I cant say I'm looking forward to it but I am a little less anxious about my visit. Thank you team

I don’t need to be, as my Dentist Ina is incredibly caring, empathetic, knowledgeable and amazing at her job, in fact there are not enough positive adjectives to describe Ina. The staff are also brilliant. Their communication is excellent, always calling to remind you of your appointment and greet you with a broad smile

Fantastic experience: As a very nervous patient, the prospect of root canal treatment and crown fitting filled me with dread but Mr A Cillian was superb throughout my course of treatment. Fantastic experience: I visit Lincoln Dental Care regularly, for the dentist and the hygienist. The hygienist uses room temperature water/mouthwash which is just right for my sensitive teeth. I've benefited a lot from the regular hygienist visits. The recent dental work by the dentist was very well done and I was informed of what was happening regarding the procedure, and progress, only to the extent necessary to reassure me. They have observed that I am a nervous patient, and they take care to ensure I'm pain free. All the staff are very professional, friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: I was disappointed with the way my call was handled today. I phoned to cancel my child’s appointment because she started vomiting during the night. The response I received was that cancellations “must be made 24 hours in advance”, which is simply NOT possible for a sudden illness in a child. Children do not give 24 hours’ notice before becoming unwell, and NHS guidance clearly states that after vomiting a child must remain at home for 48 hours. This should be understood automatically by any staff dealing with paediatric appointments. The issue is not the policy, but the lack of understanding and common sense shown over the phone. Parents need support, not rigid scripted phrases that do not apply to real-life situations. I genuinely hope the call centre receives additional training on how to handle unexpected medical situations with sensitivity, especially when children are involved. It would make a big difference to families who are simply trying to follow medical advice. ***Edit / update***** Thank you for the reply. My concern was never the policy itself, but the way the situation was handled over the phone. When a child is vomiting, NHS guidance requires 48 hours at home, so a strict 24-hour cancellation rule isn’t realistic in emergencies. I hope this feedback encourages more flexible and compassionate communication with parents in similar situations. Thank you.

Negative experience: Gave them five stars three years ago, a lot can change in three years. Now they care more about money than their patients. They want £800 for a root canal, won't finance anything under £1,000. They agreed to take a little bit each appointment so I can spread out the cost, but when I found out I don't get paid until the day after my procedure and asked if I could pay over the phone the next day the rude receptionist on the phone still demanded £200 on top of the £200 deposit I paid 3 weeks ago (yes,I had to wait 3 weeks to get my root canal done, in excruciating pain every day) saying "we still need something" even after I told her I have NO MONEY right now. Like, I can't even feed myself but she wants £200? Never going here again. Disgusting attitude.

Positive experience: I’ve been with this practice for a while now. I had a lovely dentist, based on the ground floor and being disabled that was a godsend. Turning up to thé following check up appointment I was allocated a different dentist on the first floor, which was obviously a problem for me The dentist I had wasn’t fantastic. We had a family appointment ( 4 of us so 40 mins roughly ). We were all glanced over and out in 10 Since then I have a new dentist, who is very thorough and very pleasant, taking time to find out if I’ve had any problems etc etc All in all à good experience

Negative experience: I have called them this morning to rearrange my new patient appointment as I have caught a bad cold only to be told that I will lose my £50 deposit, this just goes to show they are more interested in the money and not the patient, you have had the £50 from me but yiu will never get anymore if this is the way you treat patients.

Fantastic experience: Over the years I have had the most traumatic experiences at dentist. To find Alex at Lincoln Dental Care has been amazing.. In fact for me life changing..ive never missed an appointment because I value my treatments with Alex. I told Alex straight away I was terrified and would wind myself up so much beforehand to the point where I would only see a dentist when I was in agony. Alex put me at ease straight away from day one.. He had an awful job sorting my horrible teeth out. 4 years on and I can honestly say I now have no fear of going to the dentist for check ups or treatments. The staff at Lincoln Dental Care are amazing.. so kind and caring. They are an absolute credit to the dental industry. Thank you so much!!

Fantastic experience: Dimitri is the best dentist I have ever had he was in Collingham but moved to Lincoln. I panicked and didn’t realise where I had moved to but managed to locate him down. He is the most honest trustworthy Dentist I’ve ever come across. I was told I needed implants yet went to him told me I didn’t save me a fortune, he goes above and Beyond to help you, I currently have cancer and a few teeth problems and he’s Sensible options and reassured me not to worry I had a bridge come out this year. Another Dentist just blew it back in without even cleaning the tooth.or bridge but he cleaned it out totally and made sure it fitted again perfectly. I will always use him and be going to his wife. To have teeth bonding done next year, thank you so much please never leave . Lovely clean reception and friendly receptionists

Fantastic experience: Been here twice over the last few weeks for Emergency Appointments (Tooth Infection). I was able to get in that day for my first appointment, given antibiotics-never felt pain like it. They didn't work completely so I had to go back yesterday and had to wait 4 days before being seen (not a problem.) Got some more antibiotics and hopefully they'll clear up the problem. My Dentist was an absolute sweetheart, I seen him on both occasions. I'm so sorry I don't know his name! Regardless, I am an NHS Patient and haven't had a Dentist for 10 years and have not been able to get in a surgery for the last 3 years! This Surgery does a really reasonable plan that U can pay monthly, which is exactly what I'll be doing! Couldn't recommend any higher. Many thanks guys Kelly Walker

Negative experience: 3rd day in a row ringing for an NHS emergency appointment for my husband who is in agony, he’s got a broken tooth and toothache so bad it’s radiating into his ear Every morning I’ve rang at 8 bang on and each morning been told there are no appointments available. Yesterday I was on hold for 2.5 hours!!! Awful dentist

Fantastic experience: I was a nhs patient but in April the only dentist I could get into was lincoln dental surgery who said I had a infection after taking my antibiotics I went to my nhs surgery in sleaford but wish I didn't I was spoken like dirt and they broke my tooth without telling me so I decided there and then I was going to go private with lincoln dental surgery what a different to front end staff are very polite and helpful and will have a laugh and my dentist what can I say hes the best one I've ever been to I can't hold the thing they put in your mouth to take x.rays well he stood and held it in place and he told me about my broken tooth and referred me to the hospital for it to be cut out 10 out of 10 everytime

My daughter has had 4 teeth removed in the last 2 weeks ready for braces and the dentist has been absalutley brilliant , he’s always smiling, very kind and helpful with any questions we have! My 2 youngest have now joined with the new gentleman that works here , he is very welcoming and put my children at ease straight away! Thankyou to you all :-)

Fantastic experience: As somebody who has been petrified of dentist since a traumatic experience as a child at a dentist, I've always avoided dentists unless absolutely necessary. I first came when I had a very large abscess, massive infection in a wisdom tooth etc. These guys saw me straight away and helped me with the pain I was in, I've came back several times for other things including Invisalign and my confidence has gotten so much better because of all the staff here. 2 years ago, I could've nearly fainted just looking at the dental chair. The service and staff here are faultless, informative, helpful, professional, so effortlessly friendly, understanding and patient. I'm now fully registered with them and have also registered my two children. I even came in just yesterday, absolutely roasting and they offered to put the AC on for me. I would absolutely recommend to anybody! Definitely 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: Huge thanks to this amazing Ukrainian dentist! I'm beyond grateful for his professionalism, kindness, and incredible patience. My 5-year-old son needed treatment on two baby teeth, and I was so worried they would need to be pulled or that he'd require anesthesia... But this wonderful doctor managed to clean, drill, and fill BOTH teeth without any extraction and without even using anesthetic! My child stayed calm and relaxed in the chair for the entire 20 minutes, and there were no tears, no stress - just gentle, professional care. The way he interacted with my son was so calm and reassuring, it made all the difference.Doctors like this are absolute gold. Thank you from the bottom of my heart - I would recommend him to any parent looking for a gentle and skilled pediatric dentist.

Negative experience: Expensive and not great. Paid £630 for a crown, the temporary crown fell out and the permanent crown fell out after 1 week.

Fantastic experience: After being in pain with intermittent tooth ache,I phoned the dentist and they got me in that afternoon. I had an x-ray, was given advice,and Alex said nothing really wrong, but take penicillin if needed., for which I was given a prescription. Great service.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment today with Orkun Zeren, it's my 3rd appointment, and He is brilliant , I really like the way he approaches his work. He is very gentle and polite.

Negative experience: Very poor service from practice Manager .Try to speak to Manager but refuses to ring or talk in anyway , this practice charges without informing you of charges on appointment to dentist , £55 ago on top of treatment .Yet Dentist informs you any problems you have please ring and see them to sort your problems but they done inform you it will cost extra £55 out of your routine appointment So all appointments to this practice are class as a emergency so its charge at £55 but they wont tell you this until you had your appointment. So watch out on your bill . 5 days after appointment Manager still refuses to talk or email so shows they think of customers

Fantastic experience: Orkun, the hygienist at Lincoln Dental Care, is a nice fella. I was nervous as I have not had the best experience with dentists and am a new client here but he put me at ease and I didn’t have a bad visit.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service. Seen very quickly by very kind practitioners for an emergency appointment due to pain. Was spoken to with respect and understanding and the whole appointment, including an x ray, lasted less than 10 minutes for a reasonable price. My daughter has used this practice twice with some emergency appts of her own. They’re very kind and patient with her and she hops straight in now with no nerves or anxiety at all. I can confidently say that every experience here is positive and would highly recommend. ☺️

Fantastic experience: Rang up at 9 am for an emergency filling appointment. Was slotted in for 12noon. Got in slightly early . Done and sorted 1/2 later. All the staff from the reception to the dentist were very friendly, helpful and professional. Did not mind the price in view of the service given.

Fantastic experience: Was very happy with the service provided here over the last couple of weeks. I had my regular examination with Manos and his nurse Abbie, who were both very professional. I then had a scale and polish with their therapist Orkun who was friendly and very thorough. Brilliant job everyone!!

Fantastic experience: Needed an emergency apt - receptionist Crystal was really lovely and super accommodating and fitted me in the same day. I had to bring my 11 month old along with me and Crystal made sure that I had a downstairs apt so I didn't need to wake her and take her out of the pushchair. The dentist I saw was nice, but didn't double check my meds or allergies which has led to a bit of back and forth sorting out the correct antibiotics I can't take but I'm still giving 5 stars because despite the problems, everyone was really kind and helpful when it came to sorting it out. I'm already booked in for my extraction so everything happened quickly too which is great! Thank you :)

Positive experience: They did my filling very well, it is not noticeable, but I paid 50 deposit when I came to the first appointment and they said the rest will be paid only 50 when the procedure is completed. So they said a filling is £100 in total. But I was shocked when they said you have to pay £150 when the procedure is completed. First you say £100 and then you get 150. And they tell me that you may have heard wrong. I am not deaf and I did not hear wrong. I paid £200 for a filling and I will never come again. If you do not want to give all your money for a filling, ask the doctor or the receptionist 7 times the price of the filling before the procedure so that they do not say that you may have heard wrong. !!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for over a year now. I was very nervous due to previous bad experiences at other dentists. Alex is always so kind takes his time, makes me feel at ease. I had root canal treatment this morning and didn’t even feel the injection and that’s the worst bit! I no longer have hang ups about dentist visits which keeps my teeth much healthier as I can now go regularly without worry. The reception team are always helpful and friendly. I wish I had moved here years ago.

Positive experience: Had positive experience in the past with Dr. Suleva who was amazingly kind, helpful and patient. I have other illness and had some late cancelled appointments so was taken off list. Over the holidays broke a tooth and called in but was told i'd have to pay a deposit and they could only see me private and not via NHS. I'd say they was kind enough but with my anxiety levels already through the roof and not knowing how much it will all cost just made me feel more worthless and stuck not knowing what to do.

Fantastic experience: Best dental service I have ever experienced in 73 years. Standard of dentistry is very high. They have preserved all my teeth despite teeth breaking & old fillings falling out. All staff very friendly, appointments within a few days are easy to obtain. Visiting the dentist is a very pleasant experience.
