She explained every step, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. My smile is now something I’m proud to show off, and I can’t recommend Dr. Tailor and these treatments enough to anyone looking to transform their smile. It’s been an incredible experience! I would also like to mention both Sorcha and Jenna. Sorcha has been exceptionally helpful in arranging all my appointments and providing assistance during my visits to the practice, while Jenna carried out the 3D scans and explained the entire process clearly and in a way that was easy to understand.

Fantastic experience: Invisalign was a game-changer. The aligners were virtually invisible, and the whole process was smoother and faster than I ever expected. My only regret is not starting sooner! Very happy and would definitely recommend Ash Tree House to anyone thinking about getting treatment.

Positive experience: Little disappointed to have a delay on my second appointment as booked this to follow the hygiene check. Although I was informed Kelvin had changed his work days before hand I felt the check up appointment was not a tougher as the appointment I have experienced before, hence a four star rating.

Fantastic experience: I went to Ashtree my 6 monthly check, I also see the hygienist every 6months too. Whilst they’re both private and nhs the level of care is the same… exemplary! Years ago I wouldn’t even open my mouth for the dentist , now I waltz right in and open wide. Highly recommended. The service at Ashtree is second from none. I saw Abs this morning, and just like all the other staff at the dental practice he is so friendly, calming, knowledgeable and professional. The practice caters for both NHS and Private patients and the staff make each patient feel so welcome. I can’t fault the practice, I actually like going to the Dentist.

Negative experience: I came here maybe 3 months ago to see if they're taking new patients. When I walked in and I smiled to the receptionist said hello and asked are you taking new patients?. The receptionist took her eyes off off the screen and looked at me for half a second with an incredibly unimpressed face and looked back. Then saying with a really dull voice "we don't accept NHS patients". I was really taken aback because this is literally all she said. She didn't even ask if I wasn't NHS patient. I didn't know what to say.... Do I say that I wanted private? Do I look too poor for this place? I don't know. But it was a.... Interesting experience. I kind of just stood there for about 5 seconds. Unsure what to do or have to ask a follow-up because the tone felt very much like it was a no from them. But she wasn't really paying attention anyway , so I just said thanks and walked out. Maybe I did something or looked a particular way that made her think I was in NHS patient or that I wasn't a patient they wanted. I don't know. It really stuck with me.

I sought an emergency appointment and as a nervous patient was put at ease by everyone. I chose this practice because of the Google reviews and they deserve all the positive accolades. The entire cleaning process was thorough yet gentle, I really appreciated how attentive Libby is, frequently checking in to ensure I was doing okay throughout the cleaning. She also provides some great tips for maintaining oral health at home that I keep doing and seeing the real results. The level of professionalism and care shown during the visit made a significant difference in what could have been a routine appointment. I would highly recommend Libby.

He is so calm, professional and friendly. He really put our son at ease during both appointments, by taking him through each step; offering calmness and reassurance at all stages. Fantastic experience: I’ve been having treatment for 9 months. From the first appointment to the last I was treated so well. The lady in the reception was always so lovely and greeted me. My dentist was fantastic. He explained everything so clearly and made me feel at ease. The hygienist taught me how to brush my teeth much better and gave great advice. I would highly recommend Ashtree to anyone. They’re always so efficient & caring.

Fantastic experience: Just finished a brilliant treatment with Pooja, within 6 months I’ve transformed my smile with Invisalign, composite bonding and whitening. The process was seamless and never felt sales-y, everything was explained well and I wouldn’t describe any of the treatment as painful. I feel a lot more confident and Pooja made sure my smile looked natural, she’s a real perfectionist and all the team are super friendly, thank you!

I was suffering with tooth pain so after a phone call with Calvin was given an emergency appointment a couple of days later with Jasmeen. Fantastic experience: I have been a Patient at Ashtree House since it opened and a while ago considered transferring to a Practice closer to my home in Maidenhead. However, I came under the care of Dr Calvin Veeroo who is very good, with excellent patient skills and I changed my mind.

Positive experience: I was not impressed by the dentist who I had an appointment with. I won't be giving any details but will say in short that the behaviour was not professional. Other than this, all OK. I got my appointment quickly, didn't have to wait for weeks or months.
