Fantastic experience: Very friendly and efficient. Everything regarding paperwork was prepared in advance of my arrival. The practice, overall, is welcoming and gives an air of efficiency and care

Fantastic experience: Really lucky as able to register as NHS patient. Reception staff very helpful and able to get appointment promptly to see me following my crown falling out. Saw dentist who x-rayed and assessed me. Really good advice given and not at all pushing me to have unnecessary dental work. I was so happy with the whole process from booking appointment to seeing the dentist and the outcome. Highly rate my experience.

Fantastic experience: To be honest the all round experience was brilliant compared to the the NHS practice I had moved from. Very polite, efficient and friendly reception staff. Similarly the dentist and her nurse were great and I had the utmost confidence in the clinician. The whole environment was bright, well laid out and critically was clean.

Fantastic experience: Managed to get on to their books recently and have only had a few appointments so far. However they looked after me amazingly. I hate going to the dentist but the reception staff were kind and understanding. The new dentist, Omar, was great. Although young, compared to me, he was knowledgeable and gentle. My teeth are in a mess but instead of telling me off, as some dentists have done, he understood and went on to explain the treatment plan. As I say this is all based on a few visits but I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. One very pleased, but nervous, patient. MF

Special thanks go to Victoria, who was SO kind when I was in such terrible pain and got me an emergency appointment within minutes. Dr. Omar was brilliant as usual; I don’t know how he makes the anaesthetic injections practically painless but it’s a very valued skill . It was a difficult tooth to pull but he did it, and now the next day I’m barely sore at all. Kudos to the entire team!
