So pleased I went, as the team, from reception to dental nurse to dentist were all so lovely and made the experience far better than I imagined! But as is the way with Orchard House practice I was treated with understanding and compassion. What a brilliant practice this is. I can’t recommend it highly enough

Really impressed with their work and Sejal is incredible at local anaesthetic! One more appointment to go and then I should be all done with my necessary appointments.

She instantly put them at ease by asking all about their recent weekend away, and her friendly, professional manner really stood out. Sian is the most informative dentist I’ve ever met, she explained everything so clearly that the children understood and felt involved. Fantastic experience: I’m 67 and always tried to avoid any dentist. Ive looked after my teeth of course over the years in order to avoid going to the dentist but a large filling from a few years back came out unexpectedly just recently so I had to use my local dentist Orchard House in Headcorn. Kavita was my dentist today and I have to say she was brilliant. She put me at ease, was calm, gentle and thorough. I would happily recommend her to anyone and it’s fair to say my illogical fear of dentists has been erased today. Thank you Kavita.

Positive experience: Generally good experience here. I did have an awful hygienist appointment last year, but she has left now, thank God. Current staff are friendly and efficient. There is a bit of selling extras, but you get that everywhere these days.

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient due to having a lot of dental work done in the 70’s when dentistry wasn’t like it is now. Recently had cause to see a dentist with some urgency on two occasions and I have to say that Kavita at Orchard house has been so kind,gentle and understanding that my fear has lessened substantially. Now don’t panic nearly as much about going which is a breakthrough in itself.

Fantastic experience: Not really seeing a dentist since before lock down, plus not my favourite place to visit. I can say its been a great experience. The practice is calm and gentle. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. My Dentist has lots of work to do due to my neglect and side affects of meds, which she has a great understanding of. Treatment has been pretty much pain free, and im told at each stage what will happen or what to expect. Its great. I can decide when and what is done, at a time i can afford ,so gives me time to budget. Cost are pretty much the same as other dentists in the area. Orchard house has rebuilt my faith in Dentists which has been knocked buy previous practices who just want to whiten , implant or straighten. These are things you can choose,but are not falsed on you. I would recommend Orchard House if you need a Dentist.

Negative experience: Ann Lally at Orchard dentist didn’t want to clean my teeth and polished my front teeth. When I complaint about it the surgery said “ Both dental therapists concluded that your concern was a cosmetic issue and did not meet the criteria for NHS treatment.‘. But thank God I left and found a new dentist. This dentist cleaned all my teeth and not only polished the front one but all of them. Therefore NHS did it and it is not a cosmetic issue as Orchard said but is lack of care for the patient. I have asked also the previous dentist Monika at Orchard to polished my teeth but she also refused. I told the reception and they didn’t want to help. I wrote a complaint email and they reply that I should leave. They are rude and incompetent and maybe racists. I’m happy I left but they should treat people with respect and do their job properly.

Fantastic experience: Orchard House projects a peaceful, professional Dental Practice. It is here that an examination of ones dentures leads to a report of their condition. If there are any dental issues, Colette advises on recommended treatment required to correct them. Colette identifies as a very professional and confident dentist by supplementing the treatment plan in writing.

Fantastic experience: A very friendly and helpful experience with Monica last week. Perfect for nervous patients considerate. She explained everything she was going to do. My history has clearly been read and absorbed prior to my visit which is important. I can not recommended this dental surgery enough. Monica and her dental nurse were both very courteous therefore putting me at ease

Fantastic experience: I had a filling replaced the whole procedure was painless, pain numbing injection administered which I hardly felt. The dentist and dental assistant worked well together all went smoothly and I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Very happy with the outcome. The painful part was the cost I had not realised how much a filling costs these days, £225. I should have asked how much it would cost. If I may offer a suggestion it would be helpful to receive a break down (estimate) of the cost of a filling. I do have insurance for 2 annual check ups and 2 hygienist treatments which could possibly warrant a small discount being offered by the practice.

Fantastic experience: Sejal and Billy are a great team. The high tec system they use (scanner) is amazing as it gives a perfect 3D contour/shape of your tooth/teeth and therefore a crown which fits exactly into place. Also removes the need for a painful mold of the tooth needing to be taken. Reception staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: I was immediately made to feel at ease by the dentist who was new to me, my previous dentist having recently retired. A niggling toothache had developed into painful abscess/infection. I was quickly taking through the process, examined, x-rayed, and prescribed antibiotics and asked to return for treatment at a later date, once the infection is cleared up. Great service.

All the staff were polite, caring, attentive and extremely professional. Positive experience: I had trouble parking which I had forgotten about not being my village. The practice is welcoming and doesnt smell like a Dentists!! The stairs are steep which cant be avoided but I take my time on then . My check up was on time and all was well. The staff are all welcoming.

Fantastic experience: This practice is not my regular dental practice. My regular dentist was on holiday and I needed emergency treatment. Orchard House kindly re-jigged their appointments in order to see me. Their service was faultless.

Fantastic experience: I was put at ease for a small procedure, staff were very supportive and reasured me. Excellent service. However, my husband passed away suddenly, and the practice was aware of this, I was informed I would need a new next of kin, and observed the staff member delete my husbands details in front of me. Could have done this at another time, or when I had left.
