Thanks to Atakan Kartal for explaining everything clearly and with a sense of humour that has helped my nerves. A shout out to the lovely lad on reception too whose customer service skills are exemplary .

Fantastic experience: Farouk is the best dentist i have ever had. Very friendly and puts you at ease. He remembers conversations and asks after family members! Really nice man and a great dentist. Reception staff and dental nurses are always professional and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble at this practice.

Fantastic experience: Very impressed with the service from everyone at Camphill Dental Surgery but especially Dr Majid My mum had a tooth extraction. She was very nervous but Dr Majid set her at ease and took the tooth out quickly and painlessly. She was very impressed at how professional he was.

Fantastic experience: I been to the dentist every week for the past three weeks ( DR Yalmaz ) to have fillings and a deep clean , he was very professional , he put me at ease and told me what he was doing at each step , hardly felt any pain during ( needles and drilling) and afterwards was fine too , i feel this dentist has greatly improved

Fantastic experience: I had been suffering with a unbearable pain for just over a week and A&E, 111, or any dentist in my city was unable to help me .. i decided to travel to this dentist and Dr Atakan has done in 10 minutes what no one could do in 1 week. I have never felt more welcomed and heard by a dentist and I am so grateful that I have finally had a night of sleep after all these painful sleepless nights. Thank you so much!

Negative experience: Very poor customer service by reception. I’m waiting at front desk and all 3 staff do not even acknowledge me but as soon as another customer comes to front desk they address them first with a hearty hello! Genuinely, I know it’s such a small issue but you just don’t know what someone is going through and things like this can come across discriminatory. Please treat all your customers equally and fairly.

Negative experience: The experience we had today has to be referred to the general dental council because there are serious concerns about patient safety ! I took my 5 year old daughter to this practice today on the 21st of September 2025 @ 2pm for a dental abscess which NHS 111 had referred me to. The dentist had a look in my child’s mouth and said that he would prescribe antibiotics for an abscess that he had seen. The dental nurse began to write out the prescription & the dentist then looked through it & handed it to me. When I took the prescription to the pharmacy near my house , they said to me that the dentist had made two mistakes. The first being that the prescription had not been stamped ( which we can put down to human error).. But the second of the two can’t be overlooked. They didn’t put down the name of the medication but only put down “ for oral suspension 250m/5ml How can it be that the nurse made an error & then the dentist after looking at it doesn’t pick up on the error! This is not only a mistake but rather can only be described as GROSS NEGLIGENCE on part of the dentist ! What if the dental nurse made an error and prescribed a different medication & the dentist didn’t bother picking up on it ! It could’ve have lead to grave & tangible consequences! I hope that the dental surgery will review there procedures , so that these sort of mistakes never ever happen again.

Fantastic experience: Visited today and needed a new filling but unfortunately it proved tricky as I usually require a lot of numbing injections before it takes. The dentist and the nurse were very patient and reassuring, and picked up on cues that the numbing hadn’t taken before I felt the need to stop them. I have extra gratitude for the third gentleman assistant who kept my young baby entertained as my childcare had fallen through and he had to come with me. Your help and compassion is very much appreciated!

Fantastic experience: I have to give a 5 star review because there isnt anymore stars to give . On Tuesday i had 4 teeth extracted and a partical denture fitted by the most Gentle and caring dentist ever . I can honestly say i havent been in any pain that i discribe as needing anything to control it more than paracetomol and ibrupofen. Now 2 days post Extraction and denture fit and not had to take any pain relief today at all . Thankyou so much to Eugene my dentist for being such a gentle ,caring dentist .

Fantastic experience: I had heard lots of good things about camphill dentist but seen a few bad reviews on here ... Well it just goes to show that you have to make up your own mind!!! I snapped my front tooth at the weekend and upon ringing my own dentist I was told that due to not having visited in the last two years I was no longer registered as a patient So I rang camphill and the receptionist was lovely on the phone , offered me a choice of appointments and got me in after work on the same day. I registered and was shown through to Dr Atakan (hope I've spelt that right) And he fixed the broken tooth and has made me another appointment to sort out a plan to sort my other issues. I would highly recommend them

Fantastic experience: I've had dental phobia for years but after going to this practice a couple of weeks ago in a emergency I can honestly say it's the best dentist's I've ever been to I had a tooth extraction today and a deep clean and don't no why I was so nervous my dentist Eddie is the loveliest gentle man didn't feel a thing ... All the staff that work there are lovely and the place is pristine would highly recommend anyone who needs any treatment and anyone who is absolutely terrified to go I promise you won't be disappointed ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: So after having a fear of the dentist for most of not all of my adult life and having to attend the hospital to have teeth removed as my fear was so bad. I got an infection and was sent to camphill for an emergency appointment. Its bad that I got an infection yes. however, my dentist is fantastic. He was very patient with me and has helped me work through my fear and do you know what honestly I don't know why I worked myself up so much. I now know there's nothing to worry about and the anxiety I felt that ever the mention of going to the dentist has now gone. So to the staff I want to say thank you for you help in completing curing my fear. Something I honestly believed would never happen.

Fantastic experience: As someone who is a very nervous patient when it comes to the dentist they made me feel at ease right from the start. If you are scared of needles like myself they will go at your pace and make you feel comfortable in having your treatment. So I don’t have any issues with the surgery at all as they are kind and compassionate people who take your needs into consideration when going through the treatments.

Negative experience: My partner had to wait almost an hour after her appointment time to be seen by the dentist. She did say that the level of care once she had finally been seen was good, however I do not feel it justifies the significant delays. There either needs to be more dentists or less appointments per day!

Positive experience: Went for the first time very efficient and friendly reception staff, appointment was 15 mins late though no apology seemed a bit rushed se how it goes from here.

Negative experience: I feel very let down by this dental practice. I lost my teeth,due to the cancer I had. They could not get 4 sets of dentures right so arranged for someone from the lab to see me,yet that repeatedly got cancelled, and gave up waiting for Camp hill to call me back. When I call, I explain everything and get promised a call back that never happens. I am now on a whole year, still no teeth, very limited to foods I can manage, and feel so forgotten about. Fast forward to almost 2 years of having no teeth, still can't get any help, and my consultant for my cancer has requested a referral to Warwick Hospital dental department and still, Camphill have done zero to help.. losing so much weight, because I struggle to eat... I would NOT RECOMMEND Camphill dental

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much today, I phoned my own practice in hinckley I hadn't been for 5 years so they couldn't help me with my emergency pain. I phoned 111 they suggested their number and another in hinckley couldn't help me. I was in so much pain. I remember following a bus a few weeks ago camphill advertisement... I phoned got me in 20mins after my call. I forgot the dentist name he was so lovely patient with me as I was so anxious and in pain. X Ray I have a abscess and now on antibiotics. The receptionists were all so friendly I'm going back in 2 weeks ❤️ dentist assistant was smiley and I truly needed this today. £37 for my emergency, x ray, medication and advice. Thank you so much. going back for more treatments as I didn't know my bone structure is decaying and I don't want to lose my teeth age 53 lisa Lloyd xxx

Fantastic experience: Not my Google account but wanted to leave this review as it’s well deserved. I had a very physically difficult tooth extraction today! The roots on the thing were something else, it was a huge tooth! Atleast a £100 tooth in tooth fairy terms ! I have been to hospital for tooth extractions, however the waiting list is beyond belief, and it needed to come out urgently due to infection. I don’t think I could have got through it at any other dentists! Mohammed Majid was the dentist and the whole appointment couldn’t have gone any better, as tooth extractions go! So very kind and caring, sympathetic and patient with people! I have had 2 consultations with him now so far, he’s genuinely a skilled experienced dentist and lovely person. Thank you so so much, you made something really difficult for me a lot easier. You really made a huge difference ❤️

Fantastic experience: Absolute wonderful treatment from the moment I walked in to the clinic room. I immediately told the practitioners that I was a nervous patient and was put at ease. Consultation was straightforward and clear. I was also told I needed an extraction, both Dr Majid and dental nurse Preeti ensured I was happy with this and again reassured me. Thank you to both of them for making and anxious situation a lot easier.

Fantastic experience: I want to start of by saying how anxious I was to go to the dentist this morning! I had my appointment with Dr. Majid and have to say how lovely he was. He made me feel at ease! I had injections and a back tooth pulled out! He was so gentle and talked me through the process. I came out smiling I honestly can’t recommend him enough. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I recently went back to my local dentist to have a check up and the service was brilliant. The staff were efficient on booking me in and dint have to wait too long was seen straight away. The dentist was very friendly and welcoming they also were good at examing my teeth no pain at all with a check up then a cleaning. I was given good advice on how to keep my teeth healthy and what I should be using such as mouth wash and flossing. Booked in for another appointment and look forward to my next check up and keeping my teeth healthy. Thanks Sean

Fantastic experience: I am a nervous patient. Very anxious! Today I had an appointment for my first ever filling… I was petrified! Not major to some! The dental practitioner, DR FORUK was 100% amazing never rushed me or the procedure, making me feel so comfortable. Never have I had a dentist appointment So calm and non judgemental! 100% if you can get a appointment go to him! Highly recommend! Wouldn’t see anybody else! Negative experience: Cancels appointments at last minute but doesnt contact you to let you know. Charges private rates when should be NHS so a £26.80 visit becomes in the region of £80.

Negative experience: Went here after 2 sleepless nights with unbearable pain in my wisdom tooth on a Saturday. Showed the guy when i touch it or eat the pain was unbearable. Checks my teeth says you need a filling come monday. Go in Monday cleans cavity fills my tooth. Went the rest of the week with no sleep and loads of pain killers. Managed to get in again on another Saturday morning. Checks filling its still there another xray. You might have an infection prescribed me some antibiotics. Says all my teeth look ok. Another 3 nights no sleep couldn't bear the pain any more had to take a day off work. Booked in to Coventry road dentist Bedworth x rays me with a proper machine instead of a 1980s where they ram plates in your mouth. Wisdom tooth needs to come out rotten at the root took it out there and then. Instant relief no infection. Paid camphill £85 for nothing completely incompetent. Only people in camphill dentist doing there job properly are the receptionist they were great once past their your wasting your time and money.

Negative experience: Charges you private rates when it should be nhs. Also seen other customers experience thw same. Dodgy accounting showing there charging for nhs but billing for customer private rates. Ripping customers off. Dont join this dentist its always a farce. They are not there for patient care as no1 priority, but for monetary gain as priority!! Partner requested emergency appointment due to nerve damage and pain but told (on thursday) to wait the till Monday to be seen. Not acceptable. Also dentist had appointments on a seperate occasion for a weekday as confirmed by the dentist receptionist. Receptionist went personally to check with the dentist but dentist enforced it was pushed to the weekend so he could fill his day (time and a half or overtime rates). Money grabbers stay away!!!

Negative experience: Waiting time it’s between 30 minutes to one hour. The doctors are an absolute mess and I’ve personally had a terrible experience. All they know to do it’s whitening and extractions. They are so lucky to have an amazing team of nurses and receptionist but that’s about it

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to the dentist in about 10 years due to a bad past experiences and a general dislike of being touched. This dentist was amazing, they explained what they were doing, didn't talk down to me and made a horrifying experience feel less scary. The receptionists were also very nice when I needed a specific invoice for my insurance. Everything went pretty quickly and efficient. I definitely feel less anxious about my next check up in six months time :)

Fantastic experience: I am scared of dentists due to a bad experience at my previous dentist. I joined Camp Hill surgery and today Dr. Majid carried out an extraction on a large back tooth. I can’t believe it was all done in less than 10 minutes and was shocked when Dr. Majid said it was all over! I’ve put up with pain from this tooth for over 5 years- I wish I had joined them long ago. Amazing and thank you!

Fantastic experience: I cannot fault this dental practice in any way. They initially fitted me in for an emergency appointment on a Sunday the day before I had a flight booked and have provided excellent service every time I have returned. I would gladly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: what a great Practice - I was struggling with a really bad toothache over the weekend and found this place open on a Sunday - phoned up - and was given an early appointment - attended, examined and given the choice of what to do - had the offending tooth out all in 15 mins. Great people to talk to and deal with - would recommend. I would probably rather travel the extra 14 mile to visit again than use my own Dentist!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting this practice since 2009 and have always received great service. The dentists change frequently, some don't stay for long or they are only there one day a week, but they are all very helpful, friendly, professional and provide excellent care for their patients. Dr Ali Khan has completed my extraction today and I am so impressed that it was quick and relatively pain free. I would also like to thank those on reception who have been very patient with my frequent calls and always maintain a friendly and professional approach towards the patients. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Went to the dentist today in pain with a tooth and had another appointment same day and cleaned the hole and put temporary filling I was in so much pain and now I'm not thank you to Helena that has fixed my pain highly recommended this dentist

Negative experience: Worse customer service ever faced. Called the surgery and without even taking my details I was asked if I can be put on hold. I said that's fine but to only be on hold for over 10mins which resulted in me hanging up. After redailing straight away the call was still busy. After 15mins the call remained busy to my original call. Upon finally getting through the staff answers and repeats the same asking if I can put on hold to which I said no. She started laughing on phone like it was some sort of joke. Clearly employ the wrong people to manage customer service. Will be changing surgeys for sure. Anything to delay the customer on the call must be getting close to clocking off her shift!

Fantastic experience: Have been in agony for days now I was unregistered but they got me in and gave me antibiotics for a gum infection very kind and very professional and such a great relief for me I hadn’t seen a dentist for well over Twenty years and was very scared , I must say there was no need they were all friendly and reassuring absolutely wonderful people and service

Negative experience: Awful dentist. Had a cap and a bridge done didnt even last 6 months before snapping out. Phoned up and turned out they made me go private instead of band 3 on the nhs. So £320 turned to £900. Emailed a week ago still no reply. Highly recommend you avoid this dentist also horrendous wait times!

Fantastic experience: I am the worst patient for a dentist by a mile i usually hate them and have no good words for them at all. Dr shah is awesome. Understanding and patient he is my dentist as long as he can put up with me now. I dont give praise easily but he really deserves it he made my visit as easy and comfortable as possible.

Fantastic experience: Reception staff are friendly, my dentist is fab I can't fault her. It does fall behind but that's if they have an emergency appointment, other than than good customer service and very approachable.

Positive experience: Had an appointment, rang to ask if the receptionist could ask the dentist a question as I need to consider which way I would like to go and was told they are just receptionist, not medically trained. Wait for my next appointment to ask. Not helpful. But thank you.

Fantastic experience: Went on an emergency appointment, receptionist was so helpful and managed to fit me in, explaining that I might have to wait. Saw Dr Shah and he was perfect and so accommodating, discussed the treatment plan and I haven't looked back. I have now transferred to Camphill Dentist Practice as a patient. Dr Shah you have been amazing and so has your assistant. The reception staff are very polite and helpful. Will recommend

Fantastic experience: I had a bad toothache on Saturday afternoon & my normal dentist was closed, phone Camp hill dentist & they fitted me in very quickly, even though they were busy & it was 3:30pm. Turned out I had an abscess & after an X ray, I was prescribed anti-biotics, which I collected at reception & the total bill was just over £30, so great service & care from all staff, my toothache is starting to ebb after 2 tablets & a few hours later, hopefully OK tomorrow, then trip to the dentist Monday!

Negative experience: This has got to be one of the worst experiences I've encountered charged me for a tooth removal then continued to rag my face about and bruise my lip. On top of that the didnt remove the tooth as a whole instead they left the roots in my gum and said I needed referring to the hospital and then refusing to pay me my money back for a job not completed all in all the place is a joke

Negative experience: Literally the worst. Took my mum there for an emergency appointment on a Sunday as she had a gum infection and was in unbearable pain and couldn’t wait to see our regular dentist. 111 referred us here as they suspected potential nerve damage. Considering this was an emergency you would think they would see you promptly as she was in agony but we were made to wait over an hour to be seen. Then when seen she was essentially told by the dentist that she doesn’t have time to treat her and to go to a private practice elsewhere or wait till Monday to see her regular dentist. She had no clue what she was talking about as she didn’t even know what the problem was. When my mum challenged her saying well what do I do for the pain I can’t take it and otc meds don’t do much to help the dentist essentially brushed it off and said there’s nothing she can do, she doesn’t have the time to treat her. Extremely lacking in empathy and consideration for patients. They’re just trying to see as many people as possible without actually treating anyone. From the looks of other reviews it seems to be a running theme with this practice. How it’s still open is beyond me.

Fantastic experience: First off, let's address the negative reviews of this practice by pointing out the appalling grammar and overall tone of those leaving them. That should tell you all you need to know about the people leaving those reviews. Now, I can say without a shadow of a doubt that all the staff at this practice are wonderful and genuinely care about you and your teeth. I first attended a little over 2 years ago for an emergency extraction, and have attended over a dozen times since for corrective procedures and the like, as well as regular checkups. I stopped looking after my teeth due to depression and as such I was extremely embarrassed about the state of my teeth the first few times I went, however, now I go with confidence knowing that they are doing everything they can to help. I have since recommended them to multiple friends and family members and all who have gone there have come away with the same sentiments as myself. Yes, it's an NHS practice and so you may need to wait a little longer than you would at a private practice, but that being said you couldn't ask for a better team than the one found here. To all the team at Camphill Dental Practice, you have my heartfelt thanks for helping me on my oral recovery, the support you've shown has been one of the most important things and I wouldn't have continued without your motivation. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Dr shah was brilliant, very understanding and calm, his assistant was very nice to and polite aswell as understanding of mine and others anxieties of being at the dentist. The receptionists are always polite. Dr shah put me at ease and explains what he is doing and how long things take.

Negative experience: Horrible experience! Absolutely waste of money! The dentist never listen to you and not even provide any service after waiting for nearly an hour! Just have a Quick Look and saying you are alright! Not even put fluoride on my teeth! My daughter has grinding her teeth during night time for over a year and got sensitive teeth seriously and could not take any cold drink , affecting her quality of life, but the dentist said she can’t do anything ! How angry! She even blamed on my daughter if she has any acidic diet ! Problem is not solved and my poor daughter now cannot eat any cold stuff! Avoid if you can

Negative experience: Extremely poor , I saw two very young dentists and they were extremely unthorough, laxidasical, didn't listen to my concerns or respect my concerns , they didn't provide comprehensive information, the girl I saw most recently was particularly careless , said all my teeth were fine despite barely even looking at them, when I can see a buccal put cavity on one of my teeth clearly myself. I am personally extremely concerned at the caliber of dentists I saw and think their conduct is way off the mark. It is NOT acceptable for people to receive substandard dental care as it is essential for prevention and good dental health is extremely important in protecting the whole bodies health. Extremely poor . Avoid

Negative experience: I've just come from this practice, never again, people waiting over an hour longer and the way he shoved the plate in my mouth to x-ray my tooth left me in agony. Then he said I'll just rip the tooth out you don't need it, at that point I walked out do not use these butchers absolutely disgusting

Fantastic experience: My first time to the dentist for over 40 years.I needed an extraction and it was a painless procedure. Felt very comfortable and relaxed. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: If I could give zero I would ! They looking after quantity not quality! Always delay at last for 25 min ! Been to fix one tooth and already filling fallen out twice ! They not drilling to saving the time and earn more money. Avoid !!!

Fantastic experience: I hit my front crown hard in an airport a week ago and it caused huge inflammation and pain, i was recommended to call Camphill and they got me in quickly. So heres the story.. you hear so many horror stories about people not being able to get a dentist these days. Well, Camphill were wonderful, no stress, straight in. The dentist i had was called Tiffany and she was kind, and very understanding. The staff on reception were also very lovely. I just wan to say - thank you to you all for looking after me!!

Fantastic experience: I had an issue where my crown (fitted by another dentist) fell out. I wasn't registered with them because i hadn't been able to find a dentist since moving to the area. I saw Mohammed Ward and he was absolutely amazing! He replaced it temporarily during my emergency appointment and then on my next appointment did the prep and impressions and a week later i have my new crown! He is a truly amazing dentist who makes you feel relaxed, no judgements or making you feel awful and honestly takes the time to talk you through your x-rays and gives you the choices that you have. I genuinely wouldn't want to go anywhere else, Thank You so much!

Fantastic experience: Dr Priyanka Peri. I can't recommend her highly enough! I had a complicated extraction which took two visits to complete as I had such a bad infection. Priyanka explained everything every step of the way. She stopped as soon as she could see I was in pain and was really caring and kind. Eventually another dentist was brought in for a second opinion and the tooth was finally out. A really positive experience. Thank you.

Negative experience: Worst dentures I have had, no matter how many times i went back, they could not get them to fit. Will never use them again.

Negative experience: I had an appalling time with this dentist. I've recently moved to the area and have had the displeasure of using them thrice. Booking an appointment is useless, as they will seemingly ALWAYS make you wait at least 30 minutes past your booking. The dentists do a very lackadaisical job, simply want you in, out, and pay at the door. No actual consideration for problems you may have. The cherry on the cake was my dentist having a 40inch TV with the quran playing on loud during my appointment. Will absolutely never go back here.

Negative experience: Was supposed to get a filling and they ended up putting the filling too close to my nerve so NOW I am having to go to another dentist for a root canal treatment and a crown on top. I paid £100 for that filling to be sorted and also the check up before hand. So definitely would NOT recommend going there. SCAM!!!!!

Negative experience: Awful experience. Comes to something when you have to remove 2 dentists from your autistic child, who is crying and begging them to stop but they continue. 3 times i had to step in and say 'No you need to stop now'. The dentist then had the cheek to say he was being sensitive because he was autistic. He actually has a higher than normal pain threshold. Before the procedure they said to him to raise his hand or say stop and they will stop. Why say this if your going to continue the procedure forcefully? Hes now refusing to go back to a dentist because its scared him so much. Our usual dentist is fantastic, however she was unavailable when I booked.

Negative experience: NOT EVEN WORTH A STAR I was told that my tooth needed a filling, at the bottom front near the side, I made that appointment at the desk, in between that time I had horrific tooth ach, to the point I was taking regular painkillers, I made emergency appointment, the dentist told me that it was the tooth that needed a filling, he said that the tooth needed a root canal, he took the nerve out and put a temporary filling on. I left the practice and an hour later I was in pain again, the following day i went back to the practice and seen a different dentist, I explained what had happened the day before, she said that the temporary filling was tight and the pressure was causing the problem, she numbed me and carried out the procedure of releasing the pressure, after the treatment she asked me if I was okay, I said no, I’m still in pain, it was as-if she hadn’t done anything, I told her that it was the wrong tooth that they were treating, and it was top right at the back, she was reluctant to carry out anything, I said I’m not leaving till I’m pain free, she then listened to me and numbed the area of the tooth that causing me pain, she took the nerve out and temporarily filled it. I now had two procedures of root canal in one weekend, roughly about 1-2 weeks after I was getting pain again in my tooth and ended up having the tooth removed at the top back. Im still having trouble, pain, discomfort and tooth infections on the the front bottom side, as they originally carried out a root canal that didn’t need doing, I’m currently on antibiotics for the infection and this has been going on for 3 weeks now and was reluctant giving me more antibiotics as she said it’s bad for my kidneys but she had to as I couldn’t be left with an infection….They are trying to fix a tooth that didn’t need fixing and this is ongoing as we speak. I’m well within my rights to seek further advice from citizens advice and take this further

Fantastic experience: Brilliant practise. The staff are friendly and make you feel at ease. My Dentist, M.Ward has been great over the course of my treatment and is a credit to the practice. NHS dentists are hard to come by and this one is brilliant. I really can't recommend M.Ward enough. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant place to go when you’ve got toothache. They made a new tooth to go where a filling had come out then fixed another with white cement and even deep cleaned all my teeth for the price of having the filling sorted. Staff were brilliant, called a few days before the appointment etc, couldn’t be happier with my new dentists.

Fantastic experience: I went today for a tooth extraction, i was so frightened at this time at the thought of lying flat. The dentist was so kind and said i didnt have to lie flat. After exam and xray of tooth, it wasnt deemed necessary to remove it. The dentist was so reasuring. Very happy patient today. Thank You .

Negative experience: I had a really traumatic experience with a female dentist here having 3 fillings done. Her hands were shaking giving me the anaesthetic and it took her a few goes to numb my mouth which was painful and made me even more anxious as I could taste the anaesthetic and her hands were trembling before even taking a drill to my mouth. One of the fillings fell out the following day. The fillings were left feeling rough against my cheek as they were not smoothed down and my bite was also not checked. So I had to return the following week to get all of the above corrected. I needed fillings doing on the other side of my mouth but declined to have this done due to the above experience and just wanted the side she’d already done corrected. A month later and another one of my teeth that she did a filling on has cracked with the side of my tooth completely chipping off (no problems at all with this tooth prior to being told I needed a filling on it) I did not want to return to this dentist as I found the above experience so traumatic. Thankfully this time around I was able to find another NHS dentist closer to home. My new dentist has advised he may need to refer me to a private dentist to correct this tooth which was due to a badly done filling and to expect it to cost up to £1000 to correct! This has caused me a lot of stress, trauma and inconvenience. I will never be returning to this practice and the dentist I saw in my opinion doesn’t seem competent enough to practice.

Negative experience: I have been going here for years as a private patient and i was texted to say i have an nhs appointment booked, so i thought i would ring and correct that, only to be told on the phone that this is an NHS dentist and I will have to go somewhere else.. I will! don't you worry I will take my money elsewhere. Unbelievable.

Positive experience: Ok if you need a NHS dentist, but the wait time is terrible. Always end up waiting at least 45mins for your appointment, not sure why they give you an appointment time when they clearly don't even try to keep to them.
