I was then referred to see the hygienist we done such an immaculate job. My gums were terrible and now I feel like I have zero problems with my teeth. Finished off with a polish also,! They both went above and beyond with the care and calming atmosphere playing calming music and just a touching of the hand on my shoulder to ease me. Negative experience: Dental mafia, avoid. I've been seen by 4 specialists. Some were good, others terrible but all of them care only about your money, not your health. On my first visit, I was seen by Dr Karn Kapil. He was professional and identified problems I needed to address. At the time of my visit, I was unable to go ahead with the procedures due to financial reasons - I had dental implants done recently which would be very expensive if not healed properly (I was treated privately). On my second visit, I saw their implantologist. I spend 5 months a year in Thailand where I had my implants done. All I needed is to confirm the implants are healing well and that they didn't need further treatment. The implantologist was unable to give me that information, even though I said I felt pain when chewing. She suggested mouthguards and kept pushing me into buying mouthguards until the end of the visit. Completely ignored my problem. I asked her to email me x-rays so I can send them to Thailand to see by my original implantologist. This never happened. Money wasted on this visit since she clearly doesn't know much about implants and also don't care to help people, if they don't pay her for extras. On my 3rd visit I was "seen" by "Dr" Ajay Joshi. He failed to identify chips on my teeth caused by improper crown on my implant. His solution: Put crowns on 3 teeth with minor chips. Instead of maybe changing the crown of the implant so it doesn't damage my teeth. That was a ridiculous solution from him. When I asked about alternatives. He started to be aggressive, and continued to be intimidating even after I voiced I am uncomfortable. He didn't offer any treatment plan for the problems Dr Karn Kapil mentioned, clearly, not as much money in his pockets for a simple filling as it is from the crown. He also insisted on X-ray for the teeth that I told him has no issue, confirmed to me by 3 different dentists. But X-rays are extra money for him so we ended up having it done just for him to tell me we don't need to do anything. After my 3rd visit, I asked receptionist to book an appointment with my original dentist Dr Karn Kapil, to have the work done he recommended on my first visit, and the same work Don Ajay Joshi read from the computer and also mentioned briefly while looking into my mouth. GUESS WHAT? You're right; the clinic asked me to pay check up fee AGAIN. Even though they already have all the infomation and x-rays and Kapil knows me as a patient. Remember, I pay privately which was over £90 with "Dr" Ajay Escobar. I asked if this could be waved or if I can be reimbursed for my 3rd visit, both request came back negative. I also saw a hygienist who was okay, to be fair. I am taking legal action against this clinic, as I believe patient health is not in their best interest.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting All Saints Dental Care for about a year and so far I have not had a bad experience. Dr Ajay is very professional and treats patients with care. Also, the lady at the reception is very friendly.

Negative experience: Let down by the whole experience. The Dentist I saw gave me the impression that she saw me as a cash cow, The only thing they were interested in was to take as many dental X-ray as possible, I had three of them in a single visit. On top of that, she didn't provide me with any real feedback on the state of my teeth, gums etc. After that experience I took the decision not to go back there again. I recently went back to see the Hygienist because the last time I went there that was a more than satisfactory experience. Unfortunately Holly wasn't there and they booked me with someone different which not only took only 16 minutes to "clean" my teeth but also ended up damaging one of my back teeth which is now very sensitive whenever food or water end up in that area. Before visiting that Hygienist I didn't have that problem, I only hope it is a temporary thing. I think that they are very expensive for the service that they provide, which in my view is not a good one.

Negative experience: Poor customer service and rude staff. New denists every month and you have to tell them about your problems again and again.

Fantastic experience: I had a great hygienist appointment with Rachel. She is gentle, thorough, and communicates very clearly.

Negative experience: Please avoid this dental as they don’t keep up with the patients appointments. They only called me in the last minute to cancel my daughter’s appointment due to one of the dentist is unwell. My son missed one appointment they removed him from their dental. Rubbish

I just wanted to say out there on this site (again) that I am a patient at All Saints Dental Care and I have been a patient there for a very long time and I WILL continue to do so. There are truly no words or emotions that I can use to describe my time in that place but one thing | can say hand on heart is that I LOVED every second of it. The team at All Saints especially Dr Ajay, Humaya and Prajakta are very kind and efficent Professionals and they have always treated me with the upmost respect and attention for all of my appointsment there. They would always go the above and beyond for me and they did the one thing that I have been struggling to achieve my whole life and that is to perfect my teeth. Thanks to their help and others, I can now look in the mirror and appreciete myself more especially after the troubles I have been through in my life. THANK YOU ALL SAINTS and I know I am not the only person to say that.

Holly, their hygienist, is particularly fantastic, very warm and friendly, and great at putting you at ease for a process that’s often less-than-pleasant. When I had a filling done by one of their doctors in the past, and it was bothering me a bit in the days after, they helped me schedule another appointment to sort the niggle, free of charge. Appreciate that they take care of their customers.

Fantastic experience: Came here with my mother in law as she was getting her teeth taken out and they were very professional. This was about 3/4 years ago and it was a male dentist but he was very understanding and answered all our questions explained the procedure and after care and did call to follow up with how she’s doing. I’ve tried to register myself and 2 kids here but they’re no longer taking nhs patients which is sad because this is a very clean hygienic professional dental practice. I would definitely recommend if anyone needs a private appointment.

Negative experience: My fixed wire retainer had become loose and all I wanted was for it to be glued/bonded back on. This issue has come up before and has been resolved at different dental clinics and I was put under the impression that this would happen at the dental examination here. They refused to fix the issue and cited another appointment would be needed – costing £150! An utter waste of time and scam. £85 down the drain. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

Negative experience: Easy to get an appointment which was good as I need a filling replaced and couldn't get to my usual dentist. Unfortunately the dentist I saw didn't give me any confidence that they were able to replace my filling and suggested I could leave it as is (with the risk that the tooth would probably need a root canal) or remove the tooth! They tried to replace the filling but it came out while still on the chair. Maybe it was just the dentist I saw but won't be going back here again. Went to my usual dentist and they sorted the filling out.
