Fantastic experience: I Love how cared for this dentist makes me feel and how well my teeth are looked after. After 20 years plus of Mr Brooks dentistry, I’d be reluctant to trust anyone else! The dental nurses are knowledgeable and kind and the receptionist alway cheery. A total 5* Service, Bravo

Fantastic experience: Matthew and the team at Rapport are brilliant. Let's be honest, going to the dentist isn't fun, but the team at Rapport really make you feel welcome and at ease. Any and all work I've had done has been brilliant and easy. I'd definitely recommend checking them out, but keep in mind it comes at a cost. You definitely get what you pay for here though.

Fantastic experience: A very professional, highly skilled, well equipped and friendly dental practice. I was given a personal recommendation by a trusted source when I needed to find a new dental practice a few years ago. Six monthly checkups and hygienist appointments, together with advice for my daily routines have helped me to maintain the health of my teeth and gums. Recently a checkup identified a problem that could have led to the loss of a tooth, and all options were thoroughly discussed. I have just completed the first stage of the route that I selected, which was root canal treatment for the problem molar. This was completed in-house and I couldn't have hoped for better treatment. Kind, professional, patient, highly skilled, caring and effective at every stage of a complicated procedure. Many thanks to the whole team.

Kate was very sympathetic to this and adapted the appointment slightly, to further accommodate my needs. She was her usual calm, friendly self and explained what was happening at each step of the way. I really appreciated the sensitivity and time that Kate gave me and would definitely recommended her - thank you.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly team . Appointments are always on time , comfortable waiting area . Examinations and treatments are extremely thorough . Everything is explained throughout the session . You are invited to ask questions if needed so you leave feeling you have a complete package . The only minus point is the limited parking area . Be prepared to park down the road and have a little walk back .

Fantastic experience: Some of the best things in the world are the giving and receiving of a smile. Having a tooth or teeth that prevent doing that most simple of gestures can be painlessly remedied by Matthew and his capable team. Rapport Dentistry is in lovely village setting giving a nice relaxing view from the chair but its the services on offer and they way they are delivered that will bring a smile.

Fantastic experience: I registered as a new patient at Rapport about six months ago. So far, I've attended one appointment with the hygienist and two with the dentist (the second for an unscheduled issue the dentist was able to check the morning after I called the practice). I've been impressed by how thorough, professional, informative, and re-assuring they are. Page, the receptionist, is very friendly and efficient. The practice is clean, well equipped, and conveniently located. Form filling is a doddle if you are online. Hard to miss an appointment with email and text reminders sent well ahead of time.

Fantastic experience: Full marks! Pre-procedure questionnaire covered everything relevant. An unexpectedly difficult upper left rear extraction but with no post operative issues. Again post op care fully detailed & well documented. During the actual procedure everything was as usual fully explained as I have come to expect. I have been using this particular dentist at Rapport for several years & for many years earlier when he was at other practices so he knows me & my somewhat complex dental history extremely well. I’m in good hands.

The dental staff both nurses and practitioners are also very informative. Ensuring you understand what they will be doing and helping you keep your mouth healthy. The receptionist was lovely and welcoming and extremely helpful with providing information on dental plans. I saw Dr Brooks (who I used to see years ago at a previous practice) his demeanour hasn't changes still wonderfully reassuring. I was amazed how much he remembered of me and we chatted a bit about our travels before he checked everything over. What I really like is how he explains everything and tells me exactly what he is going to do and reassuring me throughout. My only regret is staying at the other practice for so long!
