Fantastic experience: Mr Saleh and the team fit me in same day last week when I had pain, despite not being registered. I was very nervous and haven't been to a dentist in years. Today I had 4 fillings and they were all painless. I feel the price is reasonable and the whole team were lovely, welcoming and put me at ease. Will be returning, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I required an emergency dental appointment whilst on holiday and as not from the area, was given a same day appointment. The receptionist was helpful and informed that the dentist was private and gave up-front costs which was good as I knew what I was to pay initially going into the appointment. The dentist was pleasant, kind and understood my issue and was able to offer temporary help until I was able to see my dentist.

Negative experience: Had a tooth removed which the man broke off in my mouth leaving me with excruciating pain the whole duration if extraction was leaving on my face pulling you d im a 22st rugby player so im use to pain but this was horrendous Then upon returning was told I needed a filling so maybe I save up and go back to have rest removed . I said I've paid for the tooth out already he said well no point wasting a numbing injection and to come back. So guess what I didn't go back. I would rather sit in kwik fit as ask them to do it . Fantastic experience: Called at 9am with chronic toothache of back tooth. Got a same day appointment for emergency extraction. I am a VERY nervous patient with a fear of needles/dentists but need not have worried, the nurse was very caring as was the dentist. Fantastic experience: I am usually someone who is very anxious and afraid to go to the dentist. But the care I have received from Dr Saleh and his office has been outstanding. I had Wisdom Tooth Extraction, and Dr Saleh and his staff made sure I was comfortable, not in pain, and they really helped ease my anxiety. Negative experience: I have a dental fear and this dentist installed this fear more than ever in July 2023. I have had previous traumas with my teeth and I needed several teeth working on. I waited over an hour for my appointment which was fine, until I sat in the chair for less than 4 minutes. He took a quick look as said he can sort all of my teeth for £150 each, which was cheap so I went with it. He said he'd do one whole side at a time so I booked in and the first side involved several fillings and a couple of extractions. I went in and he went straight in my mouth, I stopped and showed him an x-ray that was done in Feb 23 because he hadn't mentioned doing one. Everything was rushed, there was no explaining what was happening, I had a thick uncomfortable chunk of hard rubber as a clamp, and he leaned on my cheek/lips the whole time. I felt at times that he tried to be kind but there was no empathy to it. He went to remove a tooth but I said that it's a full tooth that's never caused me troubles, so he put a very large filling in it instead. He got to the last two teeth to extract and I could feel him pulling it. I told him but he said No you're just nervous. He continued and I had to shout in pain as I could definitely feel it. I instantly cried from fear and pain, and his response was "you need sedating." He tried to convince me I couldn't feel it but I said I have had many teeth done before and I have never felt that. He gave another very short, quick injection and I was just about able to let him to continue. When he got to the last tooth I asked him to stop, and said I'd had enough. He lectured me that it would be a waste to stop now as I'm so close to being done but I just couldn't bare it. He told me to book in for sedation and extended time when I come back and I left. I was crying so much and the receptionist barely looked or spoke to me, just took the full payment (even though I didn't have £150 worth done) whilst I leaned over and grabbed my own tissue. Both times I attended the surgery, the receptionists did not make any eye contact, did not speak to me properly but managed to speak to each other consistently about personal life. They ate their lunch at the desk which seemed unhygienic as they continued to type on the keyboards. In my opinion, the dentists room was cluttered and stuff was all over the sides - I've been to many. I had a few people from work telling me not to go to him as they'd had awful consultations with him and I'd seen negative reviews which are often dismissed. I have not been to any dentist since, and I have the other side of my mouth still left to do. I have tried to look after the fillings he did but each one has either broken or had crumbles come off. All are black even front ones. I knew from the first visit that I should not have gone through with it, but I was proud of myself for even walking in and having the 2 minute "consultation" so I was proving to myself that I was doing well finally getting my mouth done. Unfortunately, this dentists service ended up being the ones who proved me wrong, and installed more fear.

Negative experience: My partner went here for Smile White aligner treatment as had nothing but issues with the dentist who does them. Rushed appointments left her with bleeding gums from the teeth filing and swollen lips where the dentist had lent on them. Smile White have been great and changed her dentist over and covering the cost of restarting the process. This dentist is no longer a part of Smile White following numerous complaints. Couldn’t pay me to go here for actual check ups as they just don’t seem to care.
Fantastic experience: In the past I have had bad experiences with dentists, The guy at Brandon dental care was absolutely superb, went in for a double rear extraction, can honestly say that was the best experience of a procedure yet, He had me xray-ed and both teeth extracted in no time at all completely painless...... Will definately return

Negative experience: Is this a nhs dentist or private? When I went for my daughter they charged me 60 pounds for just a small tooth filling! I don't understand this because my daughter is only 9 years old.
Fantastic experience: I have always had a phobia of the dentist since I had issues as a small child. Dr Salah and his team have changed that as they always made sure I was comfortable and I knew what they were doing. My results are fantastic!!!. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: This dental practice has given me back my smile! I come into this dentist practice a week ago in a real panic with serious dental problems. Dr. Saleh was very prompt in getting my treatment underway and whilst I still have a lot of work that needs doing, I’m finally able to smile again. As someone who is very anxious with dentists I have found Dr. Saleh very compassionate, calm, reassuring and very professional. He’s realistic and honest but completely non judgemental which was really important to me as someone that’s nervous. Fantastic experience: I was welcomed as soon as I arrived and seen very quickly but I think to take a tooth out is a bit to expensive since I was only there for about 15 minutes but I guess since it was an emergency and they are private I needed it done or could of got antibiotics would been cheaper but now I don't have pain so I'm happy thank you

Fantastic experience: Brandon Denral care are all so friendly and helpful. My daughter, husband and myself are now all patients after losing our NHS dentist. Fantastic experience: I had extreme tooth pain after my dentist (not here, at my local dentist) did a filling to close to a nerve, they didn’t have any space to book me in before Christmas so I ended up having to call around and I am so pleased with how things went from first contact to tooth extraction with these guys! Reception team extremely friendly and my Dentist is amazing! He’s friendly and kept me calm (I don’t like going to the dentist) he was very informative and all round a great guy! This place is 40 mins from home but I’ll be going here from now on! Thank you so much for alleviating the pain, I can now enjoy Christmas

Fantastic experience: Was given an appointment and was seen very quickly, they discussed prices before they started I found the pricing very affordable and like they generally cared more about helping the patient then charging through the roof prices like other places, they sorted my problems straight away and the service was really very good they was warm and friendly and went beyond to make me feel at ease I'm a very anxious person so they made sure I was comfortable even the receptionist was very nice and was reassuring before I left and made sure i didn't over worry. Negative experience: I was going here until they lost their NHS nurse that looked after me. One of the dentists (Dr Saleh) said that my teeth were not clean enough for braces which is fair enough in my opinion, only if he didn't backtrack on a previous statement that my teeth were fine for braces. After they lost their NHS contract due to being unable to recruit someone else, given as Dr Saleh would be the dentist that 'looked after me' after this ordeal, I am now going elsewhere as I do not trust he won't say some random things and flip-flop.

Fantastic experience: A lady named Alla was the best of the best with my son. He was petrified and could barely walk in the reception. He had to be sedated to have work done. This lady was the best of the best. Holding his hand the whole way through and acting like a mom!! I couldn’t have asked for anymore as I was a bit useless at the time knowing I couldn’t do anything to help. Negative experience: Conveyor belt dentistry pay a lot of money to be insulted. Dentist told me to “get a better job” because I didn’t have the £350 for a filling. I certainly won’t return. I have a good well paid job thanks.

Negative experience: Was booked in for an examination, x-rays and hygienist, got there, did go in on time but just looked at my teeth, pushed on a couple and said probably need 2 fillings, may not even be able to save one. I said I think there is a third, he said I would probably see more if I do X-rays but as you can see I’m too busy today. Shall I book you in for fillings, I said no I’ll pay the £25 for 1-2 minute examination. Was not happy especially as I was booked in for the work previously stated and drove 35 mins for the treatment.
Fantastic experience: What can I say; absolutely outstanding experience. The dentist was incredibly kind, empathetic and gentle in his work. He was kind, and also very professional. His staff are also exceptionally kind and caring. I need more treatment and will definitely go back. I honestly cannot recommend this dentist enough. Fantastic experience: I have a dental phobia, and was quite scared, but was made very welcome at this place and the reception staff were nice and polite and friendly. i was going in to have a tooth (as i had broke it the day before) out. as i am so scared i did not want any work done. i just wanted the quickest result, i ended up not having the tooth out and had work done to save the tooth, the dentist understood that i was scared, and was very reassuring, he explained everything to me and put me at ease, but he still left it to be my choice of what treatment i had done, i did not feel any pain while having the work. i felt so at ease i have made a further 2 appointments. I would highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: The new dentist downstairs here saw me for less than three minutes at the start of April. He told me not to bother taking my coat off as I wouldn’t be long. There was no real examination, just some air on my back teeth and a mirror to show me. He told me I needed 6, soon to be 7, fillings and sat by his computer waiting to book £840 worth of unexpected dentistry work then and there. He was very pushy to get these fillings booked in and I felt I had to book two before I left and then called back to cancel a few days later when I had found another dentist for a second opinion. I’ve seen another dentist today who took an x-ray of my teeth and did a thorough examination including my teeth and gums. They confirmed I don’t need any fillings, and that my teeth are well-cared for and in good condition. Even if my second dentist was too generous and the truth is halfway in-between, that’s still 3 fillings that have been sold to me at £140 each for no good reason. This is completely unacceptable! I will warn everyone off this dentist. Anyone who spends money here runs the risk of being taken advantage of. I would strongly recommend a second opinion. Just to add, this is nothing to do with the dentist upstairs who I believe is long-standing at the practice. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of this new dentist because, as mentioned, I was only there 3 minutes.
Negative experience: Visited today with my partner suffering a abscess, told by reception there are no nhs dentists at the surgery, he registered as nhs patient in 2017. I find the attitude of reception deplorable Please advise name of manager of this surgery Regards Monroe
