Fantastic experience: Dental Hygienist Lucy and her Assistant Elaine makes my regular visits a pleasure they are both kind and supportive and very professional during my procedures. They make this chour enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: High standard dental care, lovely and welcoming receptionists plus fairly quick to get into the appointments. The receptionists are always on point with bookings and changing appointments getting notified about appointments is a plus side to.

Fantastic experience: Great first visit, still nervous about future surgery but I must get my teeth sorted before they get worse lovely ladies at the surgery,,, and on the 15/7/25 I had a tooth removed I can say I didn't feel a thing and that's because the ladies who done the work were brilliant,,, on the 7/8/25 I had a filling sameneh vasigh she is so brilliant such a kind gentle lady she is so good at her job she is helping me with my teeth I would recommend with 10+ stars she deserves a medal, on 21/8/25 I had a old filling out and replaced and sameneh done a complete great job in saving what was left of my tooth she has changed my life every time I see her gold stars for her she is a diamond on 1/09/25 I had cleaning done and the lovely Saraa Al-Doori was brilliant really help and explained how to brush teeth and clean in-between couldn't ask for more she is a star,,, on the 22/09/25 I saw Saraa Al-Doori for another clean she is a really gentle and lovely person I like her alot she has help me smile again she cleans teeth really well and helps me and explains what to do, give her a medal,, on the 25/09/25 I had a 3d scan for my teeth to be whiter can't wait and the lovely sameneh vasigh was good once again she has made my journey fantastic I would not want anyone else,,, on 09/10/25 I went and saw the lovely sameneh vasigh she is wonderful I like her alot and her assistants she has help me alot and now having my teeth whitened I will keep you all updated when I see the results Simon cowell watch this space lol and I like seeing the receptionist they are a good laugh, when I first started I was so nervous but now I can't wait to go to the dentist I would never go anywhere else they have made my journey spectacular

Things were going badly with my teeth I went to silveroak dentist, a lovely lady supported me on my first two appointments, then I went in to have teeth out simply testified . DR Arhtar took them out. He was absolutely brilliant, talked me through everything, stopping when I put my arm up. Looked after all my health concerns and fear. If you need perfection ask fir this man. Ge is the best. Also top of the range equipment. Thank you so much.

The receptionists are so friendly and welcoming and the dental nurses equally so. They immediately put you at ease. My dentist is Aktar and he is always so kind, never rushes and is very knowledgeable, explaining treatments needed and why, mostly prevention which is great. Also, I see Lucy who is one of the hygienist and she is fab too. I highly recommend this dental practice. A big thank you for putting a stop to my dental appointments being a nightmare!

Fantastic experience: After my initial consultation I returned to SilverOak Dental surgery today for an hours hygienist session.Due to having a bad experience at another dentist several years ago I was extremely anxious and nervous regarding the appointment. Fantastic experience: I recently had to have my front upper tooth removed due to impaction affecting my upper jaw. It had to come out and I was given options for the gap. There was no pressure from the practice but I chose a dental implant (which was the most invasive and expensive option) as at 39 it seemed like a worthwhile investment. I needed a bone graft due to the deterioration of my jaw in addition to the implant itself. The process took 9 months and many steps and procedures and scans and check ups. I'm still paying off the finance which I was grateful to be able to access via the dental practice to pay for it all. I've now got my final implant in and it's doing well. I'll be going back for annual check ups and regular hygienist appointments to take good care of it. I have to say the dental practice staff have been excellent throughout this sometimes difficult journey. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful and accommodating with appointment booking. The dental assistants and hygienists I've seen have also been great, very professional and kind and friendly. Mr Ajeesh Ahmed (AJ) another dentist at the practice also fit me in at short notice to adjust my temporary denture when it was giving me some trouble. But my biggest thanks go to Dr Ishara Rizwana Hameed (Riz) who was my primary dentist throughout the process. She laid out all the steps and options with costings for me to begin with and once I'd made my decision she was very helpful and clear and honest throughout, telling me what to expect for each step of the procedure and answering all my questions. With such a lengthy and complex procedure there are a lot of unknowns and she was very clear about that and went through every possible eventuality and the likelihood of each of them with me. She was very patient with me when I had some anxiety during certain moments and gave me extra numbing injections on request. She gave me some solid post procedure care advice too, warning me of swelling and telling me the best things to do and painkillers to take in the short term and told me how long I could expect to have a swollen face for, always warned me if I should take some time off work etc. She went above and beyond to get the best outcome for me with this implant procedure. I've had crap teeth at the front at the top since I was 6 and fell into a metal railing and broke them. I've had white fillings since and they have chipped and stained over the years, and my original teeth were not perfectly straight either. Since the tooth impaction (caused by the initial injury) I had root canal 8 yrs ago at another practice which was beginning to fail last year. My front tooth started getting progressively darker since that point. Most of my life I've avoided smiling with my mouth open. I wasn't expecting anything more out of this procedure than filling a gap and letting me bite at the front again but Riz and the technicians who made my implant did such a fantastic job that it actually looks better than my real tooth. Riz slightly filed some of the surrounding teeth and took extra time to push the gum up prior to fixing in the final implant, and the results look amazing. The colour matching is incredible, it looks very natural (I opted not to do whitening beforehand due to other fillings and overall cost) and my top front teeth are now symmetrical which they have never been before. I can bite anything, I don't have to worry about exposing my teeth when I laugh, it is honestly a better result than I could ever have imagined. I'm really glad I chose the implant option as it has been totally worth all the time and patience and pain and temporary periods of having a hole /wearing a temp denture/having a temp tooth. If anyone is on the fence about having this procedure done with Riz, I would say do it. It's not easy or quick but it's worth it. I can't thank Riz and the team enough. I'd recommend her as a dentist, especially if you're considering this or a similar procedure. And I'd recommend the practice as a whole for being so helpful, friendly and professional across the board.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of an Invisalign consultation at SilverOak Dental Surgery on 18th February 2025. From the initial contact I felt that Christina intuitively understood my needs and was able to organise the consultation very promptly. The dental surgery itself is very smart and modern and the reception staff friendly and inviting. Riz, the dentist that carried out the consultation was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions with clarity. She gives you the facts rather than telling you what you might want to hear. This enables you to make an informed decision about engaging with the treatment plan and to also recognise your responsibilities. I was given a full scan of all my teeth which produced an amazing, if somewhat unsettling (in my case) 3D image. My only criticism would be that if you have a small mouth opening, the scanning tool is rather uncomfortable. To me, it felt like a TV remote control being maneuvered around my mouth. It was completely painless though, and the lovely nurse Zoe made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Following the scans I was able to discuss the procedure further. I was provided with very comprehensive documentation to read at my leisure before making any decision to proceed with the treatment or not. I would highly recommend this surgery for all dental work and in particular, an Invisalign consultation.

She has explained procedures clearly and has given me help.and advice on how to best care for my teeth. I would rate her most highly and recommend anyone considering implants to contact her. I have to say ALL employees are excellent, everyone makes me feel at ease and they offer the highest of customer service experience. My teeth are in the best condition they have ever been in, this is from receiving the highest knowledge, guidance and support from the teams. Fantastic experience: After a great deal of browsing the internet for a dentist that did sedation near by , I decided after years of anxiety to make an appointment with silveroak. I was put at ease by the kind understanding reception team and made an appointment with Sam . Ive since had 3 appointments and have to say from someone who has not set foot in a dental surgery for many years , Sam made me feel so comfortable . She explained everything she was doing and gave constant reassurance. Dora and all the dental nurses have been great too . I went ahead without IV sedation in the end but it was good to know should my nerves get too bad the option was there . I would highly recommend to anyone who is nervous , anxious to just make an appointment and see how you feel .

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient since before this practice was SilverOak, and the experience post restyling has been great. The practice has undergone a modern renovation recently, which is welcome. The practice has also introduced an online account system to schedule bookings and complete medical information pre-appointment which saves having to do it on the day. I've never had an issue here, the whole team are very good! My most recent appointment was a regularly scheduled hygienist visit with Saraa and Elaine, who provided a first rate service. I also called up regarding an invoice to be sent to my email a few weeks after the appointment to claim some of the coast on employer's insurance. Pretty sure I spoke to Gina who took my call and sorted it with no fuss. All in all, I would recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: Just had my routine hygienist appointment with Saraa and Elaine. Absolutely excellent. Totally relaxing. Saraa went through in great detail as to what she was doing and highlighted areas I needed to concentrate on. Felt at complete ease. Elaine ensured I was OK. Not once was I made to feel uncomfortable. Alot of good solid advice and highly recommend this practice.
