Fantastic experience: Been with Cannock Road Dental Practice for years and Jas has been our family dentist, he’s very professional and helpful. We’ve had our 6 monthly check done this month and both Jas and Amy, the dental nurse have been great.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had such a great experience with Bally and his team! He’s really reassuring, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to do things properly! Easily the best dentist I’ve ever had :) The staff are also lovely and the whole place has a calm, welcoming vibe. I’d definitely recommend Bally to anyone looking for a dentist they can really trust!

Fantastic experience: 5*. Absolute baby when it comes to the dentist. Sukhraj and ellie are a dream team. Sukhraj makes you feel so at ease and is really reassuring. Fantastic experience: Having built up quite a dentist phobia through historical dental incidents, I researched to find a practice that would support me in developing a better approach to dentists. I read quite a few reviews and found Cannock Road Dental. My first appointment was tense but with an understanding dentist who talked me through all of the treatment, took time when he could see I was feeling overwhelmed, and gave reassurance to continue. I now have a sense of confidence rather than fear when attending appointments. I cannot thank them enough for the care they take.

Fantastic experience: I am extremely satisfied with all the services provided. Leah and Ellie are so sweet, patient and kind specially to my children. All my children are happy to have their check ups because Leah and Ellie are both really patient and so welcoming towards. They take their time with the work they do and give great advice. I have been a few times in recent months for various treatments and it's been impeccable service everytime. Visited today for a filling, Jaspal and Amy were fantastic, they made me feel relaxed as always and Jaspal is an outstanding dentist. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Negative experience: Very good dentist unless you have kids and struggle for childcare afew cancelled appointments due to struggling with childcare with my autistic son and they cancelled me from their books now left in pain trying to find a new dentist

It was done in 10 minutes and I’ve never felt better after visiting the dentist, as I have severe anxiety regarding the dentist/needles! They were very informative, efficient and easygoing! 10/10

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting service. My wife went there to have dentures made. The dentist removed 5 saveable lower teeth and done the moulds for the upper and lower dentures, and when the dentures arrived they would not fit. The dentist forced the bottom set in and told her to keep them in for 24 hours. My wife was in agony with them and after the 24 hours tried to remove them and could not. She went back to the dentist and it took them 35 minutes to prise them out, leaving her in agony and with bleeding inflamed gums. He told her to come back a few days later, which she did and he tried to force them back in. He then proceeded to attack them with a file and also alter the top set that did not fit either. Every time she went there it was the same story and leaving her in agony and no teeth. This has gone on for over three months, and now they have said that there is nothing else they can do and refused to give her any more treatment. They told her she could have a full refund and go else ware. The dental costs were £1125 and all they would refund was £770 saying that the original dentist had left so they could not refund what he had charged for the initial butchery. My wife is now so hurt and upset that she has no teeth at all now and works in a public facing job. The practice principal is an absolute horrible uncaring piece of work, and his answer was to send a complaint via email which he deals with. Yea great!! Take my advise and avoid this place like the plague.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing a Jas since I was around 6 months old, that’s almost 29 years. I have never seen anyone else. He’s so calm and makes you feel very relaxed. My teeth are perfect and i truly believe that’s because I’ve got such a good dentist looking after them, I haven’t even had a filling and I’m nearly 30! My mom was one of his very first patients in 1991. My son also see’s him now, he’s so patient with him and talks through everything he’s doing with my teeth and my sons. I can’t recommend Jas and his practice enough. It’s clean and tidy. The receptionist are also very friendly and welcoming. Jas isn’t such our dentist he’s a friend.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant dentist. Got me in sooner than booked. I suffer with severe anxiety and each and every staff member made me feel at ease. Had 2 teeth removed and although I was very anxious they helped me get thru it without any problems. Amazing service.

Fantastic experience: I saw a young male dentist downstairs yesterday. The only dentist i have felt comfortable with and has fully numbed me for a tooth removal no pain whatsoever. Very informative, understood my anxiety and allowed me breaks and time to process what was happening. His assistant was fantastic, reassured me throughout kept me informed of what was happening. Honestly couldn't be happier, gums a little tender as expected but no other pains. Very happy. Also he asked me if my 7 year old son was able to sit in reception while my tooth was removed as he didn't want any trauma or fear of the dentist. Very thankful for this!

I've just finished my course of invisalign and I'm really impressed on how knowledgeable, professional and friendly the staff were and have been extremely helpful the entire journey. I'm really happy with how straight my teeth are and I'm glad I've got to share the journey with the team at Cannock Road Dental Practice. I'm excited to start my whitening process with them in a couple of weeks when my retainers arrive!

Fantastic experience: Jas was absolutely amazing with my 5 and 7 year old boys, today was their first time at the dentist due to struggling to find a dentist to take them on due to Covid. Absolutely amazing with how calming he was, and explained everything thoroughly to myself all the way through the process, very reassuring! Phenomenal!

Negative experience: A terrible experience and totally unprofessional practice at the highest level. Booked a canine extraction which was all confirmed. Checked and approved with further care if necessary if the first removal procedure has complications. Waited about 3 weeks for appointment day. Payed £30 for a initial check up. Then a further £75 for a clean which was not necessary or solicited or asked for. To then be told on the day of the appointment, the procedure can not be completed due to the way the teeth are.already organised and will cause further issues along the way. Bunch of dirty con artists who either know jack all about their alleged practice or they all don't speak to each other. Which is highly unbelievable. Worst part is me and my wife have a young baby who which meant I had to have the day off work to look after our daughter so she could have today's procedure. To then be told this. So I lost the money for appointments that weren't necessary in the slightest. Then lost a further £150 for my days graft because of this bunch of clowns. Would not recommend having any professional work from this lot if you want a smile on your grid by the end of it. They just want your money before hand and forget their place as a service after they've taken payment. Arranging a new local dentist for me and my family first thing tomorrow and I absolutely would not ever recommend these to anyone when it comes to having work done on your face.

Fantastic experience: I must say I am terrified of dentists due to past experiences (not at Cannock Road). I saw Saad and Ellie and was immediately put at ease. Saad's expertise and overall professionalism made me confident in trusting him to get the job done. The work he did was impeccable, talking me through each part of the process and making sure I was happy with everything. This has been one of the best experiences I've had at a dentist, I feel this will make me less nervous in the future and will certainly be using Saad at Cannock Road Dental Practice again.

Negative experience: I’ve been with this dentist for years I couldn’t even tell you how many, tbf all my family members inc my 2 children are with this dentist. They kicked me off there books because I cancelled 2 appointments that I rang up straight away and explained why I couldn’t attend 1 cause I had covid and the 2nd cuz my daughter had sicknes bug but cuz both my appointments was a morning appointment like 9am going straight from the school I couldn’t inform them like 24 hours before so I rang soon as the opens but when I rang at a later date to reschedule an app the receptionist informed me they had removed me from the books cuz I missed 2 apps.I wouldn’t have minded even paying late fee but I wasn’t even given a chance or informed that they removed me.

Negative experience: I have autism and specifically asked to be reminded of the appointment. I missed one phone call and repeatedly tried to call back. When finally getting through was told because I missed my appointment which was unintentional I would not be seen. Despite initially being told they would rebook another receptionist just quoted policy policy policy. I found the receptionists quite heartless to be honest.

The dentist was reassuring and friendly he showed me X-rays so I knew exactly what work was taking place on my next visit. Staff were also friendly and polite. Wouldn’t change dentists to anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to this dental practice was due to an emergency appointment needed, I was experiencing pain in my tooth where a filling was previously, I was examined by the dentist (Saad) and he informed me I would need a RCT, I was extremely anxious as I've always feared having to have this treatment done as I've heard it's extremely painful amongst other things. During my procedure Saad was quick to ensure I felt relaxed and at ease throughout the whole process, I did not feel anything during the procedure and honestly had nothing to be anxious about whilst in their care. Saad did an exceptional job on my tooth and I couldn't be more thankful that he managed to sort this out for me. The level of professionalism and courtesy I received during my visits with Saad and his nurse Ellie at the practice are unmatched. I received a truly welcoming experience from start to finish. Thank you all so much, I've definitely found a new dentist and practice for my future visits. If you're an anxious person who has a fear of visiting the dentist, this is the best place for you, you won't regret it.
