Fantastic experience: Pleased to say I have a received professional dental service at my local surgery.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Together Dental Tottenham. The staff was friendly, and Dr. Emily Jackson was particularly professional, taking the time to thoroughly explain the procedures. She successfully treated my chronic gum pain, and I'm looking forward to my next appointment. However, I did notice that the nurse had to step away to retrieve some urgently needed items from another room, which could have been more conveniently kept in the clinic cupboards.

Fantastic experience: Apologies I ment to post this a while back my last treatment was about a Month ago. Like my last appointment Emily was great, she made me feel at ease and made sure my run of treatment was perfect at the final appointment . Couldn't be happier with the end result! Fantastic experience: My experience at together dental Tottenham was amazing, the receptionist both greeted me with a smile they were very polite to each and everyone that came into the dental practice, my dental nurse was amazing, this was my second visit and on both occasions she he was amazing at her job. her name is Madalina, her presence was warm polite professional and she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable asking me if I'm ok, her assistance was also amazing very polite, if only people were this kind caring and thoughtful the world would be a better place. Keep on doing what your doing, may all your days be positive, to all of the staff keep smiling stay safe and always blessed. Everything I attend this dental practice the staff are polite caring and are very professional I always leave here with a smile. Keep up the beautiful work, beautiful team work.

Negative experience: One doctor she is a black lady she practised at the room on the end of the hallway, I don't know her name, she's done a terrible job with me, on three teeth she drilled a completely new hole and put a filling, since then I can't eat peacefully, because thay are extremely sensitive when I bite on them or when I drink cold or hot.... Now I have to do a root canal on all of them, what a shame, I'm never going back to her.

Positive experience: I've had some issues with this dental practice for quite a while HOWEVER today 13/01/2022 I had the most amazing experience with their new dentist. She was incredible. I had a cracked tooth and filling and she gave me 2 numbing injections. I can tell you that I did not even feel them go in. She talked me through every single step, checked on me often and sorted my tooth right out fast. Worth every penny! THANK YOU! Update: 04/10/2024 I have been back several times since and although they are friendly I feel they have become money-greedy and constantly suggest very expensive procedures. I had a hygiene procedure and the lady knocked my filling out without telling me, however, I could feel it and I was told there is nothing they can do and I need a crown at £310.00 ON the NHS....... Again, Lovely people but something is not right.

Fantastic experience: The doctor absolutely amazing He takes time to comfort you and explain very well what happens in advance. He involves you in your care and treatment in a natural and kindly manner. I literally did not feel the injection of anaesthetic. He, absolutely transformed my experience from a very anxious patient in regards of having a dental treatment to a patient attending her appointment completely relaxed. Fantastic experience: The dentist I see is Sanyukta Kothari she is so thorough I've had a few issues last couple years and if it wasn't for her spotting a serious issue in my jaw and referring me straight away to hospital and making me feel at ease about the operation i had to have ,god only knows what the outcome would of been Thankyou Sanyukta (please never leave )

Fantastic experience: Dr ivanov is amazing. Proper proffesional, very informative. Getting a root Canal done, explains what is going on every step of the way, very honest, will tell you exactly what everything does and if it’s good or bad. Anytime I felt pain he would stop and make sure I don’t. Amazing, the nurse was also very kind.

Fantastic experience: Emily is the best dentist I have ever visited, her bedside manner helped a nervous patient like myself to relax, she was transparent in her work and went above and beyond to ensure she could help me with all of her resources. Negative experience: I received a very poor standard of care from Dr Khadijah Shah at Together Dental Tottenham whereby she failed to put the patient first, and failed to communicate significant medical information to me. She displayed many traits which are the opposite of what is expected of someone working in a caring profession: uncompassionate, unkind, and disrespectful. Overall she has massively undermined my confidence in herself and the dental profession. I have written a formal complaint to the Practice Manager and I am awaiting a response. I would like to add, that after this appointment Priya at the reception listened to my experience of this incident and treated me with kindness and understanding.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Rita (HYG) Stronge in my opinion is very good. She explained what she is going to do and give good advice on how to look after your teeth between appointments. Rita makes you feel comfortable and does a good job cleaning your teeth and she makes sure your are happy before leaving the room. I would also like to mention the rest of the staff they listen and make me feel welcome.

Negative experience: Avoid this place. I am very disappointed with this practice.they charged me two times for the same appointment with in two weeks time. The dentist said that , the charge is for the repeated x ray , the receptionist said for the prescription and emergency appointment( it wasn’t emergency) I came back within two days after my treatment because I was still in pain but the receptionist (the man) made appointment after 15days and when I went this morning they asked me to pay again . Every time you visited them they charged you for nothing even if you feel uncomfortable for the same treatment you received a day or two days ago . Two x ray within 15 days. Now they left me in pain and charged me three times for nothing . The receptionist (the man) is unprofessional.when I made the appointment I asked him if they are going to charge me again and he said if you receive a different treatment you will pay but today I didn’t received any treatment but they charged me again which isn’t fair.

Fantastic experience: After a few years of previous dentist incompetency it's been so refreshing to be a patient of such a professional and respectable establishment. Dr Shah has been brilliant in all of my appointments, her guidance and advice has been so helpful and even though I haven't started any cosmetic work yet I feel so much more confident about my smile and more importantly, my mouth hygiene. Very excited and positively confident about future results.

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much for the excellent dental care I received from Sanyukta during my extraction yesterday. She is one of the most professional dentists I have ever come across and made me feel at ease during my visit alongside her dental assistant. I also have to give a big shoutout to Bilal who is always willing to go above and beyond, his service is exemplary!

Negative experience: i made a appointment for a crown and i waited a few weeks the male dentist( i dont know his name ) told he will be able to do it he wants to check it i special asked the reception if the appointment is with the male dentist she said yes and my wife special came to the practice and she was seen by a different dentist plain for a check up she was very upset

Negative experience: Today I had the worst experience at the dentist, I made an appointment for composite bonding, when I went to pay the deposit the guy at the reception told me that I needed composite filling, which seemed perfect to me, I asked if the deposit was included in this case and he said yes and that I could proceed to do the treatment the same day of the consultation, I paid the deposit and right at the consultation I was told that the deposit was not included in the treatment, very unprofessional and messy. Now it is not about money, if they had told me the things clearly from the beginning everything would have been different. Now I prefer to do the treatment in another place even if I need to pay more.

Negative experience: 20 yrs at ti's dentist. Unfortunately It has been taken over around 2 yrs now.Awful dental practice. Refuse to see patients in pain. Advice you to call 111 who redirects you to them. Waste of time. My mum went there for a check up. They told her they can adjust her dentures to fit closer. They ruined them and wanted her to pay 400 pounds for a new set, which they made and it didn't even fit. My daughter was told she cannot have NHS treatment while pregnant and had a tooth ache.she asked for private and was told 65 pounds for check up and she must pay 50 pounds upfront. Rude receptionist and practice manager repeatedly saying if your not happy go somewhere else. Disgusting!!!

Fantastic experience: Having been a client at together dental Tottenham for over 20 years, I can safely say that this is the first time in the last four years, I have NOT been dissatisfied with the service provided. Khadijah Shah was faultless in my treatment, she repaired everything as required, provided me with the knowledge and steps to support my oral health, guided me through my treatment so I could progress towards getting invisalign, and most importantly, she actually stayed in the job. Unlike all the dentist I have seen over my last few visits. The surgery is finally back on the up following a major rebrand/design.

Negative experience: Seriously hate coming to this dentists . The reception staff are never friendly, always rude or barely acknowledge the clients. The last appointment I had - other staff kept coming into the room to get through to another room. Very unprofessional, the hygienist is okay and does a good job & info it’s the closest practice near me that does this service. I really don’t recommend if you want nice treatment

Fantastic experience: I visited Madalina Julin yesterday to have my first ever extraction and fillings. She was very reassuring, made me feel in control at all times. Helped show me the best way to use a new type of brush. All in all a very positive experience. I was even taken on as an NHS patient, which is a rarity in this day and age.

Negative experience: Will not be going back to this dentist. All the dentist done was peak in mine and my childs mouth told me they were fine. I have not seen a dentist for 2 and a half years so I know I have bad plaque build up and my son does too. He didn't even recommend seeing the hygienist. Waste of money. And I'm sure he used the same instruments that he used in my child mouth, in my mouth. I waited over a month for that appointment. I am very unhappy.

Tori Hastings is a fantastic dentist, friendly and has a great way with her patients. I'm one of the most anxious patients yet Tori has always gone out of her way to make me feel calm. Fantastic experience: I called late afternoon and was given an emergency appointment for the next day. Dentist was patient, gentle and gave me all the time I needed, she sorted my tooth out in one appointment.

The receptionist (sorry I'm rubbish with names) is extremely helpful and friendly. Dr Macau is thorough, provides clear advice and treatment and is caring throughout.
