Negative experience: HIGHLY DISORGANISED - A V O I D During Covid, I missed a routine appointment ( obvious reason) so this place took me off their NHS list; despite the fact that I live in the village. They’re HIGHLY DISORGANISED and are after big spenders for private dentistry. NB. Don’t bother to write a long-winded explanation- as you’ve done for other 1* reviews.

Fantastic experience: this is the best dentist I’ve ever been too. The staff from reception to practitioners are professional and courteous. The treat is explained and completed without hassle or harm and with wellbeing constantly at the forefront. If it is possible to say it about a dentist visit, this is a very simple and enjoyable experience that leaves your teeth and mouth feeling refreshed.

Fantastic experience: I have been using this dental practice for quite a few years.Always friendly helpful staff. Awareness of patients needs or concerns are always met. Being a senior citizen it's comforting to know that extra awareness and care is always there by the Dental practitioners at this practice . As of course as one ages ones sensitivities often increase. Albeit my overall journey mileage to this practice is around 30 miles each visit, however the journey is of no consequence in the knowledge I will be in good hands.Thankyou. Regards Charles (Barnes)

Fantastic experience: I'd like to update the review I posted in February following an emergency appointment for a tooth abscess. This dental practice is truly amazing, I have received the very best of care, treatment and advice for the root canal work that was needed. Fantastic care from Elaine and Jennifer, brilliant, kind dentists (superheros, they should wear capes!) dental nurses and receptionists. Thank you all so much... earlier review...Amazing care from the team when I needed it. Had severe gum pain during the night and following an email and phone call, they gave me an emergency appointment that morning. Nothing was too much trouble, kind and caring dentist and receptionists, thank you all, very much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Lovely staff, I am a very nervous patient and Elaine and Mary always treat me with respect. No more horrible impressions as they have digital it’s fantastic. They have just had a new machine for cleaning teeth so no more horrible drilling noise and your teeth feel fantastic when it’s done. I have been going here for years and would not swop. There is a monthly plan which covers free clinical cleans and check ups and you get 20% discount off any dental work so well worth it. I Fully recommend this surgery.

Fantastic experience: I have recently started treatment at Willaston Dental Surgery after starting as a new patient. It is fair to say that I despise going to the dentist due to a completely irrational fear instilled in me as a child. I attended my first appointment a trembling mess, however, from waking into the building and meeting the friendly reception team, to being introduced to my now dentist, Dr Rachel Mossman, I couldn’t have been happier. A kind, considerate, caring and humorous bunch, I have almost been cured of my fears…..almost! Highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: My dentist, Elinor, was very good at putting me at ease, explaining what the process was that she would be carrying out and informing me to indicate to her to stop at any point during the process if I was feeling any pain or in discomfort. Overall I would say that she is very easy to talk to and has a very pleasant and professional attitude to her patients.

Fantastic experience: I’m glad to say I finally find visiting the dentist a less stressful event. I’m lucky to see Ghada who is fantastic, she understands my anxiety and is very supportive. She doesn’t make me feel ashamed of my teeth (other dentist have commented of the colour or previous treatments) and helps me feel in control. I value her advice and I know she listens to me too. The practice itself offers a good experience too, the reception staff are lovely and put you at ease as do the dental nurses, there are a variety of dental treatments available here too.

Positive experience: Dental side of visit was fine. However there are refurbishment/improvement works taking place. This is a business where medical procedures are being carried out. The reception area is dusty with girt and materials on the floor. There was no evidence when I visited of a cleaning schedule/procedure being adhered to.

I'm disabled and I can't sit on the sofas as they are too low,receptionist gets me one. I've had lots of different treatment and all Dentists and hygienists are very good at there job and very friendly too.

Fantastic experience: I recently changed Dentist and registered at Willaston Dental Care, from the moment we registered we have received excellent care. The staff are always professional and the standard of dental care has been exceedingly high. They have been caring and supportive to my anxious son, showing a great level of understanding and helping him cope with his anxieties. They made my realise what a second rate service I had been receiving at my last dentist. April 2023 - we have been with the practice for a few years now and can't fault the professionalism of the staff and Dentists. I was recently fitted in to a cancelled appointment as I lost a filling. I am very happy with the outcome and the treatment received. I particularly liked being able to complete all and any forms online making the process much easier. Our dentist Dr Mahmoud is very patient and understanding especially with anxious patients and SEN children, can't recommend her highly enough.
