Fantastic experience: I was in a state after no one would help me with my 18 year old dental implants that had come out, I was seen as a emergency and get a temp fix that day, would highly recommend, full treatment plan in place going forward

Fantastic experience: I honestly have never been to a better dentist! I went to bespoke dental after looking for a dentist that can do sedation and good with nervous patients. These were just perfect from the moment I arrived for my first consultation. I haven’t been to the dentist for a few years due to my fear and would only really go if I was in pain. Dr Hussain was absolutely amazing, I didn’t feel judged or embarrassed as some dentists can make you feel after not seeing a dentist. All the staff are so friendly and make you feel welcome. Fantastic experience: Initially I went and had composite bonding and was overwhelmed with the outcome. It has made such a difference to my self esteem. The care and treatment I received was fantastic. All the staff I met were professional and caring. I received regular reminders and not just via a text message either. I also went back for a tooth extraction and an implant and again the care I received was second to none. I would and have recommended the practice to anyone who asks.

Fantastic experience: Had a wisdom tooth that was causing me a lot of pain, tried to have it out through the NHS and was told it has to be done under general anaesthetic in hospital and there was a 1-2 years wait. Fantastic experience: I had been struggling with my bottom wisdom teeth and having been on the NHS waiting list for extraction for 1 year, only to have them cancel my appointment on the day of surgery I was extremely upset to say the least. I manged to get a next day appointment with Bespoke Dental Clinic and had Dr Ghafraan Hussain remove my wisdom teeth within an hour. His bedside manner was great; a blend of kindness, gentleness and professionalism which helped ease my anxiety alot! Also the reception staff are so helpful, the young man who booked my appointment was informative and managed to accommodate an evening appointment for me. Nothing about my experience felt rushed. Fantastic experience: Found this amazing Dental surgery in Eccles and Dr Hussain who is a dental implant specialist besides other dental procedures. Having Epilepsy I was nervous about my Dental implant surgery but Dr Husssin and his team put me at ease immediately. Dr Hussain gave me the information and support I required. They regularly contacted me throughout the dental implant procedure until they were fitted and beyond. The surgery waiting room is pleasant. Kealy the Assistant Practice Manger needs a mention. Negative experience: I’m was the often patient here in the Manchester clinic, I did my composing and the maintenance mean platinum clean around 3 years , the service before was excellent, any issue but now they change the team often and the dentist in charge about composing is not the best , I have many issues now .

Positive experience: Fantastic emergency dentist, buy it cost me £75 to book it and 1 tooth out. That was £250.00 ? So I paid £325.00. I was shocked with that bill. But when people have toothache, you dont care,and we have no choice in UK,because no one can list with NHS ??

I had never had a tooth taken out before and was quite nervous, but Dr Hussain talked me through the entire process and made me feel completely at ease. Fantastic experience: When I decided to get dental implants I arranged consultations with 3 clinics. The first 2 took X-rays and both recommended 2 implants in my lower jaw with a bar attached and dentures to clip onto the bar. My top dentures would remain. I had more confidence in Dr Hussain of Bespoke and their quote was less expensive. Dr Hussain did what was agreed but I had difficulty in correctly clipping on the denture to the bar. Over several weeks Dr Hussain tried minor adjustments but I still couldn’t master clipping the denture on to the bar. Dr Hussain decided to have a permanently fixed denture made and this proved successful. I then decided to have my top dentures replaced as it had become worn and loose fitting over the years. Dr Hussain had this made and now I have excellent well fitting dentures. My family and friends have noticed the amazing difference in my facial looks. My jaw and chin are firm and no longer look saggy. I also feel more confident at social events. I would highly recommend Dr Hussain and all the staff at Bespoke for anyone wanting dental implants.

The very reasonable price of the treatment was what initially drew me to this clinic, but the exceptional aftercare has made me want to remain a patient for all my future treatments. Realistic with what can be achieved and takes the time to do things properly. I came as a complex case needing implant cosmetic reconstruction, extractions the full works. I wanted a natural smile and I think we can safely say that has been achieved. The staff are so caring and considerate going out of their way to make you feel at ease. I rang back not long after the appointment was confirmed to ask if they were able to book me in even sooner as I was in a lot of pain. Fantastic experience: I rang Bespoke dental yesterday as I was in agony with a wisdom tooth. They saw me late on last night and extracted the tooth for me there and then. Couldn't fault the service. The lady on reception was lovely and caring, checking if I was OK, offering me a bottle of water. Can not fault the standard of care and professionalism from the minute i walked in to the the moment i left. Thank you so much Dr Hussain for removing the tooth at gone 9 o'clock at night. I would highly recommend this practice and would 100% use them again if myself or my family needed urgent dental care. Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist! I reached out to Bespoke Dental & Implant Clinic when I couldn't see my normal dentist for an emergency appointment on a Saturday and they saw me right away. Hannah, Dental Nurse Saif, and Dr Amr El-Nana sorted me right out. Great service, good value for money, and it was a calm experience overall for someone who doesn't like the dentist. They x-rayed my damaged filling and treated it all on the same day. I can't recommend them all enough.

Fantastic experience: I have a fear of dentists and hadn’t been since I had my braces taken out when I was 16 (I’m now 28). After feeling unsupported by a NHS dentist, I looked for a clinic that offered sedation and spoke to staff who talked me through everything. The receptionists are supportive and knowledgable. Just amazing overall. At my first checkup it was confirmed that I needed 8 fillings, a root canal and a tooth extraction, we figure out how much could be done per sedation and focused on what was causing me the most pain. As of yesterday I have had all the work done. My only issue is that I’m from the Wirral and have to travel to Manchester but I would do it every time anyway! Haha — Just before I went to this clinic I went to an NHS clinic in Liverpool where the dentist was not skilled in supporting nervous patients and told me I needed a wisdom tooth extraction but Bespoke dental clinic did everything they could to make me feel comfortable, and explained that if the wisdom tooth is not causing me harm there is no need for removal and carries a high risk of loss of feeling to my face due to the nerve system.

Fantastic experience: Called and was lucky they just had a cancellation. Had a filling that fell out and dentist took an xray and did a filling. Not expensive and did a very nice job. If I was on holiday again, I would recommend this place no doubt. Nice dentist office and very professional dentist.

I visited Dr Hussain's practice last week and on arrival I received more than a warm welcome the receptionist was very friendly and very helpful, Dr Hussain came out to greet me and proceeded to immediately make me feel very at ease and comfortable he assured me that he could repair my teeth no problem. I am very nervous of dentist as in the past have had some not so pleasant experiences but in the future thanks to Dr Hussain I will return with confidence and complete ease. Fantastic experience: I recently had two wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Mohammad Ghafraan Hussain. I've never had such a great experience in the dentist's chair. I was coming from a botched tooth removal x2, the NHS told me it would be about 18 months before they could treat me and I was in daily pain. I booked an evening appointment on the same day and felt at ease with the consultation. The procedure took place the very next day, I was gently sedated, felt nothing and healed well thanks to some stitches. I'm so grateful to have this nightmare behind me and I'd never hesitate to see Dr Mohammad Ghafraan Hussain as it was genuinely a relaxing experience. He listened to all my worries and within 24 hours everything was taken care of. I'm so grateful to him and his team for his help. I recommend him highly for anyone who wants things done properly and painlessly ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Negative experience: WOULD NOT GIVE ANY STARS! Paid thousands for composite bonding done by SYED FRAZ ALI. The treatment has failed spectacularly on bottom teeth - enamel clearly visible on one tooth and has become painful, bonding chipped off, edges are jagged and uneven. Followed their complaints procedure but SYED FRAZ ALI AND BESPOKE DENTAL HAVE LARGELY IGNORED MY COMPLAINT AND FAILED TO FOLLOW THEIR OWN PROCEDURE AND PROVIDE TIMELY RESPONSES. Naturally SYED FRAZ ALI ignored the points raised and denied responsibility for the failure of his atrocious workmanship which looks like the handiwork of an incompetent and unprofessional person. LEGAL ACTION IS BEING PREPARED TO EXPOSE AND FORCE SYED FRAZ ALI AND BESPOKE DENTAL TO RESPOND AND OFFER SOLUTIONS, RATHER THAN BRAZENLY IGNORE COMPLAINANTS! Caveat Emptor!

Fantastic experience: I must say this is the best dentist i have ever been treated at no other dentist could guide me or reassure me when i had a broken tooth last time and just recently too. I received all the help and reassurance as i suffer from anxiety and panic attacks due to a previous dental trauma years ago. I will always recommend The Bespoke Dental Clinic to everyone as everyone there the receptionists specially Mr Ghufran Hussain are the best people who will deal with you. Fantastic experience: I had a tooth pulled here on Monday by Dr Mohammad Ghafraan Hussain. I had been to multiple dentists prior to here and no one made me feel as comfortable to have a tooth extracted than him. I am Autistic and find places like this very overwhelming, I was reassured constantly that I was safe and would be taken care of and I was. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. I will be using this place for my annual check ups.

Negative experience: Would not recommend, spent thousands on composite bonding for them to be done poorly, they are a mess. The practice won't help. Also got left with arthritis in my jaw due to excessive force used for a molar removal and ended up with quite a severe soft tissue infection. Overall not happy with my experiences here The below reply is ridiculous, I've had zero contact with the practice for months. You have zero duty of care considering I was YOUR patient. Notice the past tense? No matter who was the dentist I was under YOUR practice. There has been zero efforts to help me knowing I'll be in pain for the rest of my life. Stop trying to make yourselves look better on the review! Says it all really.

Fantastic experience: Had extreme pain from a crack in a tooth, managed to call Bespoke and get an appointment within 12 hours. Was assigned to Dr Eson Rasikh who had a look, and managed to sort out my problem - was pain free within the hour. Dr Eson Rasikh was great, explained everything and he also made some recommendations which I have since done follow-up appointments for and all recommendations have made a positive impact! Would recommend, especially if a bit of a nervous patient and going in yourself - all employees done a great job and made me feel at ease.

Fantastic experience: Just had a molar tooth removed under sedation by Dr Mohammad ghafraan hussain due to my normal dentist unable to preform the extraction and the nhs waiting list was too long. I can highly recommend the practice staff were friendly and helpful and Dr Hussain made me feel st ease about the whole process answering any questions I had. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Fantastic experience: I have recently completed the Enlighten (home + in-house whitening) treatment with Dr Hussain which was recommended prior to the dental implants which I am planning. I am absolutely thrilled with the result! The desired shade has been achieved and I can smile with confidence. Positive experience: Great experience after having a lot of poor service and care from previous dentists. All the staff are lovely and receptionist's call you before and after appointment to confirm attendance and check all ok with after care.

Negative experience: Similar to another reviewer’s experience here, I had an emergency appointment where the dentist told me that they cannot do anything to my fractured crown. I asked the dentist since I was there and he didn’t do anything for my tooth to remove a small piece of another crown. Surprisingly, when I wanted to leave the clinic, they asked me for 30£ more on top of the consultation fees. However, it’s worth mentioning that before even agreeing the appointment, I confirmed with the receptionist that the dentist either make a new crown for me or fix it and none was done for me and I was charged 49£ for the consultation that yielded into nothing. I truly believe that the 49£ is unfair because the constitution didn’t lead into a solution. Also, while this dentist said they cannot do anything to it, another dentist glued my fractured tooth and only changed me for the consultation fees.

Fantastic experience: Took granddaughter as her normal dentist has done a referral for 2 teeth out Saw Eson who xrayed her and only 1 needed removing (nhs were going to remove both) Granddaughter is petrified of needles but Eson was so calming and explained everything he was doing and managed to fill 1 and took other out with no resistance from granddaughter. Amazing place and would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency last Saturday, and when I rang the reception I was offered an appointment the same evening. When I attended I was seen by the wonderful Dr Hussain. I am an extremely nervous patient. However, Dr Hussain made me feel calm and reassured me throughout the procedure. He took his time to explain everything, answered all my questions and offered multiple solutions. He performed a tooth extraction and I have had zero pain or swelling since. I cannot recommend this practice enough, and I already spoke to Dr Hussain about becoming a permanent patient at the clinic and having him as my permanent Dentist, as he is absolutely brilliant, and I would not go anywhere else now. From the first call to leaving the clinic every single person I dealt with was extremely kind and patient. Wonderful clinic, thank you!

Fantastic experience: Was seen and treated same day by lovely, friendly staff. Had a tooth extracted that I was really nervous about but the receptionist and dentist himself were both very reassuring. The following day I had a phone call just to check-in to see how I was doing.

Fantastic experience: Got an appointment same day which was on a Saturday evening. Dr Eson Rasikh explained everything really clearly and talked me through the procedure every step of the way. He and his dental nurse helped me feel calm about the process. I would definitely recommend this practice to everyone, especially those who are nervous and generally don’t like going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant dentist who took care of my wisdom tooth extraction. Quick response, called on Monday and offered me appointment straight away that day. My tooth was sitting on nerve which can be tricky but everything was explained to me before and taken care of. So far everything looks good and healing as it should. Fantastic experience: brilliant service i was in agony over the weekend , and after 2 days i managed to get an emergency out of hours NHS appointment ( total waste of time ) they failed to deal with the tooth ache and i was still in absolute pain , by Monday morning i was at my wits end with the sheer pain and unable to get treated by my own NHS dentist until 6 weeks .( Mid march 2024) i found Bespoke Dental & implant clinic on line . rang them up Monday 12/2/24 at 10am , spoke to a really helpful lady on the phone , i was booked in for 5.30pm that same day !! straight in to see DR Ghafraan HUSSIAN at my appointment time x ray taken , discussed my options & he removed the offending tooth . Pain free and on my way home by 6pm !! such a relief to be pain free i cant thank this surgery enough , if you cant find a dentist and your in agony do not suffer ring these guys . i even got a phone call this morning to see how i was many thanks

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank bespoke dental care enough. I had been in horrendous pain with my tooth, the worst I’ve ever had (and I’ve had 2 kids) and being terrified of the dentist, I didn’t want to go to someone I didn’t know or trust but with the weekend coming up, I didn’t have any choice. The dentist said I needed the tooth out, so reluctantly through many tears, I went ahead with it. He was so patient and talked me through it all, giving me plenty of reassurance. To anyone who is scared or needs emergency dental care, I cannot recommend them highly enough. 10/10. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: After being on the NHS waiting list for nearly 12 months for a wisdom tooth extraction which nobody else would do i found this fabulous clinic, from start to finish they provided an excellent service , everything was explained to me and i was treated with great care, they saw me within 24 hours and after 12 months of pain i can now move on, all staff lovely would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Rubbish dentist. Went in with severe tooth pain in cavity tooth. He was too busy worried about my wisdom teeth. Didn't have any clue why iv got pain.

Negative experience: Very Very bad experience just wasted of money My teeth is paining at night i well booked emergency appointments thay well cost £50 then i travel long i reached dentist thay just see my teeth for 5 mint thay can't do any thing after thay say if you need to fix your teeth you have to pay more £200 £300 pound After i well come back with my paining teeth and waste my time travel and money

Dr Hussain and his team were absolutely LOVELY, empathetic and advised me what's best to do and what is needed to be done as a priority. A huge thank you to all of you!
