Fantastic experience: I find the reception staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. This appointment was with the hygienist and as always she made me feel at ease, comfortable and checks if I’m okay throughout my appointment. The dental nurses are also attentive and very helpful.

Fantastic experience: I t was so luvly yesterday meeting my new Dental Practitioner Dr Kira Gourley. She immediately put me at ease by her kind manner and completely understood my anxiousness. I had been feeling very anxious as my prev Dentist Dr Beverley Graham was wonderful in treating me and always put me at ease during treatment and did everthing to ensure i was pain free during treatment. I have every confidence in Kira and wont be dreading my next visit.

Negative experience: I have terrible toothache and emailed this dentist for an emergency appointment they seem to only accept people who have Alot of money to spend! I am a single father of 2 on benefits and they want £100 just for an appointment. Absolute joke!

Fantastic experience: I was in to see hygienist and was greeted by friendly receptionist and then very pleasant dental nurse. Hygienist was very good at making you feel at ease .

Negative experience: I have been a patient of Park Dental Surgery for over 20years, and recently received a letter informing me that Dr Mark Donnelly was retiring. I contacted the receptionist. She told me my NHS arrangement would no longer be honoured by the replacement dentist, and none of the other dentists would be taking on anymore NHS clients. My only option was to go private. I also discovered that Parks no longer own the practice, even though it trades under the name. it was sold to the Portman Dental Business Group. This was news to me, as I was never notified of the change of owner. To say, after many years of being a loyal client, am disappointed at my treatment, (and I dont mean dental!) is an understatement. I will not be returning to "Parks" but will seek another dentist and go private. Dentistry now appears to be a business and not a vocation.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous but the dentist reassured me and I had my tooth out in no time at all.

Negative experience: Twice I have e-mailed Dr.Park, either he does not respond to e-mails or the receptionist does not show him the e-mails addressed to him. Not happy with the service provided. .

Negative experience: My dentist of 25+ years is retiring, he has been very good and i have no complaints about him. However i've been told that his replacement is not taking any NHS clients, and his colleagues are not taking on any new NHS clients. So my options are to go private or find another dentist, after 25+ years. Very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Dr Elizabeth Park makes me want to visit the dentist. Over years of fear i never attended a dentist for 9 years. I was introduced to twilight sleep and honestly I will never use anything else. Elizabeth is very kind and reassuring.

Negative experience: The dentist fixed my teeth, but after weeks my teeth still hurt, so I went to the dentist again, but my dentist was not there. I went to another dentist, I said that my tooth hurts. The dentist didn't take any pictures, he just whitened the tooth and told me to rotate it, then he started comparing the filling and the good tooth as well. But I told him that my tooth hurts!!! Its crazy!!! I will never would go back to this place!!! Dentist,no its not,is he a dentist???!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have a real phobia of dentists, 15 years of not attending and then the most awful toothache.. I spoke to Tina one of our clients in work and she assured me I would be well looked after at Parks and she was right. I made my appointment with Mr Parks and Tina was the dental nurse. I was made to feel so relaxed. I sadly needed a root canal filling. I discussed the process with Mr Parks and with Tina’s reassurance a date was made for the treatment. I opted to be sedated and the treatment was over in an hour… Mr Parks and Tina where so patient and caring with me .. I really can’t thank them enough or recommend them highly enough ..

Fantastic experience: I am an extremely nervous patient when visiting the dentist. Since joining Parks several years ago now I feel they actually listen to me and take the time to make me feel relaxed. They’re one of few who offer sedation if required, which I have availed of. On a recent visit I was assured I didn’t need to spend the extra money on this and went with my AirPods and music on phone instead. Everything went smoothly and hey presto I’m prepped for my crown without pain. So if you’re looking for a dentist I honestly couldn’t recommend anyone better .
