Fantastic experience: First I couldn’t get through to the dentist by phone but kindly receptionist call me back to make an appointment smoothly. Dr Vian solved my problem no more pain, thank you very much.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist was caring and she explained every details before action. The receptionists are both nice and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Best Dentist I’ve ever had , Vian and shahid always make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Vian is just really, really good Dentist. I can now smile and chew . ( I couldn’t do either before ) You literally do not feel a thing when receiving treatment Or even the injections . Adam on the reception is friendly and professional and resolved any issues immediately . Fozia makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed it’s really not like visiting the Dentist . I cannot recommend this Dentist enough And I have recommended it to several of my friends . I’ve now been using this Dentist for over three years and my opinion has not changed one bit .

It starts with the ease of making appointments, often available the same day in an emergency (broken tooth). The dentist has always recommended the best treatment from the range of NHS and private options and left it for me to choose. My most recent visit, like all the previous ones, was another huge, pain-free success and I now have a beautifully repaired tooth. Great service, thank you.

Negative experience: This is the worst clinic I have ever seen. The employees there have no morals and no experience in how to deal with customers. Specifically, the manager Khaled and the nurse manager Salwa are the worst people. The new person they are putting in charge of inquiries now has no morals and no experience in dealing with people. I think the company should give them training courses on how to deal with people. A very bad place, unfortunately.

Negative experience: Seems like they have trouble holding onto their receptionists - they change them out every month or they have the nurse answering the phones. Poor communication , it is almost as if they gaslighting you , its weird lol The dentist is at the same level , nice person but not exactly the most pleasant experience. Finding a top-notch dentist who also has good customer service it feels like hitting the jackpot!

Negative experience: It's really rubbish place I have no words to say it. They don't have any ethics of the dentists .They only need money and if you don't have they will throw you out with your pain or maybe They will give you appointment after 5 to 6 Months or they are going to say we stopped taking on NHS. In addition to that one of the staff asked me about my Nationality and classified me religiously then he behaved rudely with me, which I did not expect that. I am really deeply disappointed from the reception and the managment. I can't even say they were rude but I think it's stupidity and unprofessionalism what they suffer from. I DON'T ADVICE ANYONE TO GO THERE !!

If you need any Dental treatment I recommend you to go just straight to Dr Bahar in Earls Court dental surgery because she is the most experienced and most professional Dentist I ever met in Earls court surgery.

Fantastic experience: Walked in and they explained all my options. They told me they don't have an appointment for a month. Yesterday had my first one. The place is well run and staff are really helpful and treat their customers very well. I have another appointment with them looking forward to it.

Negative experience: I have no words ...I thought they would be good after reading the reviews but from the reception to the dentist and the management the disappointment is vast. I can't even say they were rude I think it's stupidity and unprofessionalism what they suffer from. Omg are you kidding me?
