Fantastic experience: This is the dentist to go to. I was going to the bupa dentist on London Road . Decided to go back to mckenzies who I used when I was running the Chequers pub 20 years ago. Conrad is better than great and the ladies on reception are a delight. Looking forward to my next check up.

Negative experience: To start Conrad Nel is an excellent dentist. However avoid hygenist. Arrived at 12:25 for 12:30 appointment, waited until 12:45 when I asked the receptionist when I was going to be seen as I had taken time off work for the appointment. I was told the receptionist forgot to check me in, she then said it was because I didn’t complete the health form which I had to remind her I did in fact complete the form on check in. The hygienist also doesn’t seem to communicate with the receptionist to check if I had arrived. Hygienist then proceeds to go on lunch and was told I couldn’t be seen, Completely wasted my time and time off work.

Fantastic experience: Although going to the dentist doesn’t rank very high on my list of nice things to do going to this dental surgery is as pleasant as it can be. Very friendly and chatty staff and there is always a laugh and a joke. Great also that there is a tv in the reception area. Treatment is efficient and thorough. I am lucky to be a patient here and have been for many many years.

Fantastic experience: Conscious of the fact that I have never really liked visiting the dentist (to my detriment in my earlier years), I have now been a regular client at Mckenzies for over 20 years. It is a professional, friendly and welcoming environment where I no longer have my old inhibitions when it's time for my 6 and 12 monthly check ups with the hygienist and the dentist respectively. I feel as comfortable as I am ever likely to with people fiddling about inside my mouth and I always come out feeling better for it.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a tooth extracted by Dr Simran Liddar. Although on my 1st emergency visit she was unable to extract the tooth due to being too painful for me and an infection around the area. Dr Liddar gave me antibiotics and painkillers and I went back again after 5 days. Dr Liddar was successful in getting the tooth out this time. I felt Dr Liddar was very professional and courteous throughout. I would also like to add that the nurses in attendance were also very professional and courteous. Patient: Brian Godfrey

Fantastic experience: To see McKenzies for my dentistry work, I've been travelling from Epping in Essex to Sevenoaks for 30 years, I think that says it all!

Positive experience: Friendly and efficient staff. A bit on the pricey side and you have to park in paid public parking by the post office or at bligh's car park, but they do early morning appointments which are very useful.
