Fantastic experience: Wow. I've always dreaded having dental work after developing very sensitive teeth. I now have an entirely different state of mind after moving to Ritu and her colleagues. An actually really pleasant experience rather than an ordeal. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I recently chose to move dentists after over 20 years, it’s a big decision, and visited 1 other private dentist before I booked my appointment. I made my decision after observing the excellent receptionist/front of house team. They were excellent, this followed with an appointment with the dentist (Ritu) and hygienist (Sam) all exceptional, I would definitely recommend this team

Fantastic experience: Wow! I was referred to Alderley Edge Dental for wisdom tooth removal, having all four teeth removed. Julian and Lucy were nothing short of amazing. I can be quite nervous when getting dental treatment, Julian talked me through everything, answered any questions I had and explained what was happening throughout. Lucy was fantastic in offering me support, words of encouragement and a hand to hold when needed. Aside from the care, compassion and empathy they both offered, we also had a real laugh (which helped with my nerves). I appreciate you both so much, thank you for everything!

Fantastic experience: Firstly, I want to extend a big thank you to Gem, Ritu, Lucy, Sam, and the rest of the team for making me feel so welcome at the practice. I visited last week for an Invisalign consultation and never expected to leave with everything paid and ready to begin my journey—but the care I received truly exceeded my expectations. Gem explained everything I needed to know about Invisalign in detail and ensured all relevant information was passed on to the appropriate teams. Ritu and Lucy were both amazing—friendly, professional, and instantly made me feel at ease. A special thank you goes to Sam, the hygienist. I’ve only ever attempted one hygienist appointment before and had to stop just two minutes in due to a terrible experience. Sam completely changed that for me. She was incredibly reassuring throughout, offered numbing gel and injections where needed, and supported me every step of the way. I can confidently say I won’t go to another hygienist—Sam was simply exceptional.

Fantastic experience: I’m actually mortified to share how awful my teeth were previously, but I couldn’t not share my amazing results! I was classed as a complex case due to how wonky and over crowded my teeth were and how none existent my bite was. I asked at a few dentists but I was constantly told a fixed brace or advanced orthodontics were my only option until I contacted Alderly Edge Dental . I was so happy that Invisalign was finally an option for me. It’s took 2 years and 2 months but I’m over the moon with my results, I wish I’d have done it sooner! It’s given me so much more confidence when I’m speaking to and meeting new people. I can laugh without my hand over my mouth and I even feel better eating in public. I can finally smile on photos which I’ve never been able to do before and it’s so lovely to hear compliments on my smile instead of hiding it away! Fantastic experience: Julian was recommended to me by a family member who knew I had a bit of anxiety about going to the dentist, and I'm so glad they did. Julian's manner is brilliant - totally positive and reassuring, without being judgemental. In fact, every member of the AED team I have seen so far have been lovely. The treatment I have had in the last 6 months has transformed my smile from a bit of a train-wreck into something I'm really happy with and no longer self-conscious about. Fantastic experience: Alderley Edge Dental is brilliant! They have looked after the entire family for years. The boys have perfect teeth and as my husband and I have got older, helped us keep our teeth in excellent condition and never failed to find solutions to any problems. This week Dan came to my rescue when the local GP gave up trying to diagnose a badly swollen cheek. Dan worked out the probable cause, gave me a plan of action and cured the problem.. and it was nothing to do with teeth! Thank you to Dan and all the wonderful staff who are unfailingly kind and professional.

Fantastic experience: I lost a tooth 3 months ago and Shyam Patel fitted me in as a emergency, took an X ray and cleaned it all up. This guy is amazing for his professionalism - he went through the options of having an inplant for cosmetic purposes and not having one. Very authentic, honest and friendly person.

Fantastic experience: The receptionists Sara and Lindsey always welcome me with a smile and a friendly chat. This helps me, and other patients, relax as soon as we step through the door. Keep up the good work. Six months ago I wrote another review which by mistake I over wrote! So here it is again in summary!... fantastic service from Dan, Becs, Hannah and Lucy. I would thoroughly recommend signing up to the Alderley Edge Dental Practice. They are a professional highly skilled team who work in a relaxed and friendly environment. They also do some great charity work supporting the local community.

Fantastic experience: I contacted Alderley Edge Dental on a Saturday morning last September leaving a message expecting a reply the following Monday. Shortly after a lovely lady called Gem called me back and had a chat and made me an appointment for the next week. I am now half way through my invisaliine journey and thought I would leave a message for anyone else condidering using this dentist. They are a lovely professional team from Gem who guided me with kindness from the beginning and continues to do so every time I see her to my fab dentist Ben and Lucy who have been very encouraging and very gentle with a very nervous patient. I travel an hour or more to get there but is definitely worth it to be greeted by the ladies on reception who always have a warm welcome and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alderley Edge Dental to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I’ve only had a coupe of appointments with Gem, Shyam, Katie, Sam and Lucy. But all I say is that up to now everything has been absolutely brilliant. I’ve not visited a dentist for nearly 20 years, but I have been made to feel so at ease by everyone. Looking forward to moving on to the next stage of my journey.

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently finished my Invisalign journey with Alderley Dental and I’m so happy with the results. I visited many dentists before deciding on AD to do Invisalign with and I’ve definitely made the right choice. They were very honest and informative prior to starting and the results have exceeded my expectations. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Alderley Edge Dental enough I’ve just finished my Invisalign journey with them and what a difference it’s made (to the point I didn’t even recognise my own teeth in an after picture) the whole team are professional and just lovely thank you to them all for giving me my smile back

Negative experience: Went there today to buy a whitewash tooth whitening refill. I've been with this dentist about 20 years and had the tooth whitening treatment about 2 - 3 years ago which cost me about £500. They refused to sell me a £50 refill saying I needed a check up first. I said I wanted it now as was going away for Easter, and had already spent a lot of money with them on this - and to please give me a break. Then spoke to the boss - she refused, even though I said - if she did - I would never come back. So that is that, one lost customer who also has wife and 3 kids who used to go there too and now wont be. Also have lived in Alderley Edge for 35 years - so will tell my friends how unhelpful they are. Bad move Alderley Edge Dental - all that over a £50 refill.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient here since August 2024, when I had my first visit. Lindsey and Sara on Reception welcomed me warmly (as they continue to do every visit!). Gemma was wonderful in explaining the services available to me, and after my initial checkup with Olivia, I decided to proceed with Invisalign braces - something I'd been considering for a while to facilitate easier teeth cleaning. I returned to visit Sam , the hygienist, who was diligent and caring whilst working carefully to clean my teeth thoroughly. She gave excellent advice on what I could do to keep my teeth in good health between visits. I met with Lucy a few weeks later to discuss Invisalign treatment - she recommended I should consider having two upper wisdom teeth extracted as this would facilitate a better result long term. I admit I was a bit nervous about this - Gemma suggested I consider sedation for the extractions, and Julian discussed the procedure thoroughly with me beforehand, making me feel very relaxed about it all. The extractions were straightforward and painless - I couldn't quite believe how quickly it was done and dusted! A few weeks later I returned to visit Lucy to start my Invisalign treatment, and am delighted with how my smile is beginning to change! The dental nurses assisting the team are marvellous too - each one I have met has been kind, patient and caring. I see Lucy most often, and she always helps to put me at ease. In short, the whole team are fabulous at what they do - they are extremely pleasant, welcoming and always happy to explain things fully, whilst taking care to listen to me and meet my needs - if you are looking for an excellent dental team, look no further!

Fantastic experience: As I am a very nervous patient I was recommended to go to Alderley Edge Dental. I met with Gemma and she immediately put me at ease and talked me through everything I needed and was extremely helpful. On the day of my treatment, I was very scared and frightened but was made to feel at ease straightaway and all the people in the room were really kind and reassuring. The day after the treatment (and it was on a Sunday) I had a telephone call asking how I was and this was so much appreciated. Although my treatment has not yet finished, I know I am in the safe hands of Alderley Edge Dental, and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Fantastic experience: I was experiencing intense pain due to an infection from a previous root canal treatment. It was a Saturday, and many dentists were either closed or couldn’t see me because they were fully booked. Luckily, I called Alderley Edge Dental, and they immediately understood my situation and the pain I was going through. They gave me an immediate appointment. I couldn’t be more grateful for the warmth, humanity, and care they provided. I was in a lot of pain, but thanks to their professionalism and attention, I was able to leave pain-free. Fantastic experience: Alderley edge dental was recommended to me by a friend. I couldn’t be more happier with the treatment and care I have received so far. Gemma the patient coordinator took the time to listen to my concerns and needs and is helping me greatly along my journey. Dr Shyam explained all my options in great detail and I have just had the first stage of my treatment of full arch implants. The procedure went very well so much better than I had anticipated. Gemma has rung me or text me on several occasions even over the weekend so I know if I need help or advice she is only a call away. It was a big decision for full arch implants but after speaking with Gemma and Shyam I knew it was the right one. All the staff are so nice, receptionists, and dental nurses. I’m so glad I chose Alderley Edge dental as I can’t praise Dr Shyam, Dr Ferhan, Gemma and the team enough.

Fantastic experience: I started my Invisalign journey with Dr Shyam almost 2 years ago ahead of my wedding this year, and I couldn't be happier with the service received. I live 30 miles away from the practice, and every single drive was so worth it. From my very first appointment, being greeted by the lovely Gemma and the first consultation with Shyam where we talked about my options, I knew I'd made the right decision. Nearly 2 years on, and my Invisalign and composite bonding are complete and I'm so overjoyed with the result. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the reception staff and they worked so hard to ensure my appointments worked for me. Shyam explained every step of each appointment to me - it was a far cry from my experience at my home dentist. Thank you so much to all at the practice - I would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Have been a patient here for couple of years and would find it hard to leave even though I am 40 mins away in car. Recently had to have unplanned extraction and implant and can not fault anyone. All staff are so very kind, courteous and flexible. Gem was super helpful as practitioner taking me through the 6 month pathway - always available via text or chat. I am sometimes a little nervous in the dentist’s chair yet both Dan and Shyam were gentle and took time to explain everything - which helps so much. I guess it’s top marks to all the team from me !

Fantastic experience: I went in for a emergency root canal . I was in so much pain as I had an abscess , Gemma was so helpful and caring she text me even though it was a Sunday and then again on bank holiday and made sure i was ok . She arranged for me to be seen by the lovely Ritu. She completed the root canal procedure i was so anxious she kept reassuring me throughout the procedure. The root canal was painless not what i was expecting !!!Her assistant was also very caring throughout. Both very professional!! The root canal was a success! Thank you guys for helping me and saving my tooth. Gemma has now arranged for me to have invisalign brace at a competitive price. Gemma explains everything in full so helpful. I was also seen by the hygienist Cal who did a fantastic job getting my teeth cleaned in preparation for my braces and his lovely assistant . The Invisalign has been put on by Ritu once again so professional and reassuring made me feel at ease. Thanks Ritu !! I am looking forward to the final results . From making an enquiry to receiving my brace everyone in the practice makes you feel so at ease the ladies on reception are welcoming I couldn't recommend them all enough at Alderley Dental Practice!!!! Fantastic experience: I had my dental implants completed today Dr Shyam and his team have been brilliant. Very friendly the minute i walked in back in January for the initial consultation with Gemma and Dr Shyam i knew this is the place and without and with hesitation i registered for implants I was nervous about the procedure But Dr Shyam been brilliant and experienced made me feel comfortable and confident the whole procedure was pain free I didn’t have to take any pain killers I am thankful to Dr Shyam and his team for the wonder skill they possess and restore my confidence Today my crowns have been fitted and they look natural I am so impressed with Dr Shyam’s skills and experience he seems magician and produced natural looking teeth seeing his skills and experience i took my mother in law for implant she is under going the procedure I would highly recommend Alderly Edge Dental for all your dental needs. Fantastic experience: I haven’t had my treatment yet and will review again once I have but so far the experience has been brilliant. Gemma has communicated so well since I initially made an enquiry after receiving a very expensive quotation from another dentist. She has answered all my queries really quickly and efficiently and provided a much more cost effective estimate. I went to the surgery for the first time today and was blown away by how friendly everyone was. I’m not looking forward to the treatment I have to admit but I was made to feel so at ease and confident in the expertise of the dentist that I am certain that they will do a great job!

Fantastic experience: I had a hygienist appointment with a lovely man named Kal. He was really gentle but did a really good job of cleaning my teeth. They looked really clean. I will definately be going back to see him. I would highly recommend this dental practice .

Fantastic experience: After having a very bad experience at another Dentist, i was left with quite severe anxiety about returning to any dentist but i am so grateful i found Alderley Edge Dental, the staff are absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Fantastic experience: After a couple of years attending consultations at multi dentistry’s im so thankful I found Alderly Edge Dental. From my first call with Gemma & appointment with Shyam I felt really well looked after and the team would always go out their way to ensure I had the best experience possible. Fantastic experience: Wow! What an incredible team. I had severe dental pain on Saturday morning, my usual dentists was closed and NHS 111 said that all emergency appointments had already been taken. I called Alderley Edge dental and even though I wasn’t a registered patient and they already had a full clinic of patients that day - they offered to help. They asked me to come in, sit and wait until someone could see me. All of the team were kind, professional and extremely helpful. Fantastic experience: I first contacted Alderley Edge Dental a few months ago enquiring about AO4 uppers as my current bridgework was failing. After my first telephone contact with the practice I felt extremely comfortable and tremendously informed with what I was hearing. First appointment with Shyam, Katie and Gem was great, made to feel very comfortable and every question or query I had was thoroughly explained to me. (I Had A Lot Of Questions) Procedure prices and appointments going ahead were all put in place by the Amazing Gem. I have had many appointments chats and text messages with Gem since our first appointment, Gem told me to call or text anytime with any questions or concerns I may have. Gem came across as if she had a personal investment in my care and well being, I couldn’t have felt more at ease she’s Golden. Since my first contact with the practice I have now had many appointments for scans impressions whitening and cleaning all without any problems. I’m booked in on 1st December for extraction of existing top teeth and four implants with full upper fixed arch, any concerns or questions I’ve had about the procedure have been discussed with Shyam and am now just waiting with excitement. Fantastic experience: Dr Agarwal and Lucy were very welcoming, first time in the practice, and made sure i was always comfortable during my treatment for a filling and scale and polish. They were very proactive in their recommendations.

Fantastic experience: I contacted Alderley edge dental as I wanted to have Invisalign’s after contacting other places beforehand, I decided Alderley edge dental was the best option for me, which I couldn’t fault the process which was super easy, I never got forced into going for a treatment plan I didn’t need & went for the option I wanted to, not what I got told I needed when I didn’t like most other places tried, the girls are all really friendly & easy to get on with including able to have a laugh with, my treatment is finally over & I love the outcome, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alderley edge dental to anyone but don’t just take my word, go & see for yourself! 5star! Fantastic experience: I needed an implant and from the initial consultation to completion, it was professionally organised by Julian, Gem and all the team. The different options were explained together with the relevant timescales and costs and the service throughout was excellent.

Fantastic experience: The AED team are amazing! As a nervous patient I was instantly put at ease by the reception team and Gemma the treatment coordinator who looked after me throughout my whole treatment. My treatment with Dan and the hygienist Sam were great, I had a lovely experience throughout. I have now joined denplan to continue my dental care with this amazing team and smile with confidence.

Fantastic experience: I have had a fantastic experience this week meeting Dr Ritu and her team. I was given a warm greeting by Sarah in reception who smiled and spoke with such grace and courtesy the whole time I was there. Dr Ritu was very kind and constantly checked in on me, without a doubt, paying attention to the fact that I suffer with dental phobia! Her work is exceptional, she even went through my X-rays with me and showed me which teeth I need to keep an eye on. She gave me tips on flossing and aftercare advice. The practice stocked the the medicated toothpaste I required, which made life easy too! I would highly recommend this practice and Dr Ritu for Ortho and cosmetic work. Thank you again.

Fantastic experience: I can't speak highly enough of this practice. They are brilliantly professional but most importantly friendly and kind. I had to have an emergency tooth extraction (I was petrified) and was immediately put at ease when I met the lovely Julian and his fabulous dental nurses, Katie and Lou. The receptionist ( didn't catch her name) was also jolly, welcoming and calming all at the same time. My procedure was quick and painless (this was my experience of my recovery too) and I still can't quite believe how well it went! They deal with what can often be a traumatic experience with patience, kindness and skill and I can't thank any of them enough- fabulous team, thank you!

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth infection and the pain was horrible From start to finish the staff at the practice and Gemma looked after me booked me in at short notice. Julian was amazing at extracting my tooth I was so nervous, but they put my mind at ease and made a plan to fit a dental implant ! I would recommend this practice there Amazing and very professional.

Fantastic experience: Had my initial consultation for veneers weeks ago - and the warmth and compassion that radiates from every member of this lovely practice is still with me. "Exceptional service" doesn't come close to touching a fair description. And, as if anything else could possibly add to your experience, you won't see teeth so utterly perfect in any comparable square footage of surgery this side of heaven. Just go - you'll see!

Fantastic experience: I must have the World’s most sensitive teeth and absolutely dread going through the process of having my teeth cleaned at the dentist BUT I have just been to have my teeth cleaned with the AIRFLOW system at Alderley Edge Dental and it was amazing - no pain or discomfort whatsoever with the same, if not better result, than the normal system. I can highly recommend the Airflow system if you have sensitive, or in my case very sensitive, teeth.

Fantastic experience: Went for my consultation this morning with Gem and Olivia and signed up straight away for my Invisalign treatment! Gem has been great on messages and then she was so lovely and friendly during the consultation! Explained everything so well and can’t wait to start my Invisalign journey!
