Fantastic experience: My family pressurised me to do something about my teeth, they were awful. I required a bridge replacement, new crowns , composite bonding on my own teeth and root canal work. I could not be more delighted with the outcome of the work by the team at Lane Ends Dentist . Yvonne and the team at reception put me at ease and calmed any concerns I had. Nicole did my root canal work and I can honestly say that it was painless. Hannah did the composite bonding on my own teeth and I could not believe how good they looked after this work. Haide did the major bridge and crown work and she is a perfectionist, it exceeded all my expectations. Finally, a thanks to all the Dental Nurses who lovely and totally professional. Thank you team! Fantastic experience: Absolutely astonished today having a wisdom tooth removed and literally didn't feel a thing. Dr Tehranian carried out the removal perfectly with me thinking he was away to get the pliers when the tooth was already out and I was good to go! Having been scared of the dentist most of my life this is the 2nd time Dr Tehranian has pulled a tooth out for me so I had alot of faith but still those nerves. I couldn't recomend him any higher, a great job and a big relief for me too.

Fantastic experience: Hannah and Brooke have been absolutely phenomenal with me. I have been in a couple times over the past few weeks to get some essential work done. I have a really bad phobia of dental work and haven’t had any done for about 6-8 years but both ladies really took their time with me and I truly think I couldn’t have gotten through it without their patience and genuinely lovely personalties! Fantastic experience: Myself and my family have had excellent dental care from Lane Ends. It's the only dental practice I have been to where they genuinely care about you as a person. The atmosphere is so relaxed I actually look forward to going. I would not hesitate in recommending any of the dentists. They are all highly skilled and put you at ease straight away. Fantastic experience: I recently joined lane ends dental practice after being told by my dentist at my last check up that everything was ok I wasn't happy as my gums was always bleeding and a few of my teeth didn't feel right but they wouldn't listen to me .so I booked my first appointment with them and couldn't believe the difference on walking in I was greeted by Yvonne this lovely lady looked after me and still is and then the dentist dr kaviani so kind and caring and very friendly lady listened to my concerns.this is now my 4th visit as I needed fillings and hygienist appointments my mouth feels so much better I use to stress about going to the dentist but now thanks to all the lovely staff it's now have no worries about going anymore my mum dad and boyfriend have all now joined to as I told them the difference it made to me .thankyou lane ends

Fantastic experience: Once again y have been delighted with the professionalism, skill and calming manner of the staff at Lane Ends. A visit to the dentist is rarely pleasant but I visit for every six-month check-up without qualm. This visit has necessitated a course of work but I am not worried. That's something for someone who used to be scared of the dentist. I have been a customer here for 14 years and now live in Spain - but I still travel internationally to come to Lane Ends I wholeheartedly recommend Lane Ends.

Fantastic experience: Was referred to Lane Ends by my dentist for a root extraction which my dentist didn’t feel confident doing. Dr Fender treated my tooth for about three hours over two sessions. Fantastic experience: I visited the practice as a new patient and saw Dr Kaviani. The practice appears very modern and clean. All staff are so nice, they really are friendly and smile. You can tell they really care about their patients. I received a warm welcome as soon as I entered the building. Booking an appointment was easy and efficient. I found my appointment so informative and the Dentist explained everything to me in great detail. The Dental Nurse was lovely and kind. All staff I came in contact with were very friendly which is hard to come by these days. I am usually nervous when attending the Dentist but all my worries just went away I felt so at ease. I had such a pleasant experience. I look forward to completing the rest of my treatment.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this practice although the practice is very clean and the professionals are very nice. I came to this practice in October 2022 with an issue with my tooth and after a couple of visits I have been trasferred to their own in-house endodontist (for which i had to pay as well) for a consultation. I have been told that I would receive a phone call to discuss things further. I did not received a call. After 4 weeks I rung myself and have been told about the potential treatment and possibly paying a deposit upfront without even talking to the dentist. Overall no treatment has been received for that one tooth and it felt like they were just interested in making the most money out of me as soon as possible. In addition to the above and through the thorough new patient assessment when first visiting the practice, I have been advised to get an old filling swapped out for a new one. A small 2 surface filling was completed for £248 by their dental therapist. After the filling had been done I had to go back multiple times because it was too high and food continuously got stuck where the new filling had been placed. I have been told that all is fine.. When I eventually saw the dentist instead of the therapist she advised me that they would offer me a free filling for the tooth next to the treated tooth and I had to ask myself why as nothing was wrong with that tooth..After changing from the Lane Ends practice to a different dentist and explaining the issue i had with the filled tooth it turned out that the filling had a big overhang which lead to all the food getting trapped. I had it re-done (privately for £145 just for comparsion) and now all is fine. This is not the kind of service I would expect from an 'award winning' leading dental practice that advertises to focus on providing high quality treatments to all of its patients. I also believe that a lot of the reviews on google and other platforms where they advertise are bought.

Fantastic experience: A very professional and friendly practice, from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Very little, if any, pain indeed. That means a lot to me. All staff are first class, know their stuff and are very calming. I´m not going to single any of them out. They´re all good. The best. I am happy to recommend them whenever I get the opportunity. Fantastic experience: My own dentist recommended me to Nicole Fender at Lane Ends for a root canal which he said was too difficult for him to perform. I am generally very nervous at the dentist but I received excellent reassurance from the first phone call, the receptionist was so kind and helpful. I was vary impressed on arrival at Lane Ends, lovely decor and with awards and certificate on display. But I’m not one to be impressed simply by that. The most impressive for me was Nicole Fender. She was so professional, kind and efficient. Both she and her dental assistant made me feel at ease. I had no pain whatsoever. It is a long process, up to one and a half hours, but it did not seem quite so long. I had my second visit yesterday and all seems to have gone well. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: As I have a long standing fear of dentistry, it initially took a great deal of courage to go, especially knowing in advance that I needed a great deal of work. However, from the onset of my treatment, I have found everyone in the practice to be friendly and helpful and they have all ensured that any anxieties I may have had have been taken into consideration. The treatment I have received has been to the highest standard. I cannot praise them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Generally, I don't like visiting dentists. This surgery is clean and neat throughout. I have been very impressed with this dental surgery, from the receptionist on the phone and in person, the customer care service is excellent. The dentists and their assistants are very caring and explain everything thoroughly. The hygienist is very gentle and gives lots of guidance on aftercare. I can't thank this team enough for the great work they have done especially in getting me to sit still in the chair! For me this is the world's best dental surgery which I highly recommend. You all deserve more than 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I moved to Lane Ends Dental after years at a city centre practice in Manchester. From the first moment I called and spoke to Yvonne, I was impressed with the personal and friendly approach. Nothing was too much trouble. I became a patient of Dr Kaviani and have been absolutely thrilled with her approach and high standards. There is no comparison with the practice I used previously. Lane Ends is amazing. Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing experience so far, I’ve had quite a lot of appointments and quite a few left. Colin the hygienist is brilliant very honest, Dr Kaviana is also very friendly and put me at ease but the biggest thanks goes to Mr Tehranian I had 2 extractions today and was extremely nervous but he was brilliant took all of 2-3 minutes for both extractions, I was in and out in under 30 minutes from start to finish

Fantastic experience: I do not normally write review. This was my first visit at Lane Ends Dental Practice, it was amazing. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. With agonizing Jaw pains, I booked myself in for a consultation, I'm so glad I did. Dr Kaviani was extremely gentle and extremely caring upon checking and after going through my X-ray, I knew what I needed to do first. Fantastic experience: I was really nervous about coming to the dentist after covid and having a long time in between seeing someone. I instantly felt at ease as the practice was clean, bright, airy and relaxed. The receptionist was so lovely and explained what would happen at the appointment. Really helpful dentist and explained everything well.

Negative experience: This dentist is just looking to make money and not to help people with urgent issues. My journey with this dentist started on 23.07.21 for an issue I have for one tooth. After all the check-ups, consultations, seen by specialist which I paid for I have had ZERO treatment for my tooth. Last appointment was 29.10.21 I paid to be seen by specialist who took more xrays which I paid for I was told I would receive a phone call with what has been decided but I heard from no-one I rang on 16.11.21 the receptionist said she would have to speak to dentist about me, they had forgotten about me. This kind of care is really disheartening money on consultation's and specialist's and xrays and no treatment.

Fantastic experience: Was sent to this dental practice as a referral, and I can honestly say I was so glad I was! Very happy with the service and the dentist I saw Nicole Fender was absolute star. Very gentle, very patience. Talked me through the whole procedure, Rebecca the dental nurse was very helpful also and asked throughout if I was ok and doing ok. I can honestly say having root canal treatment was something I was so scared about and was thinking seriously just to have the tooth taken out! However I obviously didn’t and I must say anyone who needs root canal treatment please ask for Nicole. Very gentle and even when Nicole was giving me local to numb me hardly felt a thing! Excellent dentist fab service!

Fantastic experience: This is the first time I have ever written a review and I"m afraid it"s going to be rather lengthy! I have been a very, very nervous patient and for dental visits in the past have always worn something with pockets so that I could dig my fingernails into the palms of my hands whilst slithering further and further down the chair!!! Following a long dentist-less period, I found "Lane Ends" after a two year search for a dentist that I felt I could trust not to carry on 'doing things' if I felt at all worried or uncomfortable. Most other dentists seem to offer 'sedation' as an answer to nervous patients but during my initial consultation, Dr Kaviani agreed with me that this wasn't good solution. She said that I'd never be rushed and that if I felt any discomfort at all we could stop and sort it out even if it took longer than planned ~ and it's true! I've been having an extensive programme of restorative and cosmetic treatment for over eighteen months now, and whilst I don't exactly go "Goody, Goody" when I have an appointment due ~ as a direct result of the outstandingly caring, thoughtful, cheerful and professional approach at Lane Ends, I have absolutely no problem at all in 'Going to the dentist' and I never, ever, ever thought I would say that! If I tell you that I travel all the way from North Yorkshire to Preston for this bright, shiny gem of a practice, that should give you some indication of how much I value the exceptional service ~ they even let me bring an alpaca with me once, ask them about it when you visit!!!

They dealt with my problem swiftly and painlessly and recommended a course of treatment to improve my teeth overall. Both dentists and their team gave me time, took inordinate care of my broken tooth and were extremely gentle on each of my three visits. I was so impressed, I intend staying with them from now on.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience after many years avoiding the dentist, I have had all amalgam fillings replaced with composite ones and not once did I feel any pain throughout all of the treatments. Fantastic experience: I really hated going to the Dentist and now I actually look forward to it. My teeth have always been an area where I wanted improvement and I’ve never found anywhere that I was comfortable with. I would say that I had a kind of phobia. After my first two visits I was really surprised with how genuinely caring and considerate all the staff are as this was completely alien to me from my previous dental experiences elsewhere. Fantastic experience: I have just had my first appointment with Lane Ends Dental Practice. After looking for a Dentist that deals with nervous patients I decided to come here. From the first phone call I was put at ease. I felt I just had to write a review about this first experience as I was so amazed by it. Dr Kaviani was the Dentist I saw. She was so thorough and I have never had such an in depth appointment with a Dentist before. This lady missed nothing she took the time I can’t believe how long I was in there. Fantastic experience: I attended this practice as a new patient. I was really nervous of the Dentist before I visited this practice but as soon as I went into the practice I felt at ease. The reception team were so lovely and welcoming. Everyone I met was very professional and put me at ease. Negative experience: I went for an x-ray here to confirm I had no amalgam left in my teeth. The x-ray was done, and the dentist confirmed I had no amalgam. I then proceeded with chelation therapy and got very sick. Several months later I went to another dentist to look at the x-rays. They were flabbergasted the dentist at Lane Ends had missed what was clearly pieces of amalgam left in four of my teeth! I am shocked that this practice is calling themselves holistic, when they fail to recognize what is clearly amalgam. If you are concerned about the toxic effects of mercury, avoid this dentist. They are clearly just looking for a way to charge more for very standard care.

As a busy working Mum, the flexibilty of late afternoon family appointments and the text reminder service really help with the work/school balance. Both my daughter (aged 6) and son (aged 4) genuinely look forward to going to the dentist and chatting with the team and always leave with a big smile on their faces. Fantastic experience: i am a very nervous patient i hate the dentist,a few yrs ago i had a bad experience,i just googled holistic dentist and this place came up,i travelled 1 hr and my first experience made me want to book another appointment,the first lady you see when you go in talks through your worries,then you see your dentist,i had toothache last week and was in so much pain it was a sunday and then on the monday i phoned 2 dentists up and no appointments,so i phoned this practice up and got in straight away,went back today to see colin the hygenist and wow what a lovely man,from me being nervous and he made me feel at ease,took his time listened to all my worries,i would not of got this treatment anywhere else,i know u pay abit more than the NHS but well worth it 100% so all you nervous patients give it a try,everybody is lovelyfeel so good i had my treatment and then the more you go the more u will feel more relaxed about going.

It was actually a pleasant experience undergoing the checks and treatment, very thorough, informative and excellent care and results. Fantastic experience: Having been afraid of the dentist for many years I choose lane ends dentist after reading the fantastic reviews it had. I went for my first consultation feeling nervous, as soon as I walked in I was put at ease, everyone was so friendly. I was talked through all the options and prices, a plan was made and at every stage I knew exactly what was happening. The team are absolutely first class and deserve the five stars this practice has. I have just finished my treatment and have a completely different smile than when I first walked in. I'm literally smiling from ear to ear. I will definitely be recommending lane ends dentist to everyone I know, in my opinion they are the best in Preston. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at the Lane Ends Dental Practice for over 11 years and the service provided by the team is, from the perspective of a patient, delivered to a very high standard. I attend six monthly check-ups as I subscribe to their monthly dental plan which provides for a dental check-up and hygienist appointment for a reasonable monthly fee. I am 64 years of age and without doubt the practice is the most friendliest and welcoming dental practice I have ever encountered. Dr Tehranian is a superb practitioner, exceptionally thorough, and goes the extra mile to ensure that you fully understand the options available should you need remedial or emergency treatment. My dental hygiene appointments are undertaken by Colin Clarke whose 'chair side' manner is friendly, relaxing, and informative about holistic dental care. On the odd occasion I have needed emergency treatment my experience is that I have always been assessed and temporarily treated on the same day that I make contact with the practice - the issue finally resolved by a further appointment within 48 working hours. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough and I am certain for those who are nervous, anxious, or have had previous negative experiences with dental practices then, like me, they will find the Lane Ends Dental Practice exceptionally welcoming, reassuring and highly professional.
