Negative experience: Although the dentist was good with my infant daughter, she pushed for me to get the most expensive treatment which would turn her teeth black! She gave me 3 options and then took away the second option when it was obvious that i wasn't going to get the most expensive option. She said she would make a treatment plan but i'm still waiting. I've decided to go with another private dentist who are much better and actually cheaper. I wouldn't recommend this place

Fantastic experience: I had my Invisalign treatment at Harley Street Dental Clinic with Dr. Fickert, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. What impressed me most was that there was no rush to finish my treatment. The clinic provided additional aligner trays whenever needed, ensuring I was completely satisfied with the outcome. To complete my smile transformation, I also had teeth whitening and contouring, which were included in my package. A fantastic finishing touch. The communication throughout was excellent as well, especially from Kerry, who coordinated everything seamlessly. Truly a 5‑star experience from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: Had my first visit to Harley street dental clinic and I can honestly say it did not disappoint. From the friendly team who booked my appointment and greeted me upon arrival, to the Clinician and nursing team, I cannot fault the experience. I have been unsure whether or not to bite the bullet and enquire about having veneers done and I am so glad I did. I left well informed and confident to have the treatment done. Negative experience: Shocking service - Arrived at the place - looked very posh with water and coffee in the waiting room. Whilst waiting in the waiting room my dentist came down stairs to have a discussion with the receptionist about being nice and kind (I don’t know to who ?) and at one point the secretary had to tell the dentist ‘You are the kindest person here’ which made me feel like there was an issue going on between colleagues/patients at the clinic (i was sat in the corner of the waiting room facing both the dentist and the secretaries and honestly shocked they had that discussion with me sat there) Met with the dentist who apologised for being late stating his last patient took longer than usual and invited me upstairs to his consultation room. when walking up the stairs we encountered his previous patient when the dentist told him to not leave and wait around for the dentist to speak to him again. Once upstairs in the dentist office I spoke to him regarding my dental crown issues. He then took one look in my mouth and advised that a crown is not suitable and he would not recommend a crown as the success rate is low. He then stated that he is a pediatric dentist and advised me to consider an opinion from someone more specialised in that field but then later stated you would only be wasting money. Appointment really lasted only 10 mins and on the way out he said he would only charge me 100 rather than 150 as this was an emergency appointment and he was doing me a favour ( this is in fact was not an emergency appointment, this appointment was booked 2 weeks ago as a weekend appointment ). Anyways got downstairs to pay the receptionist who insisted the charge would be 150 and so I just paid to not cause a fuss around the other patients. I had to call the secretary once outside to inform her that when booking this appointment my charge would be 95 and asked for a 50 pound deposit (which I had paid already). Receptionist mentioned that there was a note on my file stating to charge either 95 or 150 pound ( I assume if treatment was to be offered then I would be expected to pay more than 95), but asked me to send my card details for a refund. All in all it was a terrible experience to wait 2 weeks for a person to look in your mouth for less than 30 seconds and say he’s not an expert in this field but the tooth should be removed and then charge for something which was not explained on the initial booking. I can only assume he was busy dealing with the previous patient and wanted me in and out as quick as possible. Wish it was with someone specialised in crowns and more open to discussion. edit ** what i thought was a refund turned out to be an additional charge, thankfully they called me and informed me and sent an email explaining this - based on the overall experience i guess it just wasnt meant to be A.Muftah

Negative experience: would not recommend. the woman at the desk was incredibly unhelpful until she was prompted by one of the orthodontists to act. I decided to not proceed with treatment here but did not receive my refundable consultation fee back. when I called the office about this I spoke to the same woman I met in real life (I recognised her voice) and she was incredibly dismissive. all in all disappointing because the dental assistants and the orthodontist I had my consultation with were honestly great. edit: I have seen the company's response - it was definitely at this Harley Street Clinic - other reviews are also sharing similar experiences to mine. Avoid!!

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Harley Street Dental Clinic from the moment I walked in staff were super friendly and accommodating and made me feel at ease. The purpose of my visit was to see the wonderful dental hygienist Pan who completely transformed my perception of dental cleanings. From start to finish, my experience with her was nothing short of exceptional and I can not praise her gentle and caring approach enough. As someone with sensitive teeth, Pan’s light-handed technique immediately put me at ease experiencing a pain free clean. In addition to her exceptional cleaning skills, Pan took the time to provide me with valuable advice on maintaining good oral health which I greatly appreciate. Pan sets a new standard for excellence in dental care with her attention to detail and dedication to patients’ comfort. My teeth have never felt cleaner! I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a dental hygienist who goes above and beyond to deliver the best possible treatment. Fantastic experience: Yesterday, I went to Harley Street Dental Clinic and was welcomed by Joanna at reception, who provided the warmest welcome to me. She was so kind and helpful and directed me to the waiting area. I arrived a little too early but the wait was very pleasant, I went upstairs to see Sanae and Marianna and wow they were both fantastically patient and thorough. I told them of my concerns with my wisdom teeth and Sanae was so reassuring and so was Marianna, both very delightful human beings (which is what you want if you have someone cleaning your teeth for nearly an hour!). My teeth felt super clean and as l left ! had received an equally lovely farewell from Eka and Joanna. All four of these women remind me of why I keep coming back to HSDC, they provided such a warm welcoming service and I can assure you, they are definitely worth the price.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr. Ilona Munslow for 5 years at HSDC and always feel in incredibly capable hands whenever I come to see her. I first booked in with her when I was seeking a second opinion after a poor experience at another dentist, where I was told that I needed to have crowns put on all of my molar teeth due to years of bruxism and associated tooth decay. Dr. Munslow reassured me instead that composite bonding and a Michigan splint would be the best course of action - which was a huge relief for me. She did an incredible job on my composite bonding on my top teeth - truly a work of art and perfection - and also helped create a very comfortable mouth guard. I have received countless compliments on how beautiful my teeth look following the composite work, and how lovely they compliment my facial features. I previously had quite pointy teeth and Dr. Munslow’s work has not only improved the mechanics of my jaw to prevent future tooth decay and associated problems with bruxism, but has given me a beautiful smile that I feel proud showing to the world. Four years on and my composite bonding looks as good as ever - thank you, Dr. Munslow and see you again soon!

Fantastic experience: I was quite nervous about the work necessary to replace a missing tooth, but Dr. Sunny Kaushal filled me with confidence from our first appointment. Fantastic experience: In the early stages they gave me a thorough rundown of my options which helped me to choose my treatment plan. After choosing a plan (braces), I was well looked after by my orthodontist (Dr Stephen O'Connor), and the team of nurses and reception staff, who were always on hand if appointments had to be rebooked. I can't recommend them enough to anyone wanting orthodontic care.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience at this dentist and I cannot believe that I now have a beautiful smile. I was very nervous of going to the dentist and I knew I had quite a complex case which caused me to be even more worried but I needn’t have been. Justin & Sunny were amazing and worked together brilliantly. They both have such a relaxing manner about them and were so gentle during each procedure. Justin is meticulous in his work and I am so thankful and grateful with the natural looking smile I have. I am no longer nervous about going to the dentist. I can’t recommend these guys enough!!

Negative experience: Receptionist/ patient comms Kamia is so extremely rude and dismissive. Please do not be misled by the google reviews as I am starting to think they are fake. Check on trustpilot where you will see how they scam people out on money. There is no business integrity. I do not know how they are operating in an area like harley street because I seriously doubt they have any client retention. In my opinion I believe that is why they are doing composite bonding for £150. Just to get people in through the door but no true patient care. Disgusting.

Safe to say, I’m thoroughly satisfied with my choice, Justin is my dentist and he is absolutely superb. A special mention to Adam too who is also super helpful. Myself and my husband have been coming here for almost 3 years now and Dr Elisa has literally transformed our smiles, our confidence and I wouldn't go anywhere else! I've personally visited 4 other dentists previoysly, who each, in turn, said they wouldn't be able to guarantee the work I needed to have done. Dr Elisa has actually worked a miracle. Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend these two amazing dentist’s highly enough. I had been thinking about getting my teeth done for a while but was extremely nervous. Sunny and Justin are so professional and you immediately feel at ease. They listen to what you want and make a lot of effort to get the results. The clinic has been a very positive experience and i would highly recommend Sunny and Justin to anyone. The whole dental plan was completed in good time and was very seamless between each team. Adam who is the patient coordinator was also super helpful and very kind and always gets back to you immediately. A wonderful practice with highly skilled dentists. 10/10 service. Negative experience: I had the displeasure of having a consultation with Dr. Fatia. He was unapologetically 40 minutes late and gave unwarranted and outright unprofessional advice. He rudely was not directing any questions to the actual treatment seeker, rather their company - which was extremely condescending. Furthermore, under the guise of offering further possible treatments, he fat-shamed an impressionable young woman, which resulted in her leaving the clinic bawling in tears. She initially came in wanting to deal with a single insecurity that she was bullied for growing up, and left with a whole myriad of doubts about her body. Dr. Fatia is clearly in need of further training regarding body dysmorphia that young individuals may be facing. As a doctor, as a licenced medical professional, you would expect that he would maintain a level of professionalism, and humanity - instead of viewing his (no longer) potential clients as cash pigs.

Fantastic experience: Have just moved to this dentist. They got me in very quickly.I am a nervous patient and they made sure during my treatment that they went at a pace that I could cope with. Very happy with the service and treatment plan. Would recommend them if you are like me an nervous and anxious patient.

Negative experience: Outrageously misleading pricing. I went for a consultation to get 8 porcelain veneers, which are quoted at £895 per tooth on the website. When I received the quote via email after my consultation, it was a whooping £15,000. I asked how they could charge me 110% (over double) more than their website pricing, to which they said "This is because the size, material and clinical work demanded"... as if that's not factored into the website product pricing already? Or are they so inconsistent that the website pricing is completely meaningless? How much can a veneer tooth size variate that they charge over double the price for an extra millimetre? Even when taking into account removing my old veneers, that cannot possibly add £8k to the bill. This outrageous experience makes me wonder what other 'starting from' costs this practice will manipulate up with when undertaking treatment with them.

Fantastic experience: I have had extensive treatment at HSDC by Dr Sunni and he has transformed my teeth. The implants are perfect and have made such a difference to my happiness and my ability to eat. Lovely surgery, with such nice people.

Negative experience: Arranged a telephone consultation. Waited 50 minutes by my phone and sent messages and emails asking where the call was. Eventually told I had missed the call. Then told must have been a connection issue. No real authentic apology and clearly no effort to try and make contact. Just not good enough and won’t be getting my business now.

Fantastic experience: Justin Glaister was amazing! If you’re looking for porcelain veneers (or any cosmetic dentistry) then I highly recommend Dr Glaister he was absolutely amazing! I recently had porcelain veneers fitted with him and I’m so pleased I put my smile in his hands. His recommendations, commitment, patience and his work from start to finish exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier with my dream smile, the perfect natural looking veneers! Negative experience: I called to try to book an Air Polish (airflow) session. I have previously found this helpful to remove coffee stains from my teeth. However, I was told that the price for this - and even the duration of the appointment (?!) - would be the same as for a whole hygiene session, which includes several others techniques that I don't need. Airflow costs around £25-40, whereas I was asked the full price of a hygiene session (£150). The problem is: you can have as many airflow sessions as you wish, as this type of treatment is harmless and non-invasive - it uses a combination of water, compressed air and fine powder particles. However, The BDA (British Dental Association) recommends 2 hygiene visits per year. Having hygiene too often can cause harm to the teeth, as it includes abrasive techniques. I don't think it is fair to prevent a patient from choosing only one treatment by pushing them to buy "all or nothing". Especially considering that clinical guidelines do not recommend having hygiene visits too frequently.

Fantastic experience: Dr Pintado is an incredibly talented dentist. His eye for detail is unmatched and I have never met a practitioner that puts the amount of care and effort in that he does. It is clear that he takes pride in his work and he took a genuine interest in my difficult case that included many stages of work. I don’t believe there’s anyone that could have done a better job. The results Dr Pintado achieved were beyond my wildest expectations. I am very grateful for him because you cannot put a price on the effort he puts in to his work. He and Marita were a dream team. I trust them fully and have grown very fond of them both. My beautiful and healthy new smile is thanks to both of them and I cannot recommend them more.

Fantastic experience: After meeting several dentists to discuss Invisalign, it was an easy choice to go with Dr Pintado. He cares about his patients and invests a lot of time to make sure he understands what they want to achieve. Everything was explained in a super clear way, he’s a perfectionist so it was inevitable I’d be delighted with the end results.

Negative experience: Saw Richard Pollock for a cracked tooth. Consultation was brief no treatment plan was given. He answered a couple of questions but I felt it was rushed. I had a couple of questions he called me to explain but answers were very brief. Emailed him a few more but recieved no reply. Had to find another dentist so a waste of money.

Negative experience: Had a dental hygiene with Pan. She was polite and thorough, hence 2 stars. However, I had a few of my front teeth restored with fillings and Pan created a visible gap between 2 front teeth while ‘polishing’ them…What on earth?? Then, I have always been advised by dentists to use a floss between my teeth (have very narrow gaps), Pan was forcing through the gaps with pretty large brushes - my gums were bleeding a lot and took about 2 weeks to heal. The worst dental hygiene experience I had in my life - really put me off. Plus have to redo those 2 front teeth again - never had a gap between them before! Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Dr Elisa facco took time to listen to me after I had bad dental experience and made a plan with me which dr munslow carried out. Dr munslow showed me what a true professional dentist is and reassured me all the way through procedures. The Harley street clinic put my faith back in dentistry as my previous dentist left my mouth in such bad shape and made me depressed. I can’t thank Harley street clinic enough for transforming my mouth I can now look at myself I’m the mirror without cringing.

Fantastic experience: The day before one of the most important days of my career in London, I had a mishap with both a front and side tooth requiring urgent dental care. My smile was severely impacted and I was upset, deeply depressed, and embarrassed. Thankfully, I was led to Dr. Eleonora Ghukasyan at HSDC. To say she is skillful is an understatement. She took a desperate, tearful patient and transformed her back into herself in less than two hours. Dr. Ghukasyan's demeanor and approach was soothing and comforting, and I was totally relaxed the entire time as I placed myself into her talented hands. Thank you, Eleonora. What you did will never be forgotten. Never!

Negative experience: I had mixed experiences at this clinic. On the positive side, the medical staff, including the doctors, were professional and competent. However, the customer service, particularly from the manager, Adam David, was disappointing. During two separate appointments, I faced issues. In the first instance, Adam interrupted my treatment to demand immediate payment, citing his need to leave early. In the second instance, my appointment was abruptly cancelled without prior notification. When I arrived, Adam informed me of the cancellation and displayed a lack of professionalism. He refused to refund my prepayment, citing a non-functioning system, and ignored me while attending to a phone call. This behaviour not only showed a lack of respect but also significantly detracted from the overall service quality of the clinic.

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Professor R.Bedi enough for the wonderful care and attention he gave to my toddler after they suffered a dental accident. Whilst also managing my own anxieties and worries, giving me peace of mind. The whole experience was nothing but fantastic, and even more impressive that I was able to be seen at very short notice on a Saturday! I would highly recommend 139 Harley street and Professor R. Bedi to anyone in need of a specialist paediatric dentist.

Fantastic experience: As a person who has a crippling fear of the dentist, that stems from childhood trauma, who hadn’t seen a dentist in over 10 years, and had endured 6 weeks of severe dental pain, I got to the point where the pain wasn’t going to stop and had to find a dentist. From the first contact call with HSDC (which my husband had to make as I was unable to do it for myself), the reception staff listened to just how anxious I was and responded with understanding and an appointment with Dr Elisa Facco. From the very moment Dr Elisa came to get me from the lounge it was clear she understood my anxiety. This understanding and compassion was consistent throughout my first appointment and at no point was I made to feel that I was over reacting. Dr Elisa patience was unwavering and her approach was to give me complete control no matter how long it may have taken. Dr Elisa’s wholistic expertise and her deep knowledge of how our past experiences manifest into trauma and a very gentle examination, a plan for my treatment was created. I left feeling surprised and relieved that I had made it through the door and the confidence that I am in a safe place. My treatment plan consisted of X-rays, hygienist and ultimately two extractions. My hygienist appointment with Pan was equally gentle and again I was in complete control. On the day of my extractions I was both reassured and fully informed of everything that would happen. This included the sedation procedure and what I could expect during my surgery. After my surgery I expected to have both bleeding and pain, but to my surprise and delight I had neither and I didn’t need to take any pain medication. For all people who are living with high anxiety or phobia relating to the dentist please visit Dr Elisa Facco and her amazing team @ HSDC you really won’t be disappointed, don’t wait until you are in pain. Recently, my 1 year old daughter had to have her top teeth extracted and she was on the NHS waiting list for 6 months and her position on the waiting queue was 250. During this time, she was in extremely bad pain and this was affecting her daily routine. I researched Harley Street Dental Clinic and approached them. From day 1, they have been very supportive and mindful. The dentist we saw was none other than Professor Bedi who has a vast amount of experience under his belt. Miss Maya who is his administration clerk was very proactive, supportive and she guided us throughout the whole situation. We felt reassured and confident. Professor Bedi is kind, caring, professional and is very knowledgeable in the field. His customer service and his vast dental knowledge was highly admired. He conducted the teeth extraction on my daughter and reassured us that she will be ok and back to normal in no time. My daughter was up and running the next day. She was back to usual self and I cannot thank professor Bedi, Miss Maya and the team enough. We cannot wait to visit again in 6 months time.

I went in for my chipped front teeth and he gave me back a smile i had 20 yrs ago :) he is very cautious with his approach he will not do something you dont need! Fantastic experience: Dr. Justin changed my life by changing my smile! I had broken my front tooth and left it for very long time and as a result it turned out gray. He placed a crown that matches with the rest of my teeth and you can't tell that there is a crown there at all. So far I have been to other dentists even back home in Greece and in London and every time all the other dentists compliment the colour and quality of the crown as well as the composite that i had done by Dr. Justin, they all have asked me where I had it done. Fantastic experience: I cracked my tooth at a restaurant in Trondheim, Norway on a Thursday evening. While at the restaurant, I emailed the reception at Harley Street Dental Clinic as I'd had an amalgam removal a few weeks prior by Dr Pollock and I was quite impressed with his attention to detail, dental-chair manner, openness explaining what he was going to do and why, and his genuine care for my well being and experience during the treatment. The tooth that cracked was not one of the teeth Dr Pollock worked on for the amalgam removal, btw. Since I was going to be passing through London for a few days the following week, I wanted to see if I could squeeze in an appt to review and repair the tooth before I jumped on an 8-hr flight to Canada. Maya, with reception, was excellent. She worked with me over several emails to get me in that following Monday. Dr. Pollock, understanding my situation, also worked to squeeze me in and even took me in earlier than the scheduled appt. Dr Pollock studied the tooth and explained what he proposed we do which was essentially repairing the filling and the tooth. He wanted to avoid a crown if necessary because he knew what recent studies were showing about crowns and the possible risks that went with them. He did exactly what he would have wanted done to his tooth. He explained everything to me in detail, ensured I was in agreement, gently gave me that darn novacaine shot and within 40 minutes, I was walking to the tube feeling 100% better about my tooth and how it was taken care of. Fantastic experience: I would say that the team at HSDC is by far the best I have come across. I have had a lots of experience with dentists throughout my life, and I'm incredibly impressed. Dr. Sana is empathetic and caring and very patient when it came to hygienic dental care. Her attention to detail and thoroughness is outstanding. I highly recommend. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to see my hygienist, Sanae for over a year and her impact through her education and honesty has made me realise how important maintaining healthy habits and playing the long game are when it comes to my oral health. I’ve never really cared about all of this before as much as I do now, and the progress I’ve seen has been second to none. You do face your own flaws and lack of self-care, but step by step you see just how vital it is to ensure you implement everything she guides you on; very few can have that effect. I've also completely switched to trusting HSDC with all my dental care needs, from my regular dentist appointments with Dr. Justin Glaizter and having orthodontic treatment with Dr. Stephen O'Connor, both of whom have really looked after me. The team is brilliant, and the vibe of the whole Clinic is something I haven't really experienced in healthcare before. Even the waiting room is set up that you'd want to spend longer in it!

Fantastic experience: My cleaning with Sana was excellent. One of the best and most thorough that I ever had and my teeth and gums feel so clean and refreshed. Knowing I have a small baby at home, she accommodated me and took me a bit earlier on short notice. However, this didn’t impact the time spent or the attention to detail taken. Sana is incredible and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thorough and experienced dental practitioner.
