Fantastic experience: Professional staff, kind and very friendly. Dr. Dumitru and Dr. Dorina explains what they are doing and why in a nice friendly way. Very professional and attentive care. The clinic is spotless. I travel an hour for my treatment I wouldn’t move to another dental surgery, the care given is outstanding. Highly recommend this dental clinic for anyone seeking quality dental care in a comfortable environment.

Fantastic experience: It is difficult to think of anything further to add to the many previous complimentary 5 star reviews, which I endorse completely. So I will just express my appreciation for the treatment I received over the last few months as a new patient. The level of care and professionalism at each stage from the first appointment was a novel experience. Every member of the team showed me the same high standard of customer care, by including me in decision making so that I was given options on all treatments. Last but not least Mel is by far the best dentist I have ever had.

Fantastic experience: I went for my routine appointments yesterday, a little hesitant as I normally see Mel and Justine. Yesterday I saw Usman and Dorina and their assistants, as usual a wonderful friendly and relatively pain free visit It isn’t just about business, they are interested in you and your family, what you’ve been up to and give back as much as they get. Fantastic experience: I really enjoy attending my appointments. They all use my nickname and I always get a warm welcome when I arrive. Mel has a calm attitude and always takes the time to answer my concerns and support me with advice. Helen has looked after my teeth so well over the last 8 years, recommending certain brands and “gadgets”, or even telling me where not to spend any money We book my appointments well in advance and the payment plan makes it easy/affordable for me to benefit from a superb service. Would recommend to anyone who needs a great dentist and hygienist !

Fantastic experience: I contacted Hermitage Dental on behalf of my mum who lost her front tooth and she had exhausted all avenues on the NHS in Bristol due to her Osteoporosis. Dumitru and his team were brilliant! They put mum at ease instantly, carefully examined and made a plan for her. The result was a 3d printed tooth which was turned around in less than 48 hours. Fantastic experience: My first experience of Hermitage Dental Practise was an emergency filling. They explained the process to me in depth and put my mind at ease straight away. Due to this positive experience I then transferred from NHS to private and it was the best decision I ever made. They make me feel at ease and have really helped with my dental anxiety. I have been for a clean and check up today and again the service was faultless, the clean has made so much difference and has helped build my confidence in my smile. Fantastic experience: I have just joined this practice. I saw Sarah, Treatment Coordinator and Vivienne, Dentist on my first visit. I cannot give enough praise for their care, welcoming manner and professionalism. Plenty of nearby free car parking too! Today, I visited the Dental Hygienist and although I have an autoimmune condition, which causes sore areas in my mouth, the clean was extremely gentle. I was given samples/recommended toothpastes and gels, which have already proved helpful. The reception team are also polite and friendly. This practice is modern, has invested in up-to-date technology, and has genuinely lovely staff and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who cares about their mouth. Well done to all staff for offering a much needed modern dental service in Whitwick! This superb dental practice has standards that should be cloned. Thank you!

I have recently finished Invisalign and a bit of composite bonding and so have spent a LOT of time at the dentist over the last few months! No matter what I come to have done, the team are caring and considerate and put me completely at ease. Negative experience: Booked in for emergency dentist due to cracked tooth they then give me a temporary filling which the next day I got an abscess from. Was booked in two days later to have my tooth extracted which of a Price was given when I attended appointment which I was eight minutes late due to Traffic first they said I could not attend due to being late then they said we’ll have a look then they decided that the different procedure would need to be done and the price had doubled and that now the mouth is swollen they cannot do the procedure. None of this was explained to me prior and I had booked time off from work to attend the appointment. As you can understand I remove myself and my family from the dental plan will not be returning to the dentist again. Paid £130 To have a swollen face

From the moment you walk through the door the everyone in the dental practice is welcoming, knowledgeable & professional. The whole process of enrolling is very thorough and I felt at ease discussing all my concerns with Hannah the treatment coordinator, then with my Dentist. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental practice with a person-centred approach from front-of-house to treatment teams. - I'd put off going to the dentists for a long time as NHS waiting lists were never-ending and my teeth were alright - until they weren't! After I accidentally broke a tooth I checked reviews for local private practices and chose Hermitage. - My first impression was that they're very welcoming and mindful with people who been to the dentists in a while. Hannah helped with scans and payment plans - there's a membership package that makes private dentistry much more affordable with included check-ups, scale-and-polishes, and a significant discount on everything else. Mel and Sidra fixed my broken tooth and handled some minor fillings. The video they send you before the procedure is state of the art; your dentist shows your a 3D model of your teeth, explaining what's good, what needs some work, and what your options are. Once those teeth were taken care of, Ian went through orthodontic options: I got retainer to keep my teeth straight-ish; it's been a long time since I had braces and this option is far cheaper than Invisalign. - 7 months down the line, I've just had the first hygienist appointment where I've not felt any pain! Dorina and Heather talk you through with warmth and humour, and offer practical tips - such as how to make flossing less sore and more effective. All in all, a very pleasant experience; I'm glad I chose Hermitage to make my teeth better.

Fantastic experience: Today we had an appointment for my 13 year old child, root canal work that other dentists had refused. Mel was great and reassuring her with the treatment, full explanation of what he was doing, without pain or upset. At the end of the procedure he gave us an update and care of the tooth. All the team was lovely and welcoming, nice clean modern surgery. No hesitation in recommending this practice.

Dr Dumitru and the team are very professional, they will answer all your questions and listen to your concerns regarding dental implants. Throughout the entire procedure, they talked to me to ensure I was not feeling any pain or discomfort. The team checked up on me the day following the procedure to ensure everything was fine. I am very pleased with the results and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone considering dental implants. Even if the dental practice is an hour's drive away from me, choosing Hermitage Dental Practice is the best decision I've ever made.

Fantastic experience: Great dental treatment from the Hermitage Practice. Mel our dentist always gives a great personal service, talking you through the treatment and making sure you are comfortable. A special mention to Dorina, in over 30 years of going to a hygienist, she is the best I have ever used, you don't come out of the chair feeling as you have been in a wrestling match. The quality of her work is very good, without the bleeding gums and pain you can usually experience. Highly recommended. Overall the experience at the Hermitage is outstanding, from the moment you meet the reception staff, through to the surgery their customer focus cannot be faulted.

Fantastic experience: Had chronic tooth ache for 3 days and after not being able to cope much longer and not being registered anywhere, A call to Hermitage Dental Practice and got booked in, I was seen to and had my wisdom tooth extracted all in under an hour! This was my first extraction so I was super anxious but the team are really friendly and I hope the next time I have to visit a dental practice I don’t think I will be as anxious now.

Fantastic experience: I have recently relocated to Whitwick. I had been with my previous dentist for over 20yrs so was incredibly nervous but I had done my research to find the very best and .... Fantastic experience: Kamil has been absolutely fantastic in restoring my teeth. He's managed to do what I thought was impossible. The end result of the implants and Kamils's dentistry is way above what I'd imagined could be done. Kamil came highly recommended as being the best there is, and he absolutely lives up to that. I wish I could give more than five stars because he's absolutely transformed my teeth, both functionally and asthetically and I wouldn't change a single thing about the end result of his work. If you want the best dentist around, don't look any further than Kamil!

Greeted by Dannii who was SO lovely, let him play with books, and the display cabinet leaflets and was just so so friendly and lovely, as a first appointment with a toddler who just wants to grab anything it was just so refreshing to be reassured he wasn’t causing any issues making a mess. The dentist, Dorina was perfect, didn’t make me or most importantly my son feel overwhelmed and was a bonus that she was able to see his teeth briefly.
