Sync Dental Addlestone

Positive experience: I have been very happy with the treatment, in particular my latest implants but one star off for the confusing information from reception where they gave me a sheet of paper regarding extractions! This was not helpful and even when I contacted them about it they said this was what they gave out for implant patients but I did not agree, there is so much more to it than that.

Fantastic experience: Excellent treatment by the hygienist Jemiyah Reeves. She is very friendly and extremely thorough in the cleaning. I don’t usually like going to the hygienist but today I really enjoyed the treatment. She is very gentle aswell I would definitely recommend jemiyah for all your hygienist treatment

Fantastic experience: All were very friendly and professional, lovely surgery I’ve been to two different places about composite bonding and out of the two sync dental was very detailed about the work they will carry out what kind of shape and shade I wanted to go for and didn’t pressure me into going ahead with it. I haven’t booked in yet as I’ve got a holiday coming up but will definitely be booking in once I’m back!

Fantastic experience: When entering Sync dental in Addlestone you are greeted with a lovely smile and are sitting in a very nice relaxing waiting room. My dentist Jaymish is lovely and obviously cares for his work and patients. I had a filling on my front tooth which he blended in really well so you cannot see where it was damaged. I feel so relaxed when in his chair. I would recommend Sync dental to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I saw dr bikram for my composite bonding treatment…I have been wanting this for years but never found a dentist that would do this without braces so when I found dr Bikram I was soo happy he was professional, considerate and patient. He listened to everything I wanted from my appointment and delivered the results I wanted. He was reassuring throughout the appointment and respectful to all the staff around him which I think speaks volume about a person. If your thinking about cosmetic dentistry or dentist work I couldn’t recommend enough as you are complete safe respectful hands. Thank you so much :-)

I enquired via email and spoke to Ollie regarding a composite bonding consultation he was very helpful and quick to respond the addlestone clinic was very clean with polite staff were I had my consultation carried out with Jaymish who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in pointing out how the composite bonding process would take place. I am awaiting my response from the consultation but have received a 5 star experience so far.I would highly recommend sync dental solely on the positive experience their staff have offered :)

Fantastic experience: I met Nadine a couple weeks ago for an emergency appointment to fix a retainer. She was super attentive and welcoming and genuinely one of the best dentist I've had. I immediately booked in a hygienist appointment with her and once again provided an amazing service with useful feedback. Thoroughly recommend Nadine for future visits. Ben the assistant was also helpful.

Negative experience: Kept waiting for 20 minutes, 10 minutes in the chair that will be £1000+… absolute rip off! They know they have you over a barrell and make no apologies for turning the screws as tightly as they can when you are at your most vulnerable.

Positive experience: Went for a clean and a check. It was okay, but the clean could have been done more thoroughly on the sides and the back. I was missing that fresh feeling when you would usually come out of a clean. For the check, I was told things are OK. Would have liked a bit more explanation, maybe even a visual of my x-ray. It felt abstract and didn't really understand the checking points. It was okay, but it was missing the extras that would make you think it's the best dentist ever, and that's where you want all your treatments done.

Fantastic experience: I am a nervous patient and had to book an emergency appointment. Bianca Coveva had patience in abundance and put me at ease immediately. She kept me informed of the process and eased my fears. Even the onward appointment to have the tooth extraction was simple, straightforward and I have to thank Amie Mellor also for her professional courtesy. I will definitely be using this practice again and have no fears in doing so.

Fantastic experience: From the moment you arrive you are made to feel comfortable and a calming environment. The dentist Dr J, is professional, that puts you at ease. Very clear at explaining (as I feel anxious, I often don't process all information) Dr J used x-rays and images to explain and confirmed. I actually feel like I can have a good smile again.

Fantastic experience: Simply the best dental treatment ever and I used to be scared stiff when I needed treatment. That was a long time ago and today I could literally fall asleep in the chair. My friends agree. Lovely place super friendly staff and a brilliant surgeon. Expensive of course but in this case you really get what you pay for!

Adam is very knowledgeable kind and has a very acute sense of how the patient feels . He was very thorough in the procedure but always keeps the patient in mind. Fantastic experience: I first went to Dr Mani Virdee a few years ago as a quivering wreak with a phobia of dentists but Mani quickly put me at ease and I've gone regularly for treatment ever since. He is always so calm and reassuring and the work I've had done has always been great. The Receptionist also deserves a mention as she is so kind and cheerful. I would recommend Synergy, especially Dr Mani to everybody especially people like me who are nervous about having dental work done.

Fantastic experience: Having had just a (second opinion) initial appointment, I was so impressed with my first experience of this practice that decided to have my proposed treatment done with them too! I had an infection of my tooth due to a “bad quality” old root canal treatment, potentially done by either not properly qualified or “not caring” dentist☹ The main question was – to save the tooth OR extract it; as inflammation wouldn’t just go away… With Dr. Jay professional assessment and taking his time to thoroughly explaining all Pros and Cons, I decided to have my root canal treatment re-done at the practice by Dr. Ali, who is qualified and experienced in this field. Dr. Ali took his time and rang me (on my request) to discuss the proposed procedure as I was undecisive at the time and wanted more information. He was most professional, patient an(most importantly) very caring! I trusted him fully. Having just returned from having my treatment done today and simply would love to spread the word about how exceptional my experience was: very friendly, patient and welcoming receptionist Sammy; amazingly caring and very thorough treatment coordinator Billy highly professional and experienced dentists, who put even very nervous patient (like myself) at ease; high spec dental equipment; very accommodating and flexible… The list can go on and on. If you looking for a hight quality caring dental practice – look no further! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Very impressed with Dr. Shaimil PATEL whom I saw for an initial Invisalign consultation. He took a 3D scan and a good look at my teeth and smile. Based on that and on his Invisalign expertise (he has been doing this exclusively for a number of years), he explained why my case looked easy at first glance, but was a little too complex for a simple treatment. So, he basically turned down business and recommended I see an orthodontist instead. I am so impressed with how honest and helpful he was! Big thank you. (Although, with that good an impression, I now almost regret I can't get this fixed by him!) PS: The receptionist and assistant were very friendly and the whole place modern and spotless.

Fantastic experience: I had been thinking of getting some cosmetic work done for a long time but didn’t know where to start. I visited five dentists most of whom were much more local to where I live but as soon as I visited Synergy Addlestone and spoke to Dr Jay and Sasha I felt relaxed and taken care of. Everything from the very start was so professional but also welcoming and friendly. I was really put at ease. Treatment was superb, thorough and highly skilled and even when I had concerns or queries Dr Jay would take the time to email and answer them or I could call and relay them to Sasha to pass on. I’ve probably been a pain as a client being so particular but I cannot recommend the clinic or Dr Jays work more highly. The whole team of people there are excellent and the service is outstanding. Thank you all and especially Dr Jay for your expert work and for going above and beyond to make sure I got the smile I wanted.

Negative experience: I am not the one who usually leaves reviews! But I felt that I need to let other people know what has happened to me after visiting Synergy so they might have a second thoughts before attending! I went to get a small chipped on an old filling done. After the treatment, I experienced pain and it was uncomfortable to bite on it, As experienced dental profession myself, thought it’s either sensitivity after white filling or it might be a little high. Unfortunately that was not the case! After many appointments, I have been told that my tooth is cracked and these things happen! I am going to lose a healthy tooth! I of course made a complaint and in the process of suing them. Just one advice! Avoid and run ! There are many good dentists in the area, for sure Dr Mani Virdee is not one of them.

I found it so easy to use and in less than 12 months my teeth are straight and I have a perfect smile! I would highly recommend the Invisalign dental specialist at Synergy. I did a lot of research and Synergy came out tops. Really pleased with the result.
