Fantastic experience: Couldn’t have asked for a better Invisalign experience at Sloan Dental Merchant city! My Dentist Dr Jack Mollison was extremely attentive throughout my Invisalign treatment and always went above and beyond to ensure I received the best care. I had composite bonding and teeth whitening included in the cost of my treatment which wasn’t offered by any of the other clinics I researched before choosing Sloan Dental. My teeth are now perfect and I couldn’t be more pleased!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a loyal patient of this dental practice for over 10 years, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The team is always professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled. Just yesterday, I had a sudden dental emergency and was in extreme pain. I called the clinic, and despite the short notice, they fit me in the same day. Not only did they see me quickly, but they also treated the issue immediately saving me a possible trip to the hospital and a night of unbearable suffering. Fantastic experience: Excellent service from Niall and his team at Sloan Dental in Merchant City. I had Invisalign teeth straightening and whitening treatment and it couldn’t have been an easier process. It took a bit longer than the initial Invisalign estimate (but Niall warned me up front about a more realistic time scale). There were no additional charges and the process continued until I was happy. I’m delighted with my new smile. Niall was really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I’ll even miss all our wee chats about cycling and holidays

Fantastic experience: Attended for my regular hygienist appointment. Taken just before appointment time which suited me fine. Very thorough job and good advice. Hygienist was not in any rush and took his time cleaning my pearly whites. He and his assistant were both very pleasant. Rebooked with the receptionist who was also nice and efficient.

Negative experience: Terrible experience from the main dentist - dismissive attitude and waited a month to hear next steps about a plan which I was promised would be turned around quickly. They need to be reminded that people pay a significant amount for investing in their teeth and to be told 'money aside' whilst in a consultation demonstrates a very sad view of people's living situations in this time. Do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely unbelievable the treatment I have received so far , had an accident knocking out a few teeth , so I decided to have my upper jaw removed of any teeth and fitted for a new plate , the staff have been so welcoming and kind and understanding to my situation , and the treatment is , without doubt, the best I have ever had , had 4 teeth removed recently and never felt a thing during the procedure, I've still to finish my course of treatment, but from what I've received so far , I'll be registering my kids for this practice, Sloan dental is by far and away the best dental treatment I've ever had , unbelievable, outstanding!!!

Fantastic experience: Recently, both me & my husband were experiencing really bad dental issues since before Christmas 2023. The staff have been extremely patient with us despite us taking many emergency appointments and asking loads of questions. The dentists Aileen Sloan & Sierra Docherty as well as the other staff Emilee, Rachel, Sophie, El/L, Holly & Nicola have been amazing. We have been with this practice for quite some years now. Fantastic experience: I never expected to review a dental practice, never mind positively, but I had a fantastic experience as a new patient. Ross and Sophie were terrific, both knowledgeable and friendly, and it made what has usually been a harrowing appointment for me much better. The staff was enthusiastic to help, and Ross talked me through everything he was doing during the visit, as well as my options for various treatments going forward (I have a complicated dental situation and am interested in alignment); it was so good I scheduled my next appointment even before I left. Prices were extremely reasonable, too. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Friendly and helpful staff. They were very transparent about everything, which I had not had the pleasure to experience with my last dentist. I had developed anxiety surrounding dental appointments due to previous poor experiences with a dentist at a different practice. Fantastic experience: Everyone was really helpful and nice! I recently started at this clinic as a new patient after moving to Glasgow during the pandemic and it's been a great experience. From the moment I walked in the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. During my appointment I had to have a filling done and every step was explained in detail, I don't experience dental anxiety but I feel like this would've been really helpful if I did. It's clear that the staff really care about their patients well being. The entire experience was really positive and I would highly recommend using this clinic ❤️ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: No one enjoys going to the dentist but the entire team here are so kind, sweet, smiley, caring! Have both dental work (lovely lady whose name I've forgotten) and Invisalign work (with Niall) done here and been delighted with both services. The only caveat I would make is that I received about four automated reminders about my appointment - including one on the morning of the appointment which I had already replied to previously so you might want to check that aspect.

Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment here today and was very happy with Dr Doherty's service. I received an overdue scale and polish and was given some good advice going forward as to improve my own care routine. I have contacted other dentists regarding composite bonding which I require on one tooth, to which I have been upsold having all my front teeth done several times (EXPENSIVE). Dr Doherty showed a lot more integrity that other dentists as she advised on some minimal cosmetic work first before I decided to spend a lot of money on possibly unnecessary bonding.
