Tetbury Dental Practice

Fantastic experience: Titi is fantastic. I was a nervous patient a few years back and Titi has reassured me to a point that I now look forward to my appointments. With a bit of coaxing she convinced me to see the hygienist too and my teeth and gums are in a healthy place again. The receptionists and dental staff are always so polite and helpful too and the prices for private work don’t break the bank. Can’t ask for any more than that.

Fantastic experience: Having had very bad experiences as child, going to a dentist has always been a terrifying time . It was in later years the fact I am allergic to entonox which obviously did not help. Martin my dentist and all the staff, were so understanding, patient and gentle with me, I did not suffer any pain and was asked regularly if I was ok. I have no fears to continue my treatment. Thank you all for taking care of this 82yr old young lady

Fantastic experience: Courteous reception. Gentle dentist who explained that the way my filling had come off didn't need a replacement. She also advised I needed a new denture, which is possibly true. She did warn me of the price. Thanks again.

Fantastic experience: Had a great surprise when I got to reception. I ask the person on reception (Jane), if there was any chance of seeing a dentist. I had broken a tooth and it was hurting. Jane said she would go and him, she came back and took me straight in. It was all fixed with 10 minutes. All I can say it was a 10/10 service from beginning to end.

Fantastic experience: Needed an emergency appointment for my son. The receptionists are always polite and helpful and got him booked in the day after. Titi is always welcoming and engages with my son on a level so it makes it a relaxed environment. Would highly recommend Tetbury Dental practise.

Positive experience: Limited space to park car near the delivery only area next to road. Advised to use disabled parking in the future by hospital reception.

Negative experience: Really unhappy with my appointment. I was told it would be an hour but was only half an hour. The work wasn’t finished and I was told if I wanted another appointment I would be charged another £95 despite the mistake being theirs not mine (for not booking a double appointment initially). I expected a more professional and caring experience and regret starting a plan with this practice.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Mrs Matthew-Hamza regularly over the last month or so for ongoing work, and also Lisa the hygienist every few months, and the entire team are so friendly and welcoming, including the lovely reception staff. Mrs Matthew-Hamza really looks after me and puts me at ease, and Lisa gives me advise on how to look after my gums during my appointments with her. Would have preferred to them have remain NHS of course, but we need to look after our teeth and you can't put a price on that. I would recommend this practice for sure and have no reason to change.
