Fantastic experience: My 4 year old son visited the dentist for the first time and saw Dr.Shabnam. She was fantastic with him, made him feel at ease throughout the check-up and made him feel excited about coming back. The practise has a selection of children’s books and adults book and Dr. Shabnam told my son he can take a book to read at home and bring another book he has finished reading next time he visits or bring the same book back, which is such a lovely idea as a little book club! My son was thrilled that he got to borrow a book and she gave him a balloon at the end of his appointment as well. I would highly recommend Dr.Shabnam and am thankful to her for making sons first dentist experience great!

When I recently moved to the area I researched a lot of dentists locally & the reviews for West End Dental were amazing & they were from people who mirrored my fear so it felt right to book with them! I can honestly say I have had fantastic experiences on all 3 visits, Dr Savjani put me at ease immediately & didn’t make me feel embarrassed by my behaviour, he communicated clearly all procedures, reassured me & did a great job on my tooth, so much so I want them all done, not something I thought I would say as the dentist is not on top of my go to list of things to do! Fantastic experience: Udita is an excellent hygienist who takes her position and responsibilities very seriously. Personable, professional, funny and kind, Udita is the real deal! I am a nervous patient but she always makes me feel better about the whole experience because I am treated with respect and understanding. The equipment is first class too! Fantastic experience: I just had two fillings replaced by Dr Prashil Parekh, supported by Beatriz. What a great team they make. Prash provides an on-screen photographic journey of his work, from before, in between and after, which is very reassuring and enables you to understand the issues addressed. Being someone who had a lot of anxiety about dental treatment from previous experiences, I was comfortable throughout a long session, even falling asleep momentarily (meditating helped!). Prash was the most thorough, reassuring and exceptional dentist I have been treated by. But I prefer the playlist of Beatriz :-) Finally, all the staff are friendly and helpful, from reception to hygienists and dentists.

They've sorted out my teeth and gums and I've just had the most pain free filling ever, I'd even go as far as saying it was quite a pleasant experience! Fantastic experience: If you haven't meet Gizem yet you definitely need to! She is a lovely person an an amazing aesthetician. Before I had my consult with her I was against facial aesthetics, and I never imagined myself having any treatment. I've done botox treatment around my eyes and my forehead. The results are great, no issue at all. I am very happy with my treatment and I will come back every 6 months. You have to come and see Gizem if you feel that you want to make some changes to your appearence , or are small things that you want to improve.

Fantastic experience: I joined the practice following recommendations from a consultant in Harley street who told me Dr Zai is his choice if he needed dental Work. Since then, I have not been disappointed! Dr Zia is very professional, with fantastic bedside manner. The team are friendly. The practice looks lovely. I am very nervous about going to dentists and anxious about my future dental health. I feel that I can trust Dr Zai. She is very pragmatic and I like her attitude of preserving teeth for as long as possible. I’m terrified of having unnecessary work on my teeth and she has reassured me that she is not the type to do unnecessary work. So far very impressed.

Fantastic experience: Suffering from a tooth issue, I called West House Dental for an emergency appointment. Preeti was on hand to assist in arranging a suitable time for me to come it. Within a day or so I was at the surgery being greeted by Preeti and Dr. Shabnam. Dr Shabnam quickly made me feel at ease and was very informative (every step of the way during my visit). She was able pinpoint the issue and provide the options which were viable to rectify the problem. The following day I went back to see Udita. And yet again the service I received was above and beyond what I had experienced in other surgeries. Udita was already aware of the issue I had and so she was able to resolve it swiftly. Its clearly apparent and very impressive to see that there is communication going on internally with the team to provide an end-2-end patient care service. Fantastic experience: I had a Hygiene and Clean appointment today with Udita Patel. What impressed me was the warm welcome I received and found Udita very pleasant and professional. I was delighted to see and feel the difference at the end of my treatment. I was also coached on how to access my back tooth which are difficult to get to with the normal toothbrush. Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Maria (hygienist) for a while (multiple visits) and she always does an amazing job on my teeth. With her no nonsense approach, you go home with straight and clear advice on what to do in between visits. She also makes sure I’m comfortable at all times during my visit which I appreciate. Fantastic experience: I don’t think there are other Dental Practices that are as good as West House Dental. We have been going to Dr Rahul Savjani and WH Dental for over a year now. Dr Rahul was amazing with my son who was just 4 at the time and it was his first time visiting the dentist. Initially he was scared of doctors, but dr Rahul and the practice made him feel very comfortable and safe (to a point that he’s excited to meet dr Rahul and go to the dentist). Now he is our family dentist and my wife and I always consult with him. The practice is a safe space and very open and transparent with their treatments, which I have massive respect for. Anna at the front desk is lovely, kind and warm and makes us always feel ready for the appointment. Overall, I would highly recommend the practice, especially dr Rahul if you’re looking for a dentist for your toddler, not gone to the dentist for year or are finding a dentist! ☺️

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment with Dr Nikita this morning after experiencing toothache whilst I was abroad. I was anxious and in some discomfort but Dr Nikita was very thorough in her examination, patient and reassuring. She talked through all my options as I have some other issues that complicated my treatment path . I was immediately referred to a specialist dentist and feel much less concerned and reassured that my dental problem will be resolved very soon. Thank you West House Dental.

Fantastic experience: I was Dr Shabnam Zai patient. She is amazing and such a fantastic dentist. She did my root canal about seven years ago, two crowns and a filling in my front tooth. I have been seeing my local NHS dentist for the past six years, and recently, my front tooth filling came off, I had it done twice but still come off within a week. So I decided to visit Dr Shabnam Zai, and she checked my teeth thoroughly and taught me how to brush my teeth and did the filling of my front tooth when my local dentist never checked my teeth thoroughly. I think it is well worth travelling to see a good dentist and making the journey to see a good dentist, who will care about your teeth and make the journey worthwhile. The practice is very clean and very welcoming, and the staff, with a very pleasant atmosphere and very good team. The practice is located in a very beautiful location and parking is not a problem. I would highly recommend Dr Shabnam Zai, I had very good experience and can't wait to visit the practice for my next appointment. I would highly recommend West House Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: Not your regular dentist practice … wish I had found this place sooner! I had a huge phobia of the dentist after multiple awful experiences with NHS dentists, but this place has changed my view entirely and made such a difference. All staff are so welcoming, kind and polite - especially lovely Kelly in reception! A special shout out needs to go to Dr Rahul Savjani who has been nothing short of amazing. I needed some work done and because of my anxiety it was spread out into stages. I have gone from being petrified of even being in the waiting room of a dental surgery to today being able to have the last part of the treatment plan without any anaesthetic and I stayed entirely calm! He took the time to explain everything to me and keeps you informed every step of the way what he’s doing and why. I also needed some advice whilst the practice was closed over the Christmas break and I was able to speak to the lovely Dr Shabnam Zai within a matter of hours who was so supportive and helpful. She even followed up with me a couple of weeks after to check how everything was. You wouldn’t get this level of service anywhere else! Please, if you have had bad experiences with dentists in the past - give this place a try and let them change your mind! It is worth every penny and I’m so grateful I’ve found them!

Dr Rahul Savjani move appointment around to fit him in urgently and went above and beyond to ensure that he felt calm and reassured that he would get the required help. Fantastic experience: I started one year ago after having an accident. All the staff in there is amazing and treated me really well. I am not suffering from anxiety anymore when I have to seat on that chair. They care about your teeth, it is more than fixing what is wrong or painful, It is about preventing and making sure that you are looking after your teeth to keep them with you for longer.

Both Dr Shabnam and Dr Nikita have made my husband and I (who have always been nervous about dental visits!) and our two young daughters feel very comfortable and confident in the service they provide. The friendly approach of all the staff including (especially) Kelly at the front desk, the hygienist and orthodontist means our youngest wants to visit the practice whenever we’re in the area! What I appreciated and respected most was that I had wanted some extra dental work done but it wouldn’t have benefited me so was told not to go ahead. Any work that needs to be done is discussed in detail so you can make an informed decision on whether you want to proceed. A stunning 5 * warm and inviting space!

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting West House Dental practise for few years and seeing Dr Shabnam Zai. She has a vast knowledge and experience, and you feel you are in safe hands. She goes beyond dental and does detailed checks to ensure that there are no suspicious mouth ulcers. As I am on blood thinner medications never seen any sign of blood during check up. She is very gentle and exceptionally light handed. I never had problems with pain or soreness during and after treatment. Highly recommend her and her team. 5 Star plus service

The staff are very welcoming and add a personal touch making it a pleasurable experience. I have had Invisalign treatment performed by Dr Telmo over the last 18 months. Although it was not the cheapest, the treatment has been result driven and there has been no hesitation in issuing new braces, even though the anticipated treatment length has passed. As such you have the reassurance the result will be perfect. Likewise, the hygienist treatment is very thorough. Easily the best option of if you are looking for a upmarket dentist in Pinner.

I was put at ease throughout the whole session, kept unto date with what was happening at all times, my concerns surrounding my fears were heard and taken into consideration throughout.
