Fantastic experience: I rang today and managed to get an emergency appointment at the parbold branch. Upon arrival the receptionist was very friendly and polite. I saw Richard who examined my tooth and took an X-ray. He explained what the problem was and after discussing my options, it was decided to remove the tooth. The extraction was extremely quick and pain free. Thank you to Richard and his assistant ( sorry I didnt get your nane) for the very professional, quick pain-free appointment i had today.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience. I broke my tooth and was booked in the next day thanks to Angela and Richard. The appointment was amazing, Richard checked the tooth out in great detail and had it fixed ASAP. The tooth looks amazing, it’s so accurate I’m still able to use my retainer from before hand.

Fantastic experience: I have been at Parbold Dental for a number of years. The reception staff and hygienists are friendly and professional. The dentists are experts in their field. I have had an implant (Kanal) and composite fillings (Richard) and the treatment plans were fully explained and successful. I can highly recommend Parbold Dental.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with Richard recently for some minor treatment, always a little tricky for me as a nervous patient. However I needn’t have worried as his calm and reassuring mannor made me feel very relaxed and confident about any future treatments. Highly recommend the whole team. Special mention to Angela who has looked after me for years.

Fantastic experience: I was in for a root canal in July with Mike and Vicky, the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. I was a little apprehensive prior to the appointment but Mike explained everything and the reason for it before and during. I could not be happier and my recovery was so fast. The next day all I could feel was the injection to numb my tooth. I would recommend Mike and Parbold dental 100% to anyone for this treatment. Thank you ☺️

Fantastic experience: Really friendly staff, very thorough and they explain all their procedures very clearly. They were also fantastic with my toddler when she fell and cracked her teeth: after trying my previous dentist as well as the emergency dental service with no luck, and being sent home from A&E, Suzie at Parbold Dental saw her first thing in the morning and was so patient and kind, she really improved a very stressful situation.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been on a payment plan here for a few good years now and I’ve never had a bad experience. The dentists, Craig and Richard, are always professional and welcoming, making sure I’m comfortable and well taken care of. The receptionists, Pat and Jacki, are friendly and greet everyone with a warm smile, which makes a real difference. The hygienist team does a fantastic job keeping my oral hygiene tip top! Overall, it’s a great practice that I’m happy to keep coming back to.

Fantastic experience: I had two composite fillings done by Richard this evening with his nurse Wendy. Both Richard and Wendy were extremely reassuring, answered all my questions and took really good care of me. The only thing I felt was numb and they explained the whole process to me using a mirror and photographs of my teeth to show me what was happening, which was very interesting. It was really efficient and very professional and I would highly recommend Parbold Dental.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended first class service! I came to Parbold Dental Practice for Invisalign treatment and I am so happy with the results. The process was thoroughly explained to me and I had frequent check ups throughout to ensure everything was working as it should. Craig and the team are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: I recently attended Parbold Dental Practice to have composite bonding carried out on some of my teeth to transform my smile. The whole experience was flawless from start to finish. Richard and his assistant Kirsty, were fantastic throughout. Fantastic experience: I had been thinking about Invisalign treatment for a while and am so pleased that I finally decided to start my Invisalign journey at Parbold Dental. I experienced a very high level of care and advice and I am delighted with the final results. I feel a lot more confident and now smile showing my teeth. The treatment itself took about 8 months and I quickly adapted to it. At the end of the treatment I also benefitted from professional whitening . This too made a big difference . Fantastic experience: Just completed some annual dental treatment with Neil Fearn at the Parbold Dental practice and once again I'm impressed. Neil is efficient, professional, solicitous and friendly. I find that every time I attend the practice and I've been there a wee while now. I've every confidence in the treatment provided and the replies I get to questions asked. I particularly like the images Neil shows of the before, during and after treatment.... there's no doubt of what needs doing and the end result after treatment. If you've got to trust your teeth to someone other than yourself then I can't recommend this practice highly enough.

I had an appointment with Neil today and he was great and really put me at ease, giving tips on how to keep calm as I'd explained I got anxious at dental appointments. Fantastic experience: I’ve been at Parbold Dental Practice now for around 3 years and have never felt so comfortable about my teeth and their health. The practice is a lovely place to be, the staff are all really warm and friendly and, importantly, they’re experts. I’ve previously been at a private practice and then NHS Hospital practice before moving house and coming here. I could move miles away and this would still be where I come. Also, my daughter goes to the Eccleston practice which is amazing as well! Thanks to all the team for their care!

He's helped me to achieve a smile I feel confident and happy with, without causing any harm to my teeth and completely pain free! Something I never thought was possible due to previous advice I'd received from other practices. Craig and the team provide an expert and professional service in a clean, bright modern practice. I have always found visiting the dentist to be anxiety inducing and tried to avoid it, but thanks to Craig and his friendly team, I feel much more relaxed about attending dental appointments, as do my young children. My only regret is not contacting them sooner!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic dentist. I first attended Parbold Dental for Invisalign treatments in 2015. I instantly fell in love with the practice and have never looked back. Not long after my first child in 2020 I was looking for a permanent dentist post Covid lockdown 1 and came across the monthly plans Parbold offer. I instantly signed up and since then I have been attending and taking advantage of the great practice plan with myself and little boy (age 3). Thanks to the kind staff he is not and has never been scared and I receive fantastic treatment each time. Recently made even better (if that was possible) by the fantastic refurbishment, the 30 minute drive is most definitely worth while. Thank you team

As the hygienist progressed she explained what she was encountering and asked my day to day oral care experience to then help discuss any minor adjustments that would be beneficial going forward. Fantastic experience: I’m fairly new to the surgery but it is excellent - staff are always welcoming and friendly to chat too - Angela is a fab hygienist and Craig has made me feel at ease just after one appointment! I have not had an issue getting an appointment and Parbold saw me even when I wasn’t fully registered with them but had an emergency problem! They have been brilliant!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Parbold Dental since I was very young and have always had such a positive experience. Never been scared of the dentist as a child and I owe this entirely to Parbold dental and their amazing staff! My teeth have always been kept in the best of health and Craig is always very attentive, an amazing dentist!! I was amazed by the machines and tech they have available now, with the latest 3D scanner being used to monitor the health of my teeth. I even got to see the scan afterwards which I found extremely interesting! Great to see everyone as always and thank you very much for another lovely appointment

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to say what amazing customer service I received from Parbold Dental Practice!, when I called them over a dental emergency on the 30th December.Vicky the lovely receptionist,spoke with Craig my amazing dentist and managed to fit me in on a day he was fully booked until 7pm. Craig was sympathetic, helpful and was able to fix my veneer which had debonded. I had a number of issues and after the initial check all options and costs were explained. Now after 3 sessions all done and the skills of the practice meant actually meant some of plan not required saving money too!!
