Positive experience: I hadn't been for a while and Dani had to remove a lot of gunk from my teeth. She explained what she was doing and what needed to happen next. She was very understanding and made sure I was able to take a pause if it was getting too much for me. Overall very happy (I only wish it didn't all cost so much!)

He did a crown and explained the steps throughout the procedure, which for a nervous patient like myself was great! And Dani is a fabulously patient hygienist who put me at my ease with her gentle but efficient approach. Debbie the dental nurse is amazing too. She is such an asset to the dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Had to visit Oak Lodge for some dental work. I was treated by Nazan Tercan who I see regularly for routine check-ups as well. This time it was a crown and a filling, so a fair amount of work. All dentists will say that they take care and pride in what they do but Naz demonstrates that by what she says and how she goes about her work. Checking each step, involving the patient to explain what is being done, and why, plus showing the patient the finished work. It's all reassuring. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I am a patient at Oak Lodge since 2015 and always had amazing experience! Receptionists are nice and polite, always making sure appointments fit to my busy calendar. Today I saw Dr Sond who delivered highest standard of care and professionalism! He was kind, empathetic, patient and very gentle! Apart from fixing issue with lost filling Dr Sond also kindly fixed tooth discolouration hence I have my smile back! Thank you! As always 5 star service!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Oak Lodge for twice a year appointments with the hygienist for some ten and a half years now and have always been very happy with the service I’ve received. Lisa is friendly, efficient and excellent at her job, the admin team are well-organised and evidently other services are equally good, since all the staff have gleaming white teeth like The Osmonds! Prices are, I would suggest, competitive in the field of private dentistry. The surgery is also well-located, with plenty of parking.

He is very gentle and professional. All the staff are super friendly and the office itself is lovely and calming. I would 100% recommend Dr Marino and the clinic as a whole.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Oak Lodge for many years and when my previous dentist there retired I have since been seeing Dr Tercan who has been incredible. Most recently since having treatment (a crown) for the first time and being incredibly nervous about the whole thing Dr Tercan was amazing at reassuring me and talking me through it. On visiting again today we discussed some further work which I feel very reassured by. In addition I also have to say how wonderful Debbie (Senior Dental Nurse) is - so kind and caring and someone who I have seen over so many years (since I was a child!) and I really enjoy seeing Debbie every time I visit.

Fantastic experience: The hygenist was very thorough in making certain i understood what was going to happen during the appointment. The treatment was straight forward and i received advisory briefs for looking after my gums.

Positive experience: Where to start with this dental practice - I am a very, very nervous and very fearful of dentist and have been all of my adult life and have been avoiding dentist visits however my luck has run out and I had to face my fears as needed treatment for my neglected teeth not out of choice who knows the fear will understand what an ordeal every dentist visit is. Oaklodge have been nothing but wonderful I am still in the same a frame of mind when it comes to dentist but this practice has made it possible for me to start my treatment. I am grateful to them beyond what words can express. I have given 4 stars purely cause the cost of treatment received is rather pricey but please do not let that put you off using this dental practice if you are looking for understanding, kind and caring practice this is it.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Oak Lodge Dental and more specifically Dr Marinho enough!! He is calm, so knowledgeable and super professional. In the past I’ve had other dentist practices try and scam for money but Dr Marinho shows pictures which feels very reassuring and helps you to understand if any additional work is needed etc. It’s actually the only dentist I’ve been to that I can say I feel happy going back to. All the other staff are friendly too and the practice is so clean and modern. I’m very glad that I found this place and will continue to have my dental care here.

Fantastic experience: Over the last two weeks I have visited this practice twice. The first time was to see a hygienist, Katie Radford, whose treatment was most thorough and professional. The second time was to see a dentist, Jose Marinho, who again was very thorough and professional. I was particularly impressed with the time he took to explain exactly what the x-rays showed, and the treatment options open to me. If one can ever say one liked going to the dentist, Oak Lodge ticks all the right boxes.

Fantastic experience: So, I don’t like going to the dentist, ever. I moved into Liphook and needed a new dentist but I didn’t realise how important it would be to me. Because of the way I’m cared for there, I now have regular hygienist appointments and great looking teeth. Dr. Sound has improved my smile by fixing my very crooked teeth in a sympathetic way. I wish I had found him before and am recommending him to all my friends and family. Thank you to everyone who works there, the immaculate cleaners, the friendly receptionists, the well trained hygienists and the wonderful dentists and nurses.

Negative experience: Unfortunately had a frustrating experience today before my appointment that was meant to be tomorrow. I booked an appointment three weeks ago, the lady on the phone was helpful and we organised so could be around childcare. Then today I had three missed calls and after returning the call I was told I would need to pay before my appointment. No prior warning and that they needed to change the type of appointment and length. I asked if I could check with my husband and get back to them before 5. I then receive another call asking me to basically make my mind up as they need to plan their day.

Fantastic experience: I just had a complex root canal surgery, which went very well. Minesh and Hannah were excellent, and took very good care of me. Minesh is very knowlegable and skilled, took time to explain the procedure to me in detail (both before and during the procedure), went to great lenghts on attention to detail and (hopefully) saved my tooth. I am very happy to recommend Minesh.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a fairly complex on-going infection and root canal issue that required a fair amount of work, which came with a large amount of anxiety from me. From the moment I met Mr Patel he put me at total ease, Mr Patel explained my treatment plan in terms which I could easily understand, he explained the risks and was extremely reassuring, kind and patient with me before, during and following my treatment. The care and support I’ve received from Mr Patel, the nurses and the staff at Oak Lodge has been outstanding. Thank you for saving my tooth and looking after me so well during the process.

Fantastic experience: I have been a very nervous dental patient for years after a rather uncomfortable and frightening experience when I was a child ( I’m now 67!) This experience to have a double crown made was actually a very good experience indeed! Not only cosmetically… they look fab!…. but they were all so kind, gentle and understanding with a peppering of humour.. which always helps I think.
