Fantastic experience: Fantastic dental practice and wouldn't go anywhere else. Chloe is brilliant and highly skilled, always making me feel at ease and clearly explains everything.

Fantastic experience: I come from the generation where dentistry of any description meant pain for the patient. (yes, I am old"er"). As a result, I spent my first 50 years avoiding dentists unless I was in so much pain that an extraction was the only answer. HOWEVER ... The staff at The Bidford Dental Practice have completely changed my views on the dreaded dentist when we came to Bidford 8 years ago. Their care for the patient and consideration for any anxiety they may have is excellent, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Visited Nick yesterday to have a filling, I can honestly say that it is probably the most comfortable and natural looking tooth in my mouth! Although the procedure took some while to complete, Nick explained everything that he was doing and was kind, professional and caring throughout. I’m not a fan, like so many, of visiting the dentist but Bidford Dental Practice make their patients feel that they are in assured, competent and caring hands.

Fantastic experience: There's great care from the minute you arrive, with the friendly welcome, and the comfortable and relaxing waiting area. My dentist Nick does the most incredibly fine work with fillings and crowns looking completely natural. I have a fear of dentistry which he has allayed; I like the relaxing music he plays and the way he explains the treatment plan so that you know what to expect and of course the end results.

Fantastic experience: My relationship with Bidford dental practice goes back some 25 years. Today, as with all of my visits during this time whether visiting for dentist or hygienist services was extremely positive. From the warm welcome you receive on entry from the reception team through to the professionalism of the dentists, you feel at ease, safe and in trusted hands. Highly recommended in a village location where you feel welcome and where dental work whether routine or specialist is explained in a caring manner. The team here will also work their magic to sort you out with emergency appointments to fit with your diary. Thanks to everyone at the practice, great team, great job, great service and solutions! Fantastic experience: Had to have an emergency appointment as I broke a tooth whilst away on holiday very nervous as I only trust my own dentist in my home town but it was so sharp it was cutting into my tongue !!! Made an appointment after a local lady recommended this practice with Nicolas he was absolutely marvellous so patient and kind very gentle I even did it without numbing as he talked me through it and said he would stop at any time. Thank you so much for your professional approach if I lived in the village I would definitely have you as my dentist !!! Kind regards M

Fantastic experience: I can only thank Nick for being able to assuage my fear of dentists and dental treatment. He is calm, gentle and kind in his manner with the right amount of humour and professionalism! I feel safe in his hands when he guides me through the treatment options and I can honestly say that I feel much calmer when coming into this surgery. All of the nursing and reception staff are polite, friendly and affable. The surgery itself is comfortable and welcoming- with relaxing classical music to greet you in the waiting area. I am so glad that I have moved the whole family to this family run dental practice. Best decision! Although I wrote this a while ago, I think on my last review, nothing has changed - Nick is still calming and kind and never makes me feel my fears are invalid. He also used a new device, which really helped with the water flow and coldness of water- this reduced the sensitivity and I was able to manage much better. Fab as always. Fantastic experience: I have had two appointments there one which was an emergency appointment and they got me in within a few hours of calling and the next was for two teeth to be extracted. Both times staff were lovely and polite and veey welcoming and made me feel veey relaxed and at ease.

Fantastic experience: First time for having a tooth extraction so I was understandably rather nervous. Chloe had carefully explained the procedure on my previous visit and did so again. The injections completely numbed any awareness of what was happening and in moments it was all finished. Fantastic experience: This is from John, not Barbara. I had recent work carried out by Jas, (a root canal) and couldn't have been any more impressed. He's my usual dentist and I wouldn't go anywhere else for dental work needs.

Fantastic experience: I have been terrified of dentists for years, I haven't been to one for 15 years, I needed a root filling and a wisdom tooth out. I made an appointment to see chloe the one dentist there. She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable, got the job done. I would recommend these dentists 100%. The hygienist and receptionists are also fabulous.

Fantastic experience: As is usual with the dentist, I was greeted with a friendly smile and prompt service. The dentist always keeps me informed on everything that is going on and is always ready to offer advice or answer any questions I have. I personally can't fault the practice, first class! Once again, my trip to the dentist was a pleasant one, this time, I was there for some advice and an amendment on my tooth guard and everything was explained and my point of view was considered. The amendment was carried out and there wasn't even a fee, first class service.

Negative experience: the blonde receptionist didn’t book me in and took phone call after phone call ignoring me stood at reception. Very unprofessional. I’ve been here since 10am it’s currently 10:36 and i still haven’t been seen. Late for work very disappointing

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment at this practice today, even though my husband and our two young sons have been coming here for years—and now I completely understand why they like their dentist! I'm a very anxious patient, but Nick immediately made me feel at ease. He was incredibly patient, took the time to explain everything he was doing step by step, and never made me feel rushed or silly for asking questions. My sons always have about a million questions every visit, and Nick always answers them willingly. It’s clear he genuinely cares about making his patients comfortable, no matter their age. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Bidford Dental Practice for nearly 40 years. During this time, I have received excellent treatment, and not just for routine check-ups. Recently I have had root canal work, a replacement crown and also a wing fit bridge to replace a lost tooth. Prior to the work being done I was given a clear explanation of what each would entail. I was treated with kindness, patience and understanding. I can honestly confirm, in my opinion, my current dentist, Nicholas Meixner has proved to be a worthy successor to his predecessors and I am very satisfied with the service.

Fantastic experience: I am grateful for the high quality dental service I experienced today at Roderick's Dental. Thanks Hygienist Liz and team for the professional personable and sterile dental care I received today. This service was part of an ongoing care plan which despite needing an extraction, is helping to reduce inflammation and almost halted periodontal disease process for me.
