Fantastic experience: This little gem of dental clinic is much loved by my family for our regular visits. My family’s dental needs have been looked after very well for couple of years now. Dr Amit is gentle with my kids and they love to visit for their regular checkups, getting rewarded with stickers and the reception desk is always warm and welcoming, with genuine smile and interactions. I highly recommend this clinic for their expertise and level of care in the service which is outstanding.

Fantastic experience: My daughter arranged an emergency consultation for me as I live overseas and had developed a severe toothache. From the moment I arrived, everyone at the practice was supportive and kind. The treatment I received from the dentist was truly world-class. The dentist worked very carefully and patiently for quite some time, and thanks to his expertise, I left the practice pain-free. I was able to enjoy the rest of my holiday in comfort, and I am deeply grateful for the excellent care I received.

From Evie who greets, to Dr Amit who treats and every staff in-between they are amazing and make you feel at ease, not rushed and important. I am a nervous patient and had not been to the dentist in over 25 years.....but the staff here are fabulous at putting you at ease and didn't make me feel bad about not coming in previously. They have an amazing team in place and are all very professional whilst being super friendly - I cannot recommend them highly enough. It's also easy to find and they have several parking spaces out front so you will always get parked ok.

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend enough! Reception staff are really nice and welcoming, the dental nurse I had really put me at ease as I’m a nervous patient with anxiety. She did her best to make the experience the best it could be. As for the dentist I saw, (I think he was the owner too) nothing short of amazing! He listened to my concerns about my teeth, what I wanted my end goal to be with no judgement at all. The examination was very in dept - never had a dentist check my mouth that well. He then explained the treatment needed step by step, with reasoning of what had to be done and why. My life long fear of the dentist isn’t as bad now I’ve been to Ivory. Thank you again to all the staff I saw, you were amazing.

Amit is a wonderful dentist, my partner has had a phobia of the dentist chair for years and he has been so patient and gentle and professional, that even my partner now is keen to see him regularly. My little girl loves to see him and he is always so kind to her! Misha provides an excellent service on face rejuvenation and skincare advice. I have only recently started on my journey with her but she has already made such a difference and it is incredible what a difference it makes to go to someone with that level of knowledge and qualifications versus just a beauty therapist. I would highly recommend the team at Ivory to anyone looking for their services, great business, friendly but professional and always welcoming!

Fantastic experience: I've moved from another dental practice in the area to ivory dental 6 months ago and I could not be more happy about the move. The front desk staff are amazing and Dr Patel attention to detail from the initial appointment to the actual work is exceptional. I've done 2 fillings and also a crown with Dr Patel and you can't really tell which teeth has the crown or been filled. So big thank you to ivory team and I would happily recommend them to friend and family. Update: I've now been going to Dr Patel (skin specialist) for over a year now. I had moderate/severe skin acne on my face and on the back of my neck. I had been on antibiotics few times for them and been told by dermatologist that I need to go on roaccutane. Which I decided not to as I was planning to get pregnant. So when Dr Patel (the dentist) suggested me to see his wife I thought I give it a try as i had nothing to lose but I did not had a lot of hope. Fast forward to now, not only the acne is completely under control, I also get lots of complements about my skin. But above all I have found someone extremely knowledgeable and that goes above and beyond for her patients. For the first time I'm feeling I'm not wasting my money on random skincare products that I was not even sure it was working or not.

Also being prepared to further discuss the options a few times reassuring a nervous patient before agreeing on the final plan. Dr Amit Patel has a wealth of experience and wants you to receive the best treatment and the right treatment. You will know fully what will happen with your treatment, the plan, the cost, every question is answered thoroughly. Ivory take the take time to get to know their patients. Amit has seen me through general appointments, Invisalign that helped solve bad jaw and ear pain issues - and of course the cosmetic improvement was good! I trust his guidance. Special mentions also to Nicola the hygienist, the nurses who assist, and Dr Dalia, who I saw for treatments on my gums and who was so good with me, and of course Evie the receptionist is always friendly & helpful with planning and booking or juggling appointments. A super team of people who I will be using for many more years to come.

Fantastic experience: Simply can't fault this place. I have been coming here for over 15yrs now for both dentist & hygienist. When I came here my teeth were in a bad place, due to my lack of good brushing & avoiding the dentists when I was younger. I tried many NHS dentist surgeries around Croydon, wasted a lot of money trying to get to the root of my (painful) problems with zero success. I decided to take the plunge & go private & it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The causes for my pain were quickly identified & rectified. I have been completely free of any dental pain & sensitivity for about 10yrs now. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Can't recommend this practice enough. Very friendly, very professional.

Evie on reception was so friendly and welcoming, making the appointment and registration process so much easier; She then sent through the forms to register the boys for an appointment within minutes of me calling. The surgery was an impeccably clean and warming environment, making the kids instantly feel at ease. The dentist was incredible, so thorough, each of the boys had a full check up and he was able to spot issues instantly and explain everything to me in detail. My youngest was very nervous but the dentist was so kind and spotted this and ensured he put together a plan to make him feel more at ease. I could not rate the whole team highly enough.
