Negative experience: My experience at Perfect Smile was not good and the reason I've decided to leave. The dentists seem inexperienced, a lot of mistakes made and obvious lack of confidence. My teeth were much worse when I was with them, they seemed to constantly try and find new problems. The deciding factor in leaving was the hygienist, I was paying £70+ for 10 minutes of cleaning when it should be £70 for 30-60 minutes. I have seen other comments on here about the overcharging hygienists. Where I am now I get about 50 mins for £70 and they are fantastic, to get the equivalent at Perfect Smile would cost £350 WOW! I always got the distinct impression this little dental practice thought they were some sort of cosmetic clinic in Beverly Hills when they're just a little dental practice in London, ripping customers off.

I can honestly say that Nacera is the best dentist I’ve ever had. I have total confidence in her abilities , she is very skilled and the advice that she gives is always very formative. Fantastic experience: I rang West Hampstead branch as an emergency at 9:00 when I broke my front tooth. I got an appointment at 12:00 the same day. I forgot his name but i seen a male dentist downstairs. He was very professional and done such an amazing job repairing my tooth. 10/10 Perfect Smile.

Negative experience: The Hygienist was ok, less than 15 mins for £70 just a water wash nothing additional like other hygienists I've visited. She did make time to ask me to come back in three months for special clean which I had 18 months ago elsewhere. Dentist I fell for the additional £70 xray which in truth is not needed. Again more selling of additional unnecessary work. Please focus on what customers treatment instead of selling unnecessary services. Maybe they get commissions for these referrals very odd.

I am quite sensitive and Sirjana was able to make me feel calm throughout as best as possible and also left my teeth feeling clean and noticeably whiter. Dr Bansari Patel and the rest of the staff are, welcoming, friendly, extremely professional and create an all round pleasant experience!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this clinic and I feel safe coming here. It’s spotless and so hygienic. I saw the dentist (Shirene) change her gloves about 5 times and all their instruments were single use and packaged up which the dentist opened up in front of me. The nurse practically ran after me to clean my finger after I put it in my mouth which made me laugh and confused at first, but they explained they are trying to stop mouth bacteria spreading around their room which makes sense. Nobody has done that before (that I remember !) so I can see they do care about healthcare not just making money out of patients !

Fantastic experience: I first went to Perfect Smile back in 2021 to book a consultation with Dr. Shirin. I was so impressed by the whole proccess I went through to get Invisalign and contouring and I'm very happy with the results I got! The Invisalign only took just 8 months and now both my bottom and top teeth are completely straight two years after completing my treatment. I continue to see Dr Shirin for check ups and my teeth are still perfect. I couldn't recommend West Hampstead Perfect Smile or Dr.Shirin highly enough!

Negative experience: Friendly, approachable and easy to get an appointment quickly. I registered as an NHS patient. After my first visit, when they saw how much I had previsoulsy spent on my teeth, I was switched to their senior dentist. I have paid for some private treatment, with mixed results and communication. When I went to book an NHS check up, I was told, I am a private patient not NHS, this was never communicated to me. I was also told they are not accepting NHS patients, so after 6 years I am looking for a new dentist, which in retrospect is a good thing. There are better private Dentists in my experience.

Positive experience: Update: There has been a big improvement in communication. Got a text and voice reminder of the appointment a couple days before. When I booked follow up appointments I received a SMS message immediately. You also now complete medical forms online before the appointment which makes everything more efficient. Good dentists and hygienists. Terrible administration with constant lost and non booked appointments. Poor communication and questionable customer service.

Fantastic experience: The receptionists, dentist (Dr Benamara), new hygienist (Sirjana) and manager (Hena) are all great and try to make what can be an unpleasant experience more pleasant. Positive experience: I've been coming here (to the previous address) for years, but recently have had to have a bunch of appointments. Any problems have been dealt with to the best of their abilities and they've made the processes much more manageable. The staff are great at what they do and friendly, that's including reception. The waiting area is nice and comfortable and it doesn't have the same feel of a regular dentist, maybe that's since the move, it feels less clinical until you're in the rooms, and even then... The move was a good upgrade.

Negative experience: I had to call them 7 times before they finally answered (Friday from 2:52pm to 3:17pm).. otherwise the phone just rings and rings for ages and then eventually goes to voicemail. When I finally did get through (which was after 25 mins of (almost) continuous calling, they confirmed today that they are NOT taking new NHS patients and have a long waiting list. I cant comment on their level of dentistry as I was merely trying to ask a question on the phone about accepting new NHS patients. It really shouldnt take 25 mins of continuous calling to get through to the receptionist.

I also consulted her for dental treatment and I'm very satisfied. Meticulous work, a gentle dentist who listens and is also very friendly!

I called around 4.00 pm and luckily they had availability so Dr Naceera saw me shortly after my call the same day. I couldn't be happier! Negative experience: I was quoted £70 for a teeth clean. When I arrived the hygienist informed me that she could only clean the lower teeth. After a 10 minute clean she told me to book another £70 appointment for the top set.Within the 10 mins she had to take short break as she was coughing over me which I felt was unhygienic. She completed half the job for the full price.

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth straightened somewhere else but I still wasn’t entirely satisfied with the results. My lower teeth were still uneven, and my upper front teeth had different heights and shapes, with a chip on one. Other dentists had suggested bonding as the only solution. However, when I consulted Dr. Shirin for bonding, she immediately advised against it. Instead, she recommended shaping and contouring to create even heights, remove the chip, and reshape the upper front teeth to be shorter and square, aligning them with the others. This took roughly 20 minutes and cost me a tenth of what other people had quoted for bonding! I was really impressed about how honest she was suggesting the much cheaper treatment for me. As a content creator, I used to feel self-conscious about smiling in my videos. However, after Dr. Shirin corrected my teeth and aligned them beautifully, I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I'm now excited to showcase my smile more in my TikTok videos!

Negative experience: It says Free Consultation on the window, so I walked in and asked for a free consultation and was told its 70GBP. It would cost me that just to get a quote on working a painful tooth?? Obviously something lost in my understanding of Free Consultation.

Naz was very professional, she was extremely open about the treatment involved and explained everything with clarity, step-by-step, which I truly appreciated. Although, the process was uncomfortable, (I had a lot of complex issues with my teeth), the service performed was extremely thorough and her positive attitude coupled with her love of her work was very apparent. Naz kindly demonstrated how I should take care of my teeth/gums at home moving forward, prior to my next visit and she seems genuinely enthusiastic that I can continue building on the progress she achieved and even reverse some of the ‘complex issues’ that were presented. Fantastic experience: Its a lovely practice, Hina who works at the reception was very helpful to book an appointment when I walked in and also after consulting with the dentist to refer me to another dental practice in Hampstead to fix my broken fixed retainer (after orthodontist treatment I had). Also, Sarah who is the dentist there, was very nice and made me feel comfortable at my appointment for a check up & cleaning session. I will come back again.

Negative experience: Impossible to communicate with so we will not use this dentist in future.
