Dr Nilesh Parmar is one of the very few young, intelligent, well trained and dedicated dentist with exceptional skills and up-to-date knowledge. His commitment to ongoing training and modern techniques is evident in the various certifications, patient reports and quality of care the practice provides. The staff at the Reception are courteous friendly and helpful, and always welcome us with a smile. I always feel confident and well taken care of under their expertise. It’s rare to find a dentist who is both highly skilled and genuinely caring

Fantastic experience: The team at Parma Dental really took care of me in more ways than one!! It's embarrassing to admit but due to a torrential down pour at the time of walking up there I slipped over and badly bruised my hand as I put it out to save smashing my face in. The reception staff told Mr Parma and he inspected my hand and gave me ice packs to ease the pain. This was even before my tooth extraction!!!! I thought to myself is this a sign?!?! I needn't have worried......because of my high anxiety levels Nilesh was super understanding and I'm not lying when I say I didn't feel a THING when I had 4 injections and only a slight discomfort when my angry tooth was extracted. 5 stars to this wonderful place and the entire staff has now made me more inclined to visit the dentist on a regular basis

Negative experience: If you miss an appointment from two years ago they will decline you their service even when its an emergency. Terrible place that takes no consideration into peoples pain or emergencies and a profit only business. Take it elsewhere to people who dont care about the money. Disgraceful.

Fantastic experience: After an almost fatal experience with a previous dentist that left me with encephalitis and a broken jaw, I was extremely nervous about attending my appointment today. From the moment I walked in, the reception team immediately put me at ease – they were so friendly, welcoming, and professional. The clinic itself is spotless, with a really modern and calming aesthetic. Dr Parmar and his dental nurse were absolutely lovely. They explained every step clearly and kindly, which made such a difference given my past experiences. Moulds were taken for removable retainers (instead of the fixed ones I had previously) and they’ll even be ready for me to collect tomorrow – such an efficient service! I honestly couldn’t have asked for better care. An incredible experience start to finish – I finally feel safe at the dentist again.

Negative experience: Amazing dentists always have used Parmar Dental. Great receptionists Tonya and Lilly always happy to help. Kanusha is always lovely and provides me with the advice I need. Always helpful. UPDATE: Such a shame, been using Parmar dental since I was a young child and always been great. In 2023, I visited the dentist due to teeth grinding and they referred me to BARTS dental hospital and advised me to wear a mouth guard in the meantime which I did even though I didn’t get on with it I wore it as much as I could even though this wasn’t always possible. I phoned BARTS a while back to find out there was no referral received by them! It’s gone missing somewhere and no one seems to want to say it was their fault. They were quick enough to advise me to go private and pay a lot of money. Even when I asked to be re-referred a couple weeks ago they said they can’t do that until I go three months wearing the mouth guard, at the same they said I have TMJ disorder and my back teeth ‘look terrible’. I said what am I meant to do in the meantime as I’m struggling to eat they said go three months eating soft foods and show you are using the mouth gaurd then they will send a referral back through. Even though they already did Charged me £27 to tell me something I already know and just to be told I look ‘terrible’ and just to take paracetamol/ ibuprofen??? Don’t think it’s understood that since 2023 I am in excessive pain, now to the point I can even eat properly. But it’s ok because I’ve now been referred again.. back to the bottom of the referral list which is 12 months plus , and in the meantime just deal with it. Such a shame always been great till now. Update- just phoned again after 2nd referral and they still don’t have it!!! What do I do?

My experience has always been 5 star at Parmar dental, whether on nhs or private. I am grateful to be with a wonderful dental practice. My husband had terrible teeth, and he got all the help he needed, including being fully anaesthetised for tooth removal.

A rather…well covered grown man with tons of tattoos is terrified) but a smack in the face with a trolly jack handle (self inflicted), with split lips and a cracked tooth has finally given me the kick up the backside to get them seen to. Although I’d prefer another whack to visiting the Dentists!! But. The receptionists and Dr Kanusha and her assistant kept me at ease the whole time and was very tactful about describing the work I need doing. Hopefully I’ll finally get them sorted and loose the “grumps” label as I never smile. I mean. Last time I smiled was at the beach and everyone yelled “Shark!!!”.
