Positive experience: Went to see Sophia today my forst every hygienist appointment I almost cancelled it due to being one of them pain in the back side scaredy cats .... Sophia was so good with me made me feel really carm

Negative experience: I’ve been to Wisdom Dental a few times for hygienist appointments and had nothing but good experiences. In August, I had a last minute emergency prior to my backpacking trip where a portion of my composite bonding on my front tooth had chipped. I’d had my original bonding done in London but the team at Wisdom Dental stepped in and kindly agreed to fix it last minute. Unfortunately less than a week later, the bonding chipped again just days into my trip. I understand that these things can happen but, of course, it’s frustrating when you spend £100 on a treatment that hasn’t been effective or long-lasting. I reached out via email to Wisdom dental for guidance in August and have followed up twice with no response. The team were all so kind and helpful when I was there so I’m really shocked to have received no support whatsoever from them now. I feel I have no choice but to leave this review to warn others of this experience since I’m now in the middle of my backpacking trip with no guidance from the dentist to help me ensure no further damage to my tooth. It is a real shame as I enjoyed being a customer there previously but, based on this experience, I would be put off returning.

Being a nervous patient, I was so grateful that I was talked through the whole process and felt completely comfortable. The results are fantastic, and I'm so glad I chose them for my treatment. Fantastic experience: Had a great Airflow hygiene appointment with Nina. I’ve always hated hygiene appointments but Nina was so lovely, made me feel at ease - best of all, I didn’t feel a thing! Dare I say, it was an enjoyable experience?? My teeth feel so clean and Nina gave me some great tips to maintain great oral hygiene in between appointments. Also, special thanks to Rachel, Practice Manager who was at the front desk, super friendly and didn’t mind me asking questions on Invisalign.

The staff are always friendly, polite, and welcoming, which makes a big difference. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-organized, and the service has been consistently excellent. Everything is explained clearly, and I’ve always felt comfortable throughout my appointments. It’s easily the best dental experience I’ve had, and I recommend it to everyone I know.

The reception and dental assistant team are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and stylish — a refreshing change from the outdated, tired-looking practices you often see elsewhere. We were both treated by Vish and are absolutely thrilled with the results. He’s highly professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to — we always felt we were in good hands. Even though we live in Rayleigh and had previously gone to a well-known high street practice that also offers Invisalign, we decided to switch to Wisdom Dental — and it was definitely the right choice!

Fantastic experience: My airflow appointment with Nina was great, my teeth are very sensitive and usually find getting my teeth cleaned very uncomfortable and daunting, however she made me at ease and made the experience more comfortable for me. Fantastic experience: My airflow teeth clean with Hannah was great. I have really sensitive teeth and my usual hygienist appointment is very uncomfortable. I had no pain at all with the airflow process and my teeth came out super clean. Hannah was great and gave me some tips of how better to clean my teeth. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: wow wow wow where do i even start, from start to finish ive had the best service from dr vishal & the lovely lillie! they go above & beyond! ive done almost a year of invisalign & just had my composite bonding done & they are just perfect in every way from the colour to the shape to the whole experience of gettint them done, i just cannot explain how happy i am with my teeth i walked out and cried with happiness, i would never go anywhere else, i highly recommend wisdom dental! there the best of the best

Fantastic experience: Hadn't had a hygienist app in over 10yrs due to fear. Only ever go dentist if I really have to. But was becoming self conscious of staining from tea etc after seeing so many insta vids of before and afters of air flow I decided to give it a go! I am so glad I did as I realised there was nothing to fear I have extra sensitive teeth and I found airflow to be gentle, surprisingly the air itself didn't seem to bother my teeth! The staff here are very attentive and gentle, they talk you through each step and constantly check that you are ok to continue. Such patience! Very grateful and will rebook! Delighted with results.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Hannah the hygienist here - in fact all the hygienists have been great- friendly and reassuring and good at what they do. I have sensitive teeth but the treatment is not painful and the results are excellent.

Fantastic experience: I got Invisalign treatment with Dr. Rathnaa. The doctor is highly skilled, experienced, and very friendly. Now, my teeth are straight and beautiful, and I’m very satisfied with the service here. Everyone is cheerful, warm, and provides excellent service with a smile. I’m truly impressed. I’m happy and excited about my new smile, but at the same time, I feel a bit strangely sad that my treatment is over. It means I won’t be visiting Dr. Rathnaa and the wonderful staff at Wisdom Dental anymore.

Fantastic experience: The dental surgery is clean and hygienic, and the reception staff were friendly. Had a dental hygiene appointment with Nasim. She was friendly and did a thorough job, making the whole experience comfortable—I’d definitely recommend her. I’ve already booked my follow-up appointment with her. Nasim gave me helpful tips on brushing and flossing, emphasising gentle circular motions and daily flossing to keep my gums healthy. Thanks for looking after me !!

Fantastic experience: I attended Wisdom Dental today for a check-up as a prequel to having a hygienist appointment for cleaning and whitening. I saw Osi and found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, and a genuinely nice guy. I found the appointment informative, and he was very interested in what I wanted to achieve. I will be going back next week to carry out the rest of the treatment. It is a lovely practice, up to date, and had a very relaxed atmosphere. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Fantastic experience: A visit to the hygienist & then upstairs for two fillings that had been booked in . Absolutely over the moon since finding this place . I used to travel to Wimpole St in London to visit the dentist , but since I live in Leigh on sea . That is a long round trip. These guys really looked after me and were very gentle . Fantastic experience: Great experience as always with hygienist Sophia for my 3 monthly clean. I have sensitive gums and she makes it as quick and pain free as possible and always puts me at ease. It's something I longer have to dread and also I don't suffer pain or tenderness the next few days afterwards now highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have seen 5 dentists in the last 12 months and none were nearly as good as this clinic. Having a female dentist who is superb at her job, confident and transparent is hard to come by. The clinic is coasy like home, tv above the chair. I am so greatful to have gone there today, and will be bringing my kids as they won't have the fear due to the clinic being so warm. I was seen perfectly for time and understood. Parking was easy, finding them was easy and everyone was so friendly. Thank ypu for seeing le today amd for also fitting me in with the cancellation. See you again soon!
